Central Valley Tint

Called to get a quote on what I thought was a simple piece of 1/8 inch clear glass. Was told that they didn't want to do it and then proceeded to hang up on me. Very unprofessional and should get some lessons on customer service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I love helping local businesses, I've been there multiple times and referred many people there. So far, I've taken 2 of my vehicles there. The 1st time turned out great. The 2nd become an issue, not because the tint but my window panels were damaged. I noticed it as soon as I drove off and I turned back immediately. I went back to ask Po (the owner) about the damages and he became furious and defensive. After going back and forth for a few mins, He admitted that the damage might of been from the hot air gun and tools that is used to dry the tint and offered to pay for the damages. Later that evening, we spoke on the phone and came to an agreement that he would refund me $140 of the $230. So I went back the next day but he didn't keep his word and only gave me $110... I am very disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this owner Po. He has poor customer service and is not a man of his words. You would expect more from a middle age man. Never going back

Fast service, courteous, reasonably priced. I would definitely call them again!!!!
