Children's Musical Theaterworks

My wife and I attended this summer's performance of CMT's Les Misérables. It was outstanding! The quality of the talent exceeded my expectations by a mile. Les Misérables is a musical that is tremendously difficult and I don't see how they pulled it off with just a few weeks of rehearsals. Director Randy Kohlruss, and his staff, worked hard in getting these students prepared for this magnificent production The set design, lighting, and sound were also top notch (except for a couple of glitches' in the sound as the wireless mics may have been the culprit.) I am truly amazed at the breadth and depth of talent of these young performers. Thank you to director, Randy Kohlruss, the performers, volunteer help, and all who contributed to make this an enjoyable experience for my wife and I.

I have been watching these children plays for many years . The CMT company is a non profit organization that provides theater experience for children ages 6 to 18. The shows are always very well done and extremely entertaining. The company produces appx 5 shows per year . I would recommend anyone of any age to try to catch one of the shows if at all possible.

I am in a wheelchair and was put down front but I was still in a place to see all the action. The kids did a wonderful job. Loved it all.

this is an amazing company for summer camps, but when it comes to contacting them, it's a nightmare. I couldn't call them and when I sent in an audition form for Mean Girls Jr. they never got back to me or emailed me about a time and date.

My review is based on my inability to reach this group whenever you have a question. (I gave them one star) I reached the Museum, and was informed I had the wrong number, but was never offered the correct number. I called 4 different numbers, and still have not spoken to a live person. They are happy to take your money for the tickets, but don't you dare have a question, or need help. I know the play my friend and I are going to see will be great, because of the young talent in the show, as we have seen them perform before with other groups. I can only believe that it is going to be great in spite of this organization, not because of it.Update: KC at CMT changed my mind about the group. She informed me that they are volunteers!!! Being a volunteer myself, I understand the sometimes long hours, hard, demanding work that goes unrecognized, but that you still do because you believe in what you are doing. So I commend her and the other volunteers for the time and effort they do put in to help with bringing these productions about!!! Thank you!!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased 2 tickets to a show and had a family emergency occur. When I contacted them to explain my situation and ask to exchange my tickets for a different show they flat out refused. They stated a no refund, no exchange policy. So if someone in your family gets sick or dies, you are stuck with your tickets and they won't work with you to make it right. That is the worst kind of business! They don't care about customers whatsoever. So now I'm out almost $50 for nothing. Buyer beware!
