Hands down the best renting experience I have ever had. I don't say that lightly. This place is managed so well with the residents in mind, while respecting rules to continue to make this property prosper well. Danae is both so loving and very responsive and ready to help. Our place was adorable and anytime we had an issue, we had friendly maintenance crew over to help within a couple days. Such a fair price for the location and quality of the place. Yes, it was made in the 90's so its not brand new, but it is cozy and kept up with well.

This place is a joke don't do business with Westco Equities this complex just switched to month to month only which means they want to raise there rent anytime they feel the need sounds like the greedy bastards in the Bay Area . This complex has to many rules and want to be all in your business not worth the price ...

Do not live here. During my time here, I was relatively happy with these townhomes - personally I think they are over priced for what they are but nice facility. Downsides - hot tub NEVER works (we were never even given a pool to the area), parking at night can get bad (you may have to park on the street sometimes), and the Management was very unprofessional - Our lease stated we were to move out in the end of January, when we came in to turn in our keys we were informed that we HAVE to give a 30-day notice - so then we were charged for the rent of February and were told that we would only be refunded a portion if they could get someone in our apartment. I've never heard of a living place such as this one - would have been nice for someone in management to reach out (with a letter/in person/ email/ etc.) to see if we would be staying, then that whole mess could have been avoided. THEN after we get a refund for the February rent (thank goodness) we see that they have only given back $50.00 for our deposit. This is RIDICULOUS...first, we paid a $1000 deposit but they claim we only paid $500 (even though we have checks to PROVE IT) second, during our walk through the manager said the place looked great and they would only be taking out a fee for the cleaning service (about $100) so why were we only given $50 back?!?!? not happy with how this place is run....I would find something more reliable.
