China Hut Express

My expectations were not sky high with this place as it is an "express" type of place. However I will say that the quality just wasn't enough to come back for the "express" style eg: orange chicken, chow mein etc. the orange chicken was soggy. Normally places I go to will use a less watery and THICKER sauce. This chicken was just sitting in the liquid sauce. Which made it soggy. The green beans weren't bad I do believe those were fresh. The chow mein was lacking some flavor. And over all the plate itself was lacking in portion. I've been to many places like this one yet the quality , flavor , and freshness was there. And the portions were HEAPING to where you almost couldn't close the lid.

Very disappointing! We came to this restaurant because it had good reviews on google but those reviews were not accurate! We got there a little after they opened and the restaurant wasn't very clean. I ordered the chinese food and it wasn't very hot and everything had a weird vinegar flavor. My husband and son ordered the pho and the broth was really cloudy and the meat looked old and dry. it also had a weird after taste. We complained but they said that's how they always cook their food and would not give us a refund. I should have known the food would be bad because the trays were sticky and everything looked kind of grimy! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Ok so a few weeks ago I said it was very good but that night I got food poisoning from it I will never come back

Really good food, good service and amazing boba! Reminds me of my fav place back in Hawaii! I'm so glad I found this place!

AMAZING! Ive been a loyal customer for a long time and I really enjoy this food! The workers are lovely and very friendly. They give me enough food to satisfy my hunger! Sadly they got rid of their spoons, but its okay! 10/10 with their boba and in general! I recommend everyone tries their food! The aura in this shop is incredible. I feel at home walking inside!

I'm super surprised tbh how great the pho was here. If you are looking for pho this will definitely do. Really good. They really need help with marketing themselves on yelp and other outlets. This is a hole in the wall pho spot. (Haven't tried their Chinese food)

We drive from Visalia to Selma just for this little gem, the employees are so sweet and the food is always so fresh and fast. We also got a honeydew and mango milkshake with regular boba so good highly recommend and we will be back!!

I am a bit biased because my family works here but overall great take on classic comfort Chinese food. I am vegan and like most authentic Asian restaurants, they will make something for you if you have certain dietary restrictions. My mom knows the word vegan and will try her best to make you something. I love the veggie chowmein

China Hut never fails to provide me with the best service every time I pull up for lunch. I really enjoy getting a bowl with chow main & teriyaki chicken with the sauce included, it's so bomb every time!! I have been coming to China Hut since I was a little girl & now I'm an adult still enjoying their food. Plus their little spot is so cute with their decorations.
