Chad's Auto Glass

Sad day to be writing such a review, but long overdue. Service is now completely degenerated. Owner marches to the beat of his own drum, does what he wants, when he wants, and how he wants. He showed up without permission, completed a glass replacement without our knowledge or permission, and was unreachable during the time frame. Once I had as able to reach him by phone he just gloated about how busy he is, and how we aren't the only customers. We then found out through other sources and from additional complaints, that he was using aftermarket glass, but being paid for the factory (OEM) price. Once we learned that, we found other jobs he had done fraudulently for us as well. SafeLite is now reviewing him as an affiliate; and my business and family have discontinued him as a vendor for us. He has gotten too big for his britches.

Where do I begin? I have alot of nice things to say about Chad's.He is always quick to answer you and get you scheduled no matter how quick you need it or are in a bind. When they do get there, they usually switch out your glass in a matter of minutes and get you back on the road.There rates are always competitive compared to Safelite or Glass Doctor.Never had a horrible experience with them.

I just wanted to commend your staff. I thought I lost my wallet. I checked everywhere in my house because that's the last place I remembered I had it. Turns out it was left in my car in the front seat in clear view to who worked on my car. They could've easily taken it and I would've been none the wiser. I'm so glad there is still good people in this world! Please extend my gratitude to your staff!

This place was awesome! Super communicative, then super easy to both get an estimate then to set up a time to come replace our windshield! They came when I happened to run out and they did the windshield anyways and just left the receipt. & We paid over the phone. They were extremely kind on the phone, and the experience was simple, thorough and really great overall!

Best price in town Called during after hour they responded with a text... texted me a quote during their day off. The mobile prices are same as if you went to their shop. Quick service would highly recommend called Saturday they window was in Tuesday morning

Chads Auto Glass saved my car! Safelite AutoGlass installed my windshield incorrectly. I spent an ENTIRE YEAR trying to get them to fix it with no luck. Took vehicle to dealer and they called in Chads who diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Save yourself the headaches and take your vehicle here first. I will be calling for all my future needs.
