I had a follow up Mammogram today with this new facility because my insurance was no longer contracted with the first place I went to. The tech who did my mammo was so rude. Her name was Elizibit... I was already nervous and she didn't care, the exam she performed was super painful and even when I voiced it, she didn't care. This isn't my first mammo and I know it shouldn't be this painful. She is not professional at all and shows no care for patient. When she came to get me to go in the waiting room, she was eating with a mouthful. I'm sad that my insurance is no longer contracted with my old facility. Someone needs to be retrained on proper patient care.

My wife has been there 2 times. Very professional and appropriate bedside manner. Thanks again for the great care.

When I came here, I had a great experience all around. The building is very well kept as well as all new and updated. The staff were courteous, helpful and kind. I appreciated it every moment that I was in this place.

The office is clean, beautiful design, comfortable chairs. The receptionist is sweet and kind.

This center is very good service and help The mri technician Abigail is one of the most professional and kind you will find in the central valley I would recommend this center to any one .

I called prior to my arrival and was told I didn't need an appointment to be seen. I was told that I could walk in when ever because appointments weren't necessary. I made sure to let the person know that I was driving 45 minutes in order to get there. When I arrived I was told by two people that I needed to schedule an appointment. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told she was one. I then asked to speak to her supervisor; whom conveniently had left for the day. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance carrier so that more patients don't go through the trouble of seeking this location out. I WAS ASKED FOR MY PHONE NUMBER SO THAT THEY COULD VERIFY THAT I HAD INDEED CALLED AT 3:21 P.M. like I stated! Thanks for implying that I was lying!!! By the way, I have a broken bone and they didn't care! Rude, not helpful! Never returning here! Save yourself the trouble and STAY AWAY!!!'

I've had consistent negative experiences with this office. My son received an X-ray and then an MRI on a later date. They only sent the X-ray results after the doctors office and I called three times to request them. They billed an insurance we have never had and then sent me a bill despite confirming the insurance card was on file. Now, a week and a half after his MRI no results have been sent to the referring physician. The physician's office called once again to request the results and this office sent over the X-ray results rather than the MRI. I have called multiple times and no one answers the phone.
