Chipotle Mexican Grill

Great restaurant! Pretty clean. The workers were super nice and easy to talk to. When I went in there was a couple people in front of me, but the line moved fast! Ordered a bowl with half chicken and half steak. Brown rice and black beans. Veggies. They were made fresh when I went in. Hot sauce and cheese. Guacamole on the side. I was out of there as fast as started. The worker had no problem helping me with the application to get rewards. Easy to set to to scan and get rewarded. It's a really good location. Right across from Fresno State. It's a nice place to eat at if you choose. They have a spot where you can eat outside too! Very nice! Really great service! Took the order home to enjoy! The burrito bowl was really good! Veggies were fresh and delicious! Wished there was a little more meat. They were small pieces. Needs to be bigger. It was still good! Great hot sauce to spice it up! Loved the guacamole! The beans and rice were good too! Great service and good lunch! Recommended!

Avoid this location as much as possible especially when Alexis and Leah are working. Upon arrival, these people who had their food delivered from DoorDash had to drive all the way back because their team messed up their entire order. When it was my turn to pay , the Leah threw my food in the bag and when I presented my coupon, it was not honored and I was charged a full entire price. I had to wait 10 minutes for the manager, Alexis to come back to refund the purchase because Leah was in too much of a rush.Don't even bother with this location.

They gave me this skimpy bowl and the rice and beans were still hard and barley cooked do not go here if you want a good experience. I planned on buying my girlfriend a burrito but after I saw the portion sizes I opted to eat somewhere else. On the way out I also recommended a guy to not buy here because of the portion sizes never eating at this location again

We go to this chipotle all the time as we live near by. At least once a week because it's easy for our family. My husband and daughter went there today and had such a horrible experience. The manager, she has pink hair, don't know her name, yelled at my husband because he asked for a bowl of rice. And she came running from the back telling him no, he can't get what he wants. My husband willing to pay extra no big deal. Sad to see horrible customer service and people in her position treat others that way. Such a bad example to set for other employees. Don't think we will be back any time soon. My husband and daughter walked out, leaving already made food that will now be thrown away most likely because of how they were treated.

By far the most disgusting chipotle ever, a waste of money. First what seems like a manager was up front cussing about some meeting and saying shit in their normal sentence structure. Secondly I has so much liquid in my bowl it was like soup, flavor was odd not how it normally taste. And found some random pieces of somethingIt was supposed to be bowl with Barbacoba

I CANT even make this up. As we were ordering, the girl making our food LITERALLY made us half a burrito. I asked the guy once checking out if the burritos normally came out that way? Without intentionally saying ARE YOU SERIOUS??? and he tells us we can always add more toppings to the burrito. I understand it was at a busy time, but wow! *burrito next to a Roku remote for comparison

Okay, so first off I wanna say the service and food has been really good. Every time I've came so this is not about that it's about this poor little old black man who really needed to use the restroom. They told that him it's only for paying customers only but I can tell in his voice He really had to use the restroom. He even said please I really have to go they kept telling him no and of course he got mad about it and started cussing. But I'm was so sad for him I was in tears and had to leave.... Then they proceeded to make fun of him even customers and that really threw me off... so please do better. What if this was you dad or grandfather? :( honestly if it had escalated more, I probably would've let him use my pass and would tell the employees to him use the damn bathroom!

Walked in around 9:00 PM and as we entered we heard employee prepping food tell other patrons ahead of my party say that they were out of guac. for the night. As others at the tail end of the party got near register they saw there was a full tub of guac in the back. They asked for a side of guac and were denied because it was there in the event of online orders needing it. Well the person said okay, I'll order it online on the app. The mgr with pink hair chimed/yelled from the back and saying that she disabled it from online ordering. Another lie. My wife ordered it from the app as it was still able to be ordered. Before pick up time she received a phone call from the mgr. Mgr/(Pink hair girl wearing a mask like it is 2020) said that she can't fulfill the order of the full cup since they didn't have enough, but she would give her 2 smaller cups (the size you would get when ordering as a side in store) leave it on the counter, and just request a refund since she couldn't fulfill the order. (Which that was nice). However, she was unaware it was us ordering it. When my wife walked up and asked for her online order, mgr, grabbed the order that was behind the counter and shoved towards my wife and said " I knew it was them!" Not the friendliest place to eat at. Avoid this particular Chipotle. On top of all of that the place was filthy. Tables hadn't been cleaned, trash on the floor, and restrooms hadn't been maintained.

Went for the first time since its near my school but NEVER AGAIN ( I ordered online) I asked and PAID FOR a side of queso and got not even half of the container maybe 1/4 . Will be sticking to my go to chipotle but just wanted everyone to know.

We got two bowls. The first bowl was made by louie which was a really good bowl with portions. The second bowl was done by an African Girl. The portions were so little after looking when we paid for it. We went back to let them know and louie argued back saying we saw her make the bowl, we could've said something. THE THING IS i didnt want to say anything because i didnt want to be charged extra when i just want reasonable scoops. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want small portions
