Central Valley Collision Repair

My car was in an accident, and I brought it here to CVCR because of the great reviews. They detail your car for a 5 star review, (which I wish was just part of the service instead of that cringy feeling of being incentivized) but I couldn't give a full 5 stars due to a total lack of communication. My car was in their shop for 2 months, and was even transferred to a dealership due to an engine issue, but we weren't notified at all. Instead we found out when we called to check in. No one ever reaches out with updates, and at times the person answering the phone promises a call back from one of the technicians, which doesn't happen. So you have to be very proactive yourself and constantly call them. With that being said; I completely appreciate the excellent job that was done on my car, as it looks good as new. I also truly enjoyed the friendliness of Red, and the other staff onsite. They are honest, thorough, and detailed. And yes, I would bring my car here again. If we were called (or texted) even once per week with a brief update, this would have easily been a 5+ star review.

Red and his team at CVCR are absolutely unparalleled in the quality of their work. This humble family-owned business does the best painting and collision repair in the valley, hands down. From beginning to end, Red was meticulous in repainting my car. When I first brought in my BMW M6, the hood had severe damage to the clearcoat. It was completely stripped down to the basecoat and looked horrendous. The trunk as well was wrinkled beneath the clear due to shoddy prior paint work by the dealer. Having been acquainted with Red's work through a family friend, I happily agreed to have my hood, trunk and rear bumper totally stripped and resprayed. CVCR did not just repaint my car, they revitalized its appearance to such a degree, that it might as well be a brand new car. The paint match was simply stunning; there is no way one could tell that the hood, trunk lid and aluminum hood. These ultra-lightweight materials are notoriously difficult to paint, but Red and his team had no problem at all making the car look incredible.It would be an understatement to say the paintwork was superb. The crew at CVCR are true painters and masters of their craft. The quality of their work is unsurpassed even by the BMW factory; the car looks BETTER THAN NEW from inside out. Not only was it repainted, it was polished, detailed and given an excellent ceramic coating. Even the interior was made completely spotless, along with the engine bay. I feel that I absolutely got my money's worth at CVCR. My car came back gorgeous, pristine, and breathtaking due to the hard work and dedication of Red and his team. I am happy to support this local family business and I highly recommend you to choose CVCR for your paint and bodywork needs.

My black Jeep Cherokee had minor damage, but the parts were taking a long time to come in. Not the shop's fault. Red, the manager, got my vehicle drivable in record time despite a missing part which still allowed me to drive it. My other vehicle was hit too so I really needed it for a planned ski vacation. Red and his team put my vehicle back together, cleaned and detailed it beautifully so I could go on a ski trip. This shop cares about you and goes above and beyond, don't go anywhere else in Visalia.

Amazing people that work well super fast when it comes to ordering parts i love how they broke down all the repair they gave me a set deal line and the give me updates and where in the repair they are at. 100% would recommend

I wish my experience was the same the last two times bringing my vehicle here but unfortunately this time it was a horrible experience. I know insurance (Progressive, which is completely horrible to work with) has equal blame.Although David was nice and explained things thoroughly, my issue with him is the poor communication. It was almost non-existent. It forced me to be that "annoying, irritated customer" however, I had no choice. This morning I wrote an email expressing my frustration and the response was "it's out front, come get it". It felt very unprofessional. I felt it could have been better worded like "your vehicle is ready"As many good reviews there, it is inevitable to be immune to bad reviews. Note, I still have not received my vehicle. I will update if I find any issues.

Great shop , answered all of my questions and took my car in same day. Other shops told me they wouldn't take my car in because I was paying out of pocket but Central Valley took me in with no questions asked. Red , David and Fernando and great guys and answered all of my questions in regards of the process. I highly recommend anyone come and bring your vehicle. They payed out the whole process step to step and made sure I knew what I was paying for Honest , transparent and great customer service!

I am over the top happy with my cars results. Show room quality!!! Looks brand new. Red and his team knocked it out of the ball park. They were so kind and went the extra mile to make sure I am happy. I would not go anywhere else. Red worked with my insurance company and instead of the ins company only offering me touch up paint he was able to work a deal w them for a complete paint job!!!I paid the extra to have y wheels painted black and my headlamps cleaned like new again and they smoked tinted them for an extra sporty look. I still can't believe this is my old car that a peacock had attacked and scratched all four sides!!! They even repaired an old dent for free. Does my car look 11 years old? No, it looks like it just came off the show room floor WOW-GORGEOUS

I had some work done previously at Central Valley Collision Repair and it was a good quality job and good customer service. But today I waited 10 minutes to be helped which was ok, until the couple that walked in after me were helped and I was ignored. I do appreciate the fact that the office Ladies apologized. Please treat all your customers like they matter!

Central Valley Collision Repair did an excellent job repairing my 2017 Ford Explorer. Their communication was excellent from the time we got the first estimate, to working with both my insurance company and the insurance company of the person who hit me. They kept me constantly informed on the status of the claim, changes to the original estimate and the subsequent insurance approval, where the car was in the repair process and when it was completed. The repair itself was also flawless and was completed at a fair price.We were so impressed, we dropped off another car to repair some issues with paint oxidation and they turned that one around in 2 days at a fair price (no insurance involved). The communication on the non-insurance claim was not as good (text only) but the new paint was flawless and we were very happy with the work.

Very pleased with the service and the workmanship. I have had so many negative experiences with auto repair shops that I was expecting it here too. Great job guys. Thank you so much, it looks like new!
