11/9/24 Getting lunch! Sofritas(been wanting to try!) 1/2 & chicken salad with all the tasty options like black beans hot sauce and brown rice, etc, chicken & steak burrito bowl the way she wanted it, with kids chips ordered. It send confirmation after you pay. Set up to pick up in the "Chipotle Lane." Greeted by kind worker and handed over with good day wishes!Lunchtime! My Sofritas 1/2 & chicken 1/2 salad was DELICIOUS! The hr Sofritas is Great! Spicy & flavorful! Mother said her steak & chicken bowl was Great! 1/2 is plenty! Leftovers too! Great service & Really Great salad & burrito bowl! Highly recommended!

If you want four pieces of unseasoned dry meat on your bowl this is your go to! Good luck getting someone to help you, every-time I've been every employee acts like they don't work there and will run to the back avoiding you. Starting your order takes a minimum 5 minutes to get an employee to walk over. Overall awful experience and i wont be returning after giving this location try and try again. Im finally done with giving you guys the benefit of the doubt being a new location. Get your crap togetherThe staff are apathetic, every time I've went they've half assed put every bowl together. When asking for normal portions they act like it comes from their own paycheck. The manager is rude and condescending and lacks the basic communication skills to manage. Customer service is not a fitting job for you. Any location in town is better than this one.

I was in the area near by and have been craving chipotle. And I was so happy and excited that they had a chipotlane for convince. I ordered via the chipotle app. My usual chicken bowl, brown rice, black beans, extra lettuce and condiments on the side. I've never been to a chipotlane so didn't know what to expect. The app stated to just go to the window and that's exactly what I did. Waited maybe 2mins and saw a guy finishing up a bag and opened the window and asked for the name of my order and gave me my order. I checked it before I drove away to make sure everyone was right. It was about a 20min drive back home and everything was still warm and fresh. I was so glad that my bowl was filled to a good amount and they didn't skim on anything like they usuallly do when I have a to-go order. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Cravings satisfied!

I have avoided Chipotle for the longest time, do to other experiences with this franchise. Got pinged by Yelp and saw the high reviews. Decided to give it a try. Agree with the one Yelper who said workers were friendly. We decided on tacos: two barbacoa and two carnitas. Tacos were passed to the toppings guy when I noticed a teaspoon sized serving of meat and said that one looks sad and he said I got you with an additional teaspoon of meat! The queso (Always liked this) had the flour taste to it... yuk. At $23 with no drink, won't go out of my way to eat here.

I've ordered online from this location because they have a dedicated digital order pickup lane, which looks like a drive-thru but is specifically for online order pickups. It's very convenient. Located in the newly developed Loma Vista area, the restaurant is very clean.I tried their limited-time Al Pastor, which was well-seasoned and generously portioned. I hope they maintain this quality and service in the future.

I've been an embarrassing amount of times in there first two weeks of operation! I went on day one! I love chipotle so much. It's my favorite fast food, and this location has landed at the TOP quality of Chipotle's near by. Staff is friendly and nice, and actually recognize you for being a Chipotle super fan hahah. The dining room has beautiful wide windows that let you admire the sunset in the Clovis countryside. I would frequent Sierra vista Chipotle, but now that this is near by I'll be walking here as soon as we get out of the 100 degree weather.The quality is SUPERIOR to the Herndon and Fowler location same with efficiency. I've dined inside as well as ordered through the CHIPOTLANE!! Which was wayyy cooler than expected.I don't have to worry about the quality nor quantity when I come here because they make sure to give there very best. Thank you chipotle Shaw and Leonard!

Walked in around 7. Understood they were out of steak. Asked if they could drop some and we would wait. Overpaid but all good. The frontline workers were awesome, welcoming and friendly. The cook begrudgingly agreed to drop some new steak. Cooked rare/med rare. Not the expectation, didn't even let them rest before chopping up. 5 stars for the frontline, 0 for the cook.

I had probably 3-4 small bites of meat in my bowl. People are paying a lot of money for a bowl of beans and rice and lettuce. I would be generous to say it had 3 ounces of meat on it. Ridiculous will never order again.

The best thing about chipotle was the size of the burritos they were huge!! They could barely close them. One time they had to get another tortilla to double wrap it. But that was the past. Not sure about all but this location made very small burritos. They were even tight with the rice the cheap filler. You're watching them put a little scoop of each ingredient in these little mounds. They don't spread it out either. So you get a few bites of rice a few of beans a few of salsa and a few of meat. Little burrito with a big price. I asked what gives and they said "inflation dude" I said then just raise the price so at least you pay more but still get that big burrito. It's a rip off now. Won't be back to this location. Hopefully they aren't all doing this.

Hands down the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. You would think they just opened tonight but have apparently been open for a few months? Waited in line 20 minutes just to get to the front of the line and be told they have to wait for rice to cook and it's going to take 25 minutes. Which is odd because the gentleman who seemed to be in charge took a tub to the drive through and kept serving Drive Thru and To-Go orders. Waited the 45 minutes to get a burrito. No offering of a soda, water, or even a sorry while we waited. It was also a fund raiser night and I was in front of the last guy to have that honored but let him go ahead of me cause he was big mad. Didn't have the energy to argue with the gentleman the manager left in charge that I was there before the end of the fundraiser. Didn't even give me a receipt so I could file a complaint through their website with my order information. ShadyGoing to hit up the taco trucks around the corner cause this was abhorrent.
