I'm not sure which competitor you're referring to but I have no affiliation with any food service businesses let alone a confectionery. Also, Yelp has tools to mitigate this sort of thing that are readily available to you. Your need to publicly address this issue seems to be mostly for show. If you had any real proof you could have my review removed. But you don't because there isn't any. In college I did work for restaurants in the LA area so I do understand that employee conduct policies exist. However, I believe consumers value how employees are treated and how businesses conduct themselves when they think no one is looking. Your products might be lovely (I have purchased once before) but that is only one component of a business. Nothing I said was untrue and people can decide if my experience, and your response, matters to them. If you don't like how that sounds, that's on you.

I went in with a friend a couple months ago for their dog treats and saw the brookie (brownie and cookie) sitting on the counter. Got it and it was delish!!!! Best brownie ever! Finally made it back yesterday to get another. Only $5 and so worth it. If you're ever in the area, try one! So yummy! So much cute stuff to look at inside also. Workers are always very helpful.

I've been wanting to try this place out for a while, finally visited after watching a movie at Sierra Vista. Such a cute place, there are so many different delicious options to choose from- we bought a couple chocolate covered apples and they can slice them up for you before you leave, so much easier to enjoy them when they're sliced if you plan on eating them immediately!!They've got ice cream, other chocolate treats, cute gift ideas, stuffed animals and other kid gift options. Definitely headed back soon for another chocolate covered apple, I just love all the creative treats they've made!!The staff was friendly and helpfulI recommend visiting this small business and giving your support!!

This establishment is a great example of a well run small business! As the owner remade the Dubai Chocolate bar with more filling for me as I wasn't satisfied with it the first time. I could taste both the flavors of the filling and chocolate as they melted in my mouth. She took the time to reach out to me to rectify the situation. She's very attentive to making sure customers are satisfied and that's what makes this small business great alongside their unique assortment of treats of course! Although my experience wasn't the best the first time I walked in, this second time she made sure I felt welcome to stop by again! I appreciate this shops dedication to taking criticism and trying their best to leave a lasting impression. Definitely coming here again!

Great local candy and chocolatier store. I came to support the store after I saw theft on the news. I also wanted local made brittle. They had 4 flavors: Classic, Oreo, Churro and a dark chocolate one I think. Very fresh and the gal said it came from Bakersfield. Plenty of parking on a weekend afternoon.

Pros: This shop is adorable and has such a great variety of chocolates.Cons: Parking is kind of a Hassel, the shop is super 'busy' to put lightly. I tried a few variety of things and found the cupcakes to be really dry unfortunately.
