Sonya is THE best! I literally don't trust anyone else with my hair. She never ever disappoints and always leaves me looking flawless. The shop is so cute, clean and has such a nice vibe and all the employees are always super friendly. The complimentary drinks are also a huge plus.

Holly was the stylist to saw and she gave me a great haircut! She took the time on our initial meeting to discuss what I wanted----Which I read is a great sign when a stylist does that. If they don't , run! Anyway Holly was professional. friendly and an experienced hair stylist. The vibe of the salon is modern, fresh and calm. I'd go back again :)

i never leave reviews because I rather just keep the experience to myself, but I loved this place! this was my first ever time at a salon and my first ever time doing anything to my hair so I was nervous. I picked this salon because of its faith-based foundation and other good reviews :) i wanted to get my hair permed, my curls relaxed, so I went to the Fresno location on Cedar and Herndon and was treated by stylist Aurora! she was so kind and gentle with my hair, the whole process was comfortable. she was very hospitable to both me and my boyfriend who was waiting for me. I had a lovely time and chatted a little while my hair was being done. not to mention, the decor and layout of the whole place is gorgeous! I just felt good being in there! bottom line I highly recommend this salon, whether you go to the Clovis or Fresno location, because even after only going once I can tell how wonderful of a place it is

I rarely write reviews, but I do read them when I am looking for a reliable and trustworthy business to work with. If you do the same, you cannot go wrong with Chosen Salon, located on the corner of Cedar and Herndon in Fresno. After calling several different places around Fresno and Clovis, requesting to speak with a stylist before I made my decision, Kay at Chosen Salon was the only one who really seemed to take the time to truly care about making sure she could give me the style and color I wanted. It has been about 10 years since I had my hair cut at a salon and even longer since I had any color or highlights. I had an over the phone consultation, where Kay asked many questions about my hair history and what services I wanted. I sent her a couple different photos of possible haircut styles and some with the highlights I wanted, she even asked for a picture of me to see the length and color of my hair. After discussing how much the service would cost, I had to really think about it, but only for about 3 minutes, and decided to make the appointment. I felt like the price was very fair, considering the time it would take to cut, highlight, style my hair AND show me how to get the same look when I do it myself. When I first arrived for my appointment, Kay was waiting and ready for me as soon as I walked through the door. She excitedly welcomed me, we went over the pictures that I had previously sent to her, double and triple checked what I was wanting and expecting. We also discussed what products and tools I would need to do my own hair styling at home, which were things I already had but didn't quite know how to use for the style I was looking for. The salon had a very comfortable and calming vibe. The complete cut, highlights, and styling took about 4 hours, but with having Kay as my stylist, it really didn't feel that long because she was checking in with me, explaining what she was doing and what she would need to do next on my hair, and we were having fun and entertaining conversations. When she finished coloring and styling my hair, she gave me a 360 degree look in the mirror, it turned out better than I could have possibly imagined. The way she made my highlights blend and complement my natural hair color and styled my hair was ab-so-lute-ly amazing to me. I was really in awe of how Kay was able to exactly cut and color my hair the way I wanted. I wasn't sure what to expect, but she was able to create a completely flawless look!

I took a chance on a new salon after my original stylist moved. I was able to book quickly online with Raquel. She got in touch with me and we chatted about what I was looking for. I sent her pics of my hair color so she would be prepared ahead of time. I arrived at the salon and the whole place is nicely decorated and welcoming. They even offer complementary beverages.I showed Raquel several pictures of what I wanted and she listened to my ideas. I wanted a cut and color with highlights.
