The trifectaaaaa! Lao, thai, and Vietnamese food?! Say less, I'm in. Located inside of VBC, towards the back you will find the counter to order. Portion sizes are generous and you can share; not to mention very affordable. I would say cash is the preferred payment method but they do offer Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay and cash app. Service was good. Food did take some time to come out but just grab a drink and chit chat and by the time you know it, the food will be there. They offer spice level 1-5 and we got everything a 2-3 and it was flavorful and not overly spicy. chicken and rice to start us off. 10/10 Delicious, hot, and the sauce on the side was very flavorful. Would honestly say it's better than lady's chicken and rice and I love that place. Spicy chicken noodles and pad thai.Packed with flavor and made with love. If you're in the area I highly recommend this place for some good food. Will be back and try different things next time.

Food was great! Will definitely be back. Taste was very similar and comparable to Davorn's but with her own twist. Prices are affordable for the amount of food given. Upside is that it's inside of a bar, so you're able to enjoy a drink while waiting for your food. The wait for food wasn't too bad as well. Considering that she's the main person cooking everything. We honestly didn't wait too long for our food to come out. Overall for the food, I would give it a 8/10. I didn't care too much for the Pad Thai due to the strong tamarind taste but everything else was amazing. Highly suggest trying their Lao Style Papaya Salad if you're feeling adventurous on taste. It is spicy depending on how many peppers you want (we got 5).

Terrible service waited over an hour for our food only to find out that it was never placed with the cook. Paid in advance so had to get money back. Will never go here again. Do not waste your time and money VBC was great but not the restaurant in the back.

It may take a while to get your food, but the food is always amazing! I've had the pad Thai (chicken) the spring rolls (shrimp and chicken) and they're like the size of a thick taquito! Also had the pad se yew, so so good! Spice level 2 is perfect, 3 was okay too.

Chan is located inside the bar all the way in back. You will not see their business sign as they burly starting again. Definitely is a stop you need to make if you are craving Thai food and beer. Next time, I visit Vasalia, CA to see my nephew again a stop will happen to taste new dishes from their menu and will create a content video for you guys can follow along on my YouTube channel.

Chan is back at VBC!This is on par / better than the rest of the Thai food in Visalia & surrounding area. The red curry is phenomenal. Every single dish is fresh, made to order, high quality authentic food. Spicy upon request, just be careful what you wish for (scale of 1-5 on most items).

Chan's ordering window is at the rear of the bar. Just wander past the drinking bar patrons and order some of the tastiest Thai food to be found in Visalia. The menu is simple and any questions are answered by the helpful staff. Great spring rolls and a delicious Pad Thai. I'm still a Thai food newbie, but will make this my Thai go-to in Visalia. Table seating is at the front of the bar area and they will bring your food to you. Just as a note: it is presently cash-only, but the food prices are reasonable and well worth a visit, even if not a bar goer.
