Dr. Kerr is amazing. Where he works, does not have great reviews, which I do not understand. Everybody in the office was super nice and professional. They had me in and out very quickly. Dr. Kerr Was the fourth doctor I've seen with my situation he's the only one who took the time to listen to my history and my concerns Came up with a solution and performed a small procedure in the office. I could not recommend him or more highly. Thank you so For the care I received today

If we could I'll give them 0 stars. I'm not a person to complain. Took my mother in law 3 times and 2 of the 3 times canceled our appointment at the spot & 3rd times made us wait for 2 half hours. This place is really going down hill.

An update from my previous experience:Checking in was quick. The front staff was fine. I wouldn't say the customer service is the best. It just felt like everyone's not happy and burned out from their job or they just lost the passion. I was called back pretty quickly and brought to another waiting room where I met Dr. Kerr. She's the reason why I gave a 4 star. The one star I docked off was because of the unwelcoming staff and the previous experience. Dr. Kerr did my ABR/VNG testing. She was absolutely the sweetest and kindest person there. Her energy and personality made my visit better than expected. The testing at the end was pretty rough and she was caring and patient with me through it all.

This place is a joke. I brought my son in several weeks ago because he had put food in his nostril. (Yes, he is a toddler.)The doctor said she could not examine his nose because he would not sit still. She asked if we wanted to pursue a conservative or more aggressive course of action. We opted to go with conservative action, being around of antibiotics.His symptoms seemed to improve. However, his symptoms returned a few days ago. We contacted this office again, they did not bother to ask that my son be brought in again to be examined in person. They simply called in a prescription for another round of antibiotics.My son's nose started to bleed this afternoon. That he be seen by the ear nose and throat doctor at this office. They said that they will not see my son if his nose is actively bleeding. Make it make sense!So we took him to the emergency room. The doctors there were able to finally provide my kid competent care, and were able to suction the food particles out of his nostrils.As far as I'm concerned, the doctor at this office committed malpractice and will be reported to the state accordingly by me. Do not go to this place. You will regret it.

Here I sit on hour 2 and it's the 3rd time it's happened I would leave but need the drain removed. And the people at the front desk don't even try to show empathy they border on rude Dr Teitlebaum is good but at what price. My time is valuable as well

These people are Horible! I would give these guys less than a 1 star but i can't.I had to wait 1 and a half months for an appointment, then they cancel and move my appointment out 4 more months. Totally Useless.

Once again, I have been let down by the front desk employees of this facility. I was told to arrive 30 minutes early and so I did. I ended up in the waiting room for almost an hour. Checkout took 20 minutes when it should have taken 5. As said in my other review, the actual doctors and voice therapists were great and very helpful, but some of the front desk staff are often unprofessional and unorganized.

I just got off the phone with a receptionist who rescheduled my doctors appointment for the FIFTH time in a month. Apparently the doctors can reschedule at a moments notice, but patience cannot. I am extremely frustrated because I've scheduled time off of work for them to call and cancel. I was finally so defeated when they just called me to reschedule my appt ON MY BIRTHDAY! I voiced my frustrations to which then the receptionist became EXTREMELY RUDE. I let her know I have been put off for months to which she just became even more unprofessional. I realized at this time that the power of my appt is in the hands of someone who would cancel again all because SHE is upset that I AM upset, but she definitely made sure to dominate her anger on me. It's horrible that people act like this when all I am looking for is medical attention after waiting MONTHS

I was referred here by my primary care physician and could not get past the receptionist due to unprofessional behavior. I called and stated that I need to make an appointment and the receptionist responded with "okay, and how can I help you?" I repeated my same statement twice and instead of asking me for information she immediately states " we need a referral from your primary care physician in person." I stated that I should already have a referral." and that I was confused as to why they need to see them in person. She backtracks and states " no we just need a referral." Finally, she's ask for necessary information needed to process scheduling. I am told that I was already scheduled and that I should have the date. Again confused, as I was never informed I was already scheduled. The information I received from their text stated I needed to call them to set an appointment. Instead, I get condescending responses regarding scheduling and being told "I just told you the date." After asking how I'm supposed to know I was already given an appointment date in the future.Other reviews have stated the same issues regarding their receptionists and phone operators. Needless to say, I'll be looking for alternative options from my primary care.
