Another gem around the corner from me!This is a health-conscious beverage and light bite spot. They open from 7am - 3pm and specialize in energy drinks, protein drinks, coffees and snacks. What they serve is beneficial for you in terms of protein and/or caffeine. You can order drinks with collagen, probiotics, fiber, vitamin C + a bunch of other good stuff. Great for post workout or for hydration, digestion, energy, or a heart boost.To be real: You can taste the protein / added benefits in the drink. Once you accept that taste, you'll enjoy it more. But can be off putting if you don't anticipate it.The staff was super friendly and kind! They knew their stuff, but made the experience incredibly approachable. They were quick which made everything smooth. This place does have a punch card which is a nice incentive to come back! Drinks range from about $6-$9.50 and food from about $9-$13 which is reasonable, but can get a little pricy if you go crazy with your order! But hey, treat yourself! its healthy I don't think they have a website, so check out their IG for more information! @centralcalinutrition

This is my go to place for morning rush breakfast protein smoothy. Staff is nice. Quick service and I did try the muffins they were tasty.

COVID Phase: I have been wanting to try this place fora while after seeing them on Instagram and finally get to and it was worthwhile the wait! Masks worn by workers and required. The worker was very nice and they had great music playing. I ordered the Tropic Thunder tea and Choco Mocha. The worker wished me a good day and that was appreciated! The shake and tea were good! Good service, shake and tea! Recommended!

Always love coming in for a refreshing mega tea, protein shake, protein waffles or donuts... the staff are fun, friendly and genuine. Love that I can pre-order for pick up/curbside when I'm in a hurry!

Love the energy teas, very nice staff I always call and order ahead of time. Definitely recommend
