A bad place.Won't come here again. paid $55 for a screensaver. They said they could get a new screen for $15 after-sales. Now it costs twenty dollars

As someone who has great experiences in the past, it is such a shame to have such a bad one here. After utilizing their services, my Face-ID has ceased functionality. Now of course I would be willing to consider it is simply my phone, if I had not used my Face-ID for mobile banking immediately before handing it over for repair. Upon receipt of my phone, I noticed it was not unlocking due to Face-ID not working. I brought my phone back immediately and was informed that they had no influence on such an issue. I can't imagine that to be true, as my phone was working in full capacity before handing it to them. They also informed me that this is an unfixable issue, and that even apple would be unable to fix this. I paid close to $170 for my phone to be worse off than before. To have such an essential feature disabled, and then to be met with no offer for reparation whether it be from partial or full refund, shows how unapologetic and unwilling to take responsibility the owner of this establishment can be. I am very dissapointed that a service that I have been using for three years would be unable to work with me on such an issue. Of course there was a denial of responsibility, but at the end of the day simple use of logic and the tenant of cause effect make the brunt of responsibility clear. At this point I'd rather have a cracked screen that utilizes all of the features I previously had available.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Do not use this company. I went here by mistake meaning to go to a different cell tech that I spoke to on yelp. When I showed and asked the gentleman working here my conversation on yelp to ensure I was in the correct location which he lied about. Fixed my screen which 2 days later went out and when I tried to reach out to get it repaired under warranty he stated that it was due to the new apple iOS system and I'd have to figure it out with them and stopped messaging me. This place is crooked and their products don't last. Stay away!!!

Great price and service. The wait for me being the only person in store was a bit long but overall very satisfied

I dropped my iPad and the screen shattered. I went to Yelp to get repair quotes. Nasir responded with a quote within 10 minutes. He said I could bring it any time. We dropped it off and it was ready the next day. The repair and service was great! Thanks Nasir!
