Go here!! Now!! Dr. Mayo does not disappoint. He is extremely intelligent, personable and efficient. The care I received today was outstanding. The office staff was friendly, accommodating and even made my daughter who has special needs feel comfortable being at the doctors. Overall, this is a great place. You'll be happy. Dr. Mayo rubbed a cbd cream on my toe after my cortisone shot I'm not kidding the pain is gone!

Four months after my surgery he still makes sure the healing is going great. Dr Sha and his staff are making sure my feet are getting to where they need to be. 10 years ago I was fine now with age and wear and tear I am not so great. Since coming to Dr Sha I have vast improvements and see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Do not recommend. They waisted my time and my money. I was supposed to get orthotics. I had to wait and extra 3-4 weeks to get them. After my 3D foot scan they never told me I had to put money down to get my orthotics ordered. 4 weeks later I had an appointment to test them out. I come and they tell me They can't do anything for me and that they weren't there. MADE me pay my copay to just to get NO HELP. Why don't you call and cancel the appointment if you never ordered my orthotics. They wasted 3 months of my time. 3 Months of getting no help for my pain. I couldn't walk!!! They had me scheduled for surgery for a torn ligament. I had a feeling nothing was approved from my insurance. Sure enough NOTHING WAS APPROVED. I had to get another opinion. I NEVER had a torn ligament, so what was the surgery FOR ?! DO NOT RECOMMEND. THIS IS THE LAST PERSON I WOULD GO TO EVER. ID RATHER CUT MY OWN FOOT OFF THAN TO RECEIVE HELP FROM THIS SHIT SERVICE AND SHITY DOCTOR.

I have nothing but positive praises office and staff was great. Felt comfortable waiting even had nice Christmas decor! Dr. Shah fixed me up with a treatment plan after careful assessment of my ankle. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Do you have problems with your feet or ankles? Not if you are patient at Foot & Ankle!!! I recently had surgery on my right foot completed by Dr. Mayo and let me tell you my friends Dr. Mayo performs miracles when it comes to relieving pain!!! He performed a joint replacement on the big toe which was heavily infected with gout. Thanks to Dr. Mayo and his awesome staff I am 90% recovered!!! The 10% is based on recovering from compensating from the way I was walking before the surgery. I truly encourage those who have or have had foot or ankle problems to stop procrastinating and take care of what keeps you moving. God bless Dr. Mayo and his dedication staff!!!

Horrible, horrible service!! Rudest front office I have ever endured. Christina is so rude!! I waited at the counter and I let her know I was here to make a payment and she ignored me for until it looked like she wasn't doing anything and then I asked if she was waiting on something and she rudely said what's the name. So curt! Please go else where I hate to see anyone but especially elderly people (as I saw in the initial visit) get treated so rudely. It's just not acceptable. There are other offices that appreciate business let them make you feel as you should, respected and welcomed. It should be an easy task most of the time. Christina didn't talk to not one of the people that went to the counter. Horrible! You are doing yourself a disservice by going here. If I could leave it at zero stars, I would.

Always a long wait and having to sit in a waiting room that blast politics all the time can be quite frustrating. I'm coming to get my foot taken care of and not to listen to politics (bring your earbuds). Love Dr. Shah and his energy. Appreciate his expertise.

One of the worst places I been at!!! Not hygienic at all toenail clippings all on the floor, dried blood spots. There's no way things are being cleaned correctly with the amount of people in the waiting room. The assistance working there say they don't get there mandatory lunches sometimes because how over booked they are WHICH IS ILLEGAL. Over all you can tell the dr mayo is money hungry and tries to push his politics onto you. On the other hand dr shah is amazing and would prefer him to have his own office. I would not recommend for diabetics to go might get an infection from unclean equipment. If I could give it a negative -5/5 I would!!!

Dr. Mayo is an excellent Podiatrist, but I would not recommend Dr Shah who is also in this office. He was very unprofessional with me on my visit. He and his nurse assistant proceeded to make jokes and talk about his preferences in movies , as he was performing a toenail removal procedure on me. When I returned for my 2 week follow up they informed me when I arrived for my appointment that they did not need to see me.

I am disappointed and disturbed that the front office staff does not wear face masks--even though there is a sign on the door as you walk in that masks are required. It is negligent for a medical business to not respect the fact that our county is facing a severe shortage of ICU beds. It is also disrespectful to the patients. To make matters worse, the nature of podiatry deals with many patients in high risk due to diabetes (and elderly). In addition to lack of masks--pens used for signing in are not sanitized after each use as they are at most other places of business. If you are in a high risk group you need to know all the facts.
