Pleasantly surprised with this hidden gem after a long afternoon in the sun. My order: taco + enchilada plate (carne asada for both) Food Result: Meat was seasoned well and both the taco and enchilada were stuff with it! Slightly on the saltier side, but overall very satisfied with my order. Service: Waitress was attentive and brought extra chips when we ran out. Overall: If I ever come out to Kerman again (for some unknown reason) I would definitely stop by Cecilia's!

Fantastic restaurant in Kerman! The chile verde plate is delicious! So is their huevos rancheros!

Best local restaurant in town. Coworkers and myself always stop by when we are in town for a large burrito or plate. Great service and food.

Can't speak for lunch menu but all their breakfast burritos are BOMB. Homemade tortillas and huge, most importantly...tasty.

Came on recommendations from several local friends and this place didn't disappoint! First of all, HOMEMADE TORTILLAS!!! Ummmmmm, yes! Sign me up please! ‍ The chips are made from their homemade tortillas and they were delicious! Partnered with their salsa made in-house, and I could have made a meal out of that. We came here for breakfast and ordered a plate and a burrito. When the burrito came out, I knew I was in trouble. It was huge! (And that wasn't even the "big" burrito). Everything was juicy and not oily, especially given that chorizo can be pretty oily. The potato's are pan fried before going into your burrito and the added beans and cheese made for a monstrous meal!We preferred the corn tortillas to the flour because they had a lot more flavor

This was an unexpected treat! I'm pretty sure the locals know about this place, as we went in well before lunch and it was crowded. But we got a booth non the less. The service was quick, the food was great, and chips are home made! There really isn't anything bad about this place. I got my usual chili rellano and shredded beef taco combo. Beans and rice were great, chili was full of cheeese and breaded to perfection. The hard taco came on a hand made shell. This place is a little more Americanized than some, but it still has that traditional Mexican flavor you can taste. I'll give it a 5 star when I come back, and see if it is still as bomb as the first time.I'll be back!

Always great food and service the chips and salsa are so good. Nice little restaurant to have feel good food.

Came here by a recommendation from family as I was visiting from New York. I lived in the Central Valley growing up but i'm sorry but the food here was not appetizing at all. Service was good. Personally might not come back again but hey everyone deserves a second chance next time hopefully better. Good ambiance all around! 3/5

The only thing I hate about this place is the hours, I wish they closed later in the evening. The food is always amazing!!
