Sent a project message via Yelp, one night around 9p. I needed some carpet installed in a single room and was on a tight timeline. James at CFS responded first. I called the following morning, a Friday, on Monday afternoon my carpet was installed. Wow! He has a good selection of carpet and flooring in stock. He is very knowledgeable about carpet and floors, and really went out of his way to get our project done as quickly as possible. It was a smooth experience. I'd highly recommend this business!!

We went searching for flooring in several different locations. It was a toss up about who we would use. We walked into the door here, and were given great customer service by the employees and the owner. We locked down the look we wanted, and they happened to have what we wanted in surplus. They gave us a price that was nearly 40-50% of normal retail price of the flooring. It went from us window shopping, to us basically walking out the door with about 2000 sqft of flooring. They threw in underlayment and were generous enough to deliver and unload at our house. Can't beat the price. Can't beat the kindness. The plan is to go back and grab the baseboards from them too. Those are also cheaper than what we are finding at Lowe's or Home Depot.

Central Floor Supply gave us the best price by far over the big box stores.Mike, our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful, without being high pressure.James worked with us with financing and scheduling. The samples are very large so it makes it so much easier to make a choice.Antonio and his crew were on time every day, and worked quickly and efficiently.Our LVP floors are beautiful.This home improvement project went much smoother than we every expected.Thank you to James, Mike and the entire crew for making this such a stress free experience.

Antonio was very knowledgeable and welcoming at the Fresno Home Show. When he came to measure the house he brought the two colors of samples that I requested. He let me keep them so I could decide what color I liked best. He was not over bearing or pushy like most salesmen. He very friendly and answered all our questions. The price was competitive. I requested the Lopez Brothers to install the vinyl plank flooring due the reviews I read on yelp and the better business bureau. The Lopez Brothers are amazing! Antonio is very friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. They take pride in their work. They try to keep the house clean during demolition and installation. The flooring and baseboards are perfect!They did amazing work! I love my new floors! I highly recommend central floor supply and the Lopez Brothers!!!!

I purchased my flooring and used their in-house years ago. I'm looking forward to enjoying it for a long time.

Stumbled upon this store as I was reading reviews for a local competitor. We stopped in to see the selection and talk with the team. We felt like the prices were good as well. We were able to get a measurement same day and ended up purchasing LVP and carpet from CFS. We are very happy with the floors. The installation crew was fast and efficient. They took out carpet. / checkThey installed flooring. / checkOne guy charged extra for installing my own tiles at the hearth./ why more $?The flooring scratched all to hell as soon as furniture moved. / WTF?They replace scratched flooring and appear to install some kind of sealant now. / hmmmmAs the last guy leaves, he pushes our new fridge into its nook and creates a flood by breaking the water line to the ice maker. And he's gone. / nice touch.

Excellent service from marketing, measurement, customer service, and actual floor installation. James, the owner, was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me choose the "perfect" luxury vinyl planks according to my standards. Hats off to the Lopez brothers who are the floor installers! They were efficient and hard working people. They moved our heavy wooden furnitures, covered them to be protected from dust, and disassembled (then assembled back) my heavy humongous entertainment center. It took them only two days to complete the job which included removing the old carpet and tiles, as well as disposing of the previous flooring materials.The entire first floor of my house looks so beautiful and presentable. I'm fascinated daily on this transformation that my house almost looks new (esp after repainting the interior and exterior of the house). I would use this same company to do the second floor next time. I highly recommend Central Floor Supply

10 stars!!!!! Fantastic. Forget the local competitors and the big box stores. No one will give you such top flight quality as James and his team at Central Floor Supply. We shopped for months and found that no one compares with the price for materials and the installation labor costs as we were given by James. And quality of workmanship is stellar!Antonio and his install team were excellent. Worked efficiently and steadily for 3 days to install luxury vinyl plank in out 1685 sf home. They did a beautiful job of adding baseboards and quarter rounds too. Also installers took great care not to have repeating patterns placed near each other.Communications with owner James and installer Antonio were clear and timely. We appreciated that call backs were very fast. Questions answered thoroughly. We are extremely happy that we went with James for our flooring. Would definitely recommend!!!
