Nellie is a great stylist and colorist listens to your needs and wants. She makes great recommendations in regards to the health of your hair. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Nellie is A TRUE MIRACLE WORKER! She is gifted in her talent and she is so sweet. I scheduled an appointment earlier this week with Nellie for a hair cut. She was able to see me today. I explained to her my hair needs and goals as well as my anxiety of hair cuts. At first I was just going to have a deep conditioning treatment because I began to get cold feet. When she started to look at my hair she showed me where it needed to be trimmed and blended. She was SOOOOO RIGHT! My hair is back to manageable and she kept the length. I will definitely be back for deep conditioning treatments and hair cuts! Highly recommend her to anyone who is anxious or nervous about a hair cut. You WILL not be disappointed. THANK YOU NELLIE!

What!!!!!!!!!!! this kind of professionalism in little ol' Clovis, CA! NELLIE just gave me the most beautiful hair extensions. I can tell you, i have had my hair done by many, but never hair extension, and i was scared i was going to get some off the wall nightmare. But, i checked out Yelp and found Nellie. I am so glad i did. Nellie is not the cheapest out there, nor the most expensive, but she is a perfectionist, and uses high quality products. She is a pleasure to speak with, very professional, and knows what she is doing. Do not go to some loopde lou! go to Nellie.

If i could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment with her and she didn't even show up, I waited for 25 minutes. I texted her I was there a minute after my appointment time with no response. I got a text from her as I was leaving saying she ended up taking her kid to the dr. I have 2 kids and work so getting time for me to get a haircut or anything else is somewhat of a challenge. She didn't even text to say she could reschedule until after I told her a text would have been nice letting me know she wouldn't make it. She told me she would offer me a discount if I would reschedule with her but no one wants to reschedule with some some one that may or may not show up. That was very unprofessional and I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and service I received from her. I will never recommend her to anyone and if anyone asks me I will tell them to go elsewhere. What a waste of time.
