Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle will always be my go to, although their portions can be a hit or miss. I've done a mobile order to pick up at this location a few times now I usually have my husband go and pick it up. Today after doing a mobile order decided I'll pick up. Love the convenience of both mobile and their chipotlane. I ordered my usual chicken bowl, with brown rice, black beans and condiments on the side with extra lettuce. About an 8min drive my order was promised at 7:20pm. I arrived at the pick up at 7:16pm the lady approached me and greeted me. She asked for the name of my order and kindly handed it to me. Once I got home everything was packed nicely. However they did forget napkins and the extra lettuce I requested looked like it was normal portioned. Other than that everything was good. The chips we crunchy and guac was fresh.

Ambiance was ok, clean new store, but portions were very small, they were skimpy on the lettuce, sofritas, beans, everything. The lettuce was soft and wimpy. Compared to other Chipotle's, not good.

Showed up the first day Chipotle opened. Very disappointed in the portion size they gave us. It was about half of what it should have been in a burrito bowl. Food tasted decent but my daughter and I had stomach issues after eating it.I won't return and will continue to give my business to the Mexican restaurant next door.

This is my second time here. I really wanted to give this newly built Chipotle located in Sanger, CA, across the street from Walmart, a higher score, but the quality and portions don't match with other locations. I did an online order for pick-up and decided to dine in to confirm the portion size is a lot smaller if you do an online pick-up order. I feel that their spicy salsa is too chunky compared to other locations. Anyway, on the positive side, this location is a lot cleaner, and the AC is spot on, well stocked on the organic drinks they make, and they have good music playing.

We love the flavors of the food. The amount served really depends on who is serving. Tonight, we had our regular food order plus an order of chips. The server had to go to the back for the chips. Unfortunately, they were not crunchy. They were chewing. We hope our next trip is better

The restaurant is new, so I know they need to iron out some kinks. With that said, this happens at all Chipotle's. The taco shells and one of the bags of our chips were stale. Someone needs to do quality control throughout the day. I want to give it 5 reviews and maybe I'll change it if they fix this problem. The line was out the door and thatakes me happy because I LOVE Chipotle!

Worst customer service I've experienced at any chipotle. No steak upfront, they had to walk to the back to fill up a salsa cup with steak and put it in my order. Also, unprofessional ambience among coworkers right in front of customers.

Ordered a bowl with smoked brisket, gave me a little tiny spoonful of the brisket. I then ask for a little bit more and they charge me eight dollars for a side of brisket which was just a little small spoonful.. that's absolutely crazy and disrespectful to treat customers that way. They've got the employee's scared to serve anything more than what they told him exactly what to do, portion control has gone way too far here..!!!! And while the place is empty and workers joking around and laughing, the trash area is all overflowing.

The service was fine, but the portion sizes were unacceptable. I ordered smoked brisket, and it was clear they were at the bottom of the container. Instead of getting more to serve me properly, they gave me a half scoop and didn't bother to fix it until I asked for chicken to make up for the lack of brisket. Even then, the portion was lousy mostly rice and beans for a meal that cost $14.63, including an extra charge for the brisket. The restaurant wasn't busy, so there's no excuse for this lack of attention to detail. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed here, and after this experience, I don't plan on returning.
