Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've been here several times after the gym. Last time it was close to 10am, i was surprised they opened that early. I always get a burrito bowl with double protein. Both steak and chicken. The employees have always been polite and friendly. The portions are generous and the food is always fresh.

First time eating chipotle (i go for real authentic Mexican) but i was in a jam so i tried it, turns out its the last time eating at chipotle too. I ordered a chicken taco and it was almost $4.50, the thing is so small i thought i was being filmed and someone was going to run out and say JUST KIDDING!! But it didn't happen. Don't give this chain your money, the portions are tiny and fit what it is you can just go get real Mexican food with big portions for what they charge... this place is criminal. I uninstalled the app, not worth the space it takes up on your phone honestly.

Here eating and every three people the line stops. Person leaves area for about two minutes and guest are just waiting. Cashier is nice and smiles no one else around makes eye contact. Good portion but it does matter about customer service.

Little bit after 9 o'clock, we started craving chipotle. They close at 10 so I wasn't sure if we will get what we wanted. When we arrived, they were out of a few things, but they were in the process of making more. When we arrived, there is a family of four in front of us but by the time we got our food to go there or at 20+ people in line behind us.Even though they were going to close in about 30 minutes, the staff was so kind and courteous and if anything was missing, they made more. They did not skip a beat. The food was hot and fresh. just like you expect from chipotle. Everyone was calm cool and collected like a well oiled machine.Their main goal was to get everyone their requested food in and out fast. I got a double wrap, burrito, double chicken, cilantro, rice, pinto beans, cheese, yummy, guacamole, mild salsa, because I'm a wimp and queso. My burrito was perfect, perfect, perfect, perfect my son ordered a bowl with a bunch of different stuff, and he loved his bowl, both he and his girlfriend inhaled the food is soon as we got home.

What's the point of ordering on the app, when your food isn't ready at the stated time?

First time to this location and happy to see it so close to my home. I love that they have a drive thru but it's only for "digital orders". I didn't know this so next time I will probably try it out. They also have mobile orders available with front row parking designated for it. I went in a Friday evening around 5:30pm. It wasn't too busy. There were 2 people in line ahead of me. I ordered a salad with the new garlic guajillo steak and added guacamole. I also added a large order of Queso blanco and chips. Cost was about $24. Seems pretty steep in price but it was worth it. I highly recommend the Queso blanco and the garlic steak was well seasoned. The staff was very friendly and quick to process my order. Definitely coming back to this location.

I was happy to see a Chipotle closer to home. I've been here a few times and each visit somehow gets progressively worse. While this location is smaller than the other ones, I didn't think it would make as much of a difference as it does and shows. My first visit was good, no real complaints. My second visit, it was empty and you could tell the food had been sitting there for a bit. My 3rd and most recent visit, it was super slow and they were out of guacamole! After I ordered they kept running out of other items and having to run over to the mobile order station to fill out customer's orders. Despite having 5 to 6 workers, most of the time it was only 1 making orders. I feel bad because the employees I have interacted with (took my order, rang me up, etc) were all very nice. I'm just trying to figure out what the problem is with this subpar Chipotle. They need to improve efficiency here. I much prefer the Chipotles in Fig Garden or on Shaw. On a funny note. At least 3 separate people who tried to exit, thought they were locked in because the heavy entrance doors stick and are hard to open.

Since this is a newer chipotle restaurant in our area I thought I would stop in being low on time.As I was focused on ordering and quickly eating so I could get going, I didn't notice his dirty this place is.After getting my food and going to the drink station and then to find a place to sit down, it wasn't until then that I saw how filthy this place was. Whoever manages this location, I would suggest that you shut this place down for a day and deep clean or bring in an overnight crew. It's pretty bad.The food was expensive and mediocre at best for what it was. The low reviews are legit. I should have read first. I won't be coming back here.

There are a couple of staff that are completely unfriendly and act like they don't want to be there. The food is basic Chipotle, but the portions have decreased and the prices have gone way up. Good luck getting your order on time if you order online.

Dang, I just paid $13 for a burrito lighter than a burrito at Taco Bell? This is the last straw for me. I'm cooking from home. The prices have increased and the portions have decreased. Never again.
