Chong's Chinese Bar'b'que & Salads

Chong's is only open on specific days and times. The food is delicious however the add ons and the extras add up to the total cost. There's plenty of parking area do in the shopping center. The service took the phone order call first before I was helped to place an order inside the restaurant. The restaurant is small with limited seating and tables. Overall pay attention to what item you order. They do offer specials and dinner entree meals.

Minimalist Mom and Pop Chinese food restaurant is a good place to get your grub on without flare. Four clean and uncluttered four top tables with movable chairs can accommodate up to 16 dine in eaters. Everybody else must takeout to go. Bold and subtle artwork on walls almost gives a high end feel. Pay attention to afternoon hours so you don't come when they stepped out between meals.

I always call my order in ahead of time at Chong's. The employees are kind and food is made fresh. I really enjoyed the broccoli beef. My boyfriend loved the pad Thai and it definitely had some spice. The green beans were good, but probably not worth the price to order again. I saw some people in the restaurant eating shrimp fried rice and look forward to trying that next time!

Really enjoy their Orange Chicken and excited to try something new next time. Also appreciate they offer half orders on some items.

Food is good, price is good. Clean! We like the staff. Best broccoli beef! It's a definite favorite restaurant for our family.

A few years later.... I revisited the place. They must have changed their cook or management. Our order came back fast and the food was delicious. I'm now a regular customer. I particularly like their sesame balls!

I was craving Chinese food and literally searched every restaurant within 5 miles. Chongs came up and I had to look at the map to see where it was, I couldn't believe it was right next to vons. It's like I had never seen it before! I placed a call in order and was given a 20 minute timeframe.It is located in the back of the parking lot on the Kuppa Joy side. I walked in and immediately took note of how clean it was. I could see all the way back to the kitchen and the whole place was spotless. They are closed on Monday's, I know this bc I've wanted to eat here several times on a Monday. I still want to try several menu items. I feel like this place is a hidden gem they never seem overly busy or have long wait times for phone in orders. More for me!

My husband and I get the meal for two. Comes with chow mein, noodles, shrimp tempura, orange chicken and it can literally feed 4! It's perfect for our small family and it hits the spot every time. Friendly service, neat and clean restaurant. Highly recommend calling order in prior to pick up as this place gets pretty busy!

The. Best. Chow. Mein!!!!House special chow mein was absolute fire! Service is always friendly. Not much on ambiance but the delicious food makes up for that - and then some.

Food was terrible.No flavor at all.Rice and pan fried noodles Were bland and greasy. Chicken salad Was terrible. My first and last time getting food from here.
