Central Floor Supply

My wife and I initially had Central floor Supply over by Clinton do a floor of ours in 2019 and we were very satisfied with both cost and workmanship. Well, fast forward to December of 2024 and we're in a different home with water damage. So we got ahold of Central floor Supply again, this time over on Ashlan in Fresno. Devinn came out that day, put an estimate together. We had to put it on hold waiting on our insurance company for a couple of weeks, finally got it ready, gave them a call and Devinn had Aldo and his crew come out and they got it done in one day! Very satisfied with product, workmanship and cost. I will not work with a different company when it comes to floors. They cannot be beat. Highly recommend.

Recently had the pleasure of doing business with John. He was very helpful in educating me on the different kinds of flooring and guiding me to what I needed. The install came out beautiful. My parents also ended up getting flooring done by them and they are equally pleased. Highly recommend!

Absolutely recommend! We looked at so many flooring options from big box stores, wholesale stores, flooring liquidators, chain stores and we landed with Central Floor Supply because it has the best flooring supply and the best prices. We wanted the best prices/quality, but we believe we had an amazing experience and product because they are a small local business and they cared about making customers happy and could be flexible. We went with WPC flooring bc it was best quality and we were surprised we had not heard about WPC from the stores we browsed. I was impressed they let us take the large flooring display with us to have a big sample to determine what flooring would look best in our area. Customer Service is exceptional and even enjoyable, staff is funny, they took some of the stress out of a large purchase. The owner was patient and light heartedly informative dealing with our 100 questions and uncertainties and responded quickly every time we reached out. They don't upsale, we didn't want to be stuck with a flooring we hated. The owner James was honest about what products would not fit our needs. James had remarkable experience and provided us with DIY installation tips. His team came on site to take measurements and ensure we had the right quantity. We truly were delighted and impressed with all aspects of how they do business and the quality flooring and asked them for recommendation for on counters and tile and were happy to know they are now providing those options. They connected us wOith their counter top distributors in LA and Sacramento to be able to see the counters in large display he arranged the sale and delivery.

We were greeted by Mike who was friendly and very helpful with explaining the different types of carpeting we were interested in. He provided a quote for our selection and promptly scheduled installation for early the following week. Mike was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend Central Floor Supply.

Good selection and prices. Excellent service. John was patient, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. We needed to postpone several times due to health issues, and John never showed any signs of impatience or frustration. Installers were just as impressive. Courteous, friendly, fast, respectful of property, careful... and they put everything back EXACTLY where it belonged. They took pictures to help remember proper placement of furniture.

Everyone we worked with was helpful, friendly, and communicated all aspects of the process very well. James Johnson oversaw the process for us, answered a billion of my questions patiently, Antonio, who was very friendly, came out and measured the home, and another Antonio and crew installed the flooring. James encouraged us to take various samples home, use the website to picture flooring in our home, and helped find the best flooring for our needs. Antonio and his crew told us the floor would be installed in 2 days, and when we came home after the first day, it was complete! Both my wife and I were extremely impressed with how things turned out and with them exceeding our expectation in so many way. We feel like we have a new home!
