We had my grandmothers service at Chapel of the Light. After calling various funeral homes to see what they offer, our family chose Chapel of the Light. From the initial conversation with Michael, to him helping our family through the process, he was so compassionate and caring. When we viewed my grandma, she looked so peaceful as if she was sleeping. He reassured us he would care for her himself and he did. This was the most important thing for our family. The services were nicely done and very professional. The facilities were beautiful and well kept. They even had a nice reception room where we were able to host our guests from out of town.Thank you also to Wilson, Frank and Thelma for making us feel welcome and like family. This truly made a difference. We know grandma would be thankful for the care you showed our family.

I appreciated the professionalism and prompt support during my dads services. Planning his funeral was one of the hardest events we have ever planned. Everything was explained thoroughly in both English and Tagalog. We are forever greatful for their services and thoughtful care.Micheal, Wilson and Theressa were extremely patient and were very kind towards our family.We highly recommend this mortuary for your love ones. The room that we had the service in is dusty and the carpet is stained. People take pictures and kneel for prayers on that carpet. That's just ugly. Please replace carpet or get it professionally deep clean for those stain. It looks nasty. Thank you.

Chapel of the light is a very professional and caring funeral home. We worked with Matt Pasqua and he was very good at explaining everything he was very transparent with costs. He was with us until the very end. He made sure that all of the funeral arrangements ran smoothly we really appreciate all of his help.

I decided to do a pre paid cremation plan after an unexpected hospital stay, it's not something I want to put off for someone else to have to deal with because you just never know when that time is going to come. I know others who have had experience using Chapel of the Light and they had nothing but good things to say so it was my place of choice. The process was very easy and it's such a big weight off my mind. Nancy Morfin helped me with everything, I could not have a better person , she was so nice, so helpful and made everything so easy, not a bad experience at all since it was my choice do do this myself ,so I know for others who experience the unexpected they will be excellent at going through the process and make it as painless as possible. The place is beautiful and so clean, and very organized. I highly recommend it for anyone who may want to do as I did and plan ahead, or for those unexpected things that unfortunately happen. I also found the prices to be very reasonable which is always a concern for many.

I came to Chapel of the Light based on some positive reviews. There will always be a few negative reviews and you need to remember that people have a tendency to comment on the negative, not always the positive. My MIL passed and I handled all of the arrangements. Chapel of the Light was extremely professional. I have heard horror stories of companies taking advantage of a person when they are overcome with grief but that was not the case. I worked with Rosemarie and she was an absolute gem. She helped me stay within my budget, was extremely helpful and informative, and was very compassionate. We were in constant communication throughout the process, and she went above and beyond the day of the services. I received so many compliments regarding how beautiful everything was and that it truly honored my MIL. Chapel of the Light asked me to provide a minimum of 80 photos and 4 songs so they could put together a memorial video. I must say, the video was beautifully done. Not that I am in a hurry for my FIL to pass, but when he does, he will be placed with my MIL and we have every intention of working with Chapel of the Light to treat us/him with dignity, compassion, and respect.
