Not me, but having this service sure takes the pressure off and the headache of filing, the staff is supportive and knowledgeable of current changes on tax law.Easy to schedule and pleasant to deal with, besides this they are very helpful in planning future financial indevors. Very rude staff. It felt like if you didn't speak Spanish they didn't want to hear what I was saying. Another poor thing this place does is charge you just to look at all your forms and paper work then throw on another charge to file your taxes. Never calling or considering this place again hire better customer service and come up with better and cost friendly policies when it comes to filing taxes.
