Twenty minutes for a replacement battery? That's what the quoted me. Walked away three hours later with a phone in worse condition than before. What can I say? Would you like to go to a business that "repairs" your phone by breaking your screen then trying to charge $70 to replace it? How about having your phone repeatedly reboot due to the "technician" forgetting to secure the battery with the two metal plates that originally came with the phone. Do you enjoy being given a new screen priced at that aforementioned $70 complete with streaks and dead pixels topped with a tempered glass screen protector that mysteriously has cracked without any trauma? I purposefully came here, I like to try to support local small businesses and the guy working always seems nice when I see him. Bought a phone case and screen protector and both broke 2 weeks after purchasing. They would do nothing to make it right and asked me to buy all over again. No thanks, I will buy the brand name from somewhere that has warranty for products.
