I'm new here to Fresno so it was hard to try to find the right person to trust your hair with. I love that she listens to your needs, offers suggestions but didn't push for anything else. I love my hair and it was exactly how I wanted it. It feels so healthy and refreshed.

Cece is amazing at her job! I came to her for initial balayage, and she listened very intently to my requests and I was incredibly pleased with how my hair came out. I've now come back for two sets of toning and a haircut, and I have left happy each time. I am Japanese and have slick straight fine Asian hair, and she did well with her coloring, and keeping things as healthy and natural as she could. She is consistent in her work and providing an excellent service, and I highly recommend her for all hair needs!

I went in because I wanted to get to transition away from my harsh box dye color. Cece was very helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that she didn't try to sell me on something that would damage my hair. She was considerate of what I wanted but also told me what would work for me and not damage my hair. She truly is an expert and it shows. She will help you find what works best for you and will give you information on how to keep your hair as healthy as possible!

Thank you so much Cece for taking me in on such short notice! You don't even know how frustrating it is to deal with super tangly hair after I shower. Thank you for giving me the haircut I so badly needed. My hair feels fresh. Love it!

I'm truly thankful to have ran into Cece. I had been talking about wanting to change up my hair for over a year and had found no luck finding a hair stylist. I found a Groupon and did research and saw that everyone was delighted with her. The thing that I liked the most was how Cece educated me on her products and knowledge. She takes the time to explain to you whats happening and how to maintain your hair. The results I received were beyond expectation which is always a plus! I really enjoyed chatting and getting my hair done by this artist. She knows what's going on and up to date with current trends. She uses good products like Unite and sells them too. Can't wait to set another appointment with her.

This chick is amazing! Going to get everything touched up again in a few days so my hair can look nice again and feel refreshed. But I just had to take a quick minute to post this 5 star because when she took over my hair, I didn't know what to expect and based on my previous girl, my expectations were pretty low. Well Cece did beyond amazing! Without showing her any pictures I basically told her what I wanted and where the last girl left off, she was so on point, I couldn't believe it! I have to share the pictures because I never showed Cece my screen shot from wherever I found it, but somehow she just knew and got it! I felt so pretty and got a lot of compliments. I was just in awe at how wonderful of a job she did. I am looking forward to seeing her soon!!! Oh, she's a bit pricy, but worth every penny, and tells you her pricing upfront. If you don't like it, then you prob don't love your hair and or yourself. Lol jk ..she's worth it

I just moved from Los Angeles to Fresno this past summer and was nervous about finding a brand new stylist. After doing tons of research I came across Cece's services for a cut. Look no further, she is THE BEST! I've always liked my cuts in the past years but I didn't know you could LOVE a cut so much. Cece made the perfect suggestions for my face shape and is always so much fun to see!

Edited to add (12/20): No refund or fix has been offered and was left on read until I posted this review. I was told by her that she went "above and beyond to accommodate" and "you're just upset". I am now looking for another hair stylist and salon to fix my hair when it recovers more from this as no attempts to reconcile this situation was made :(I'm so sad to have to write this review because I had such a good experience with Cece in 2021. We had such a great conversation and I loved my hair! This was my first appointment and it went great. Turns out the Groupon deal I got back in November is for new clients only. Darn. I had reached out to make an appointment and she let me know. That's okay, I let her know that I am willing to pay extra to have my hair done the way that I had asked for years ago. I wanted my hair the same as it was years ago. She was going to make it work for me since Groupon won't refund me the order. Hair appointment does not go as expected. I reached out to her right after my hair appointment (like 10 minutes after) saying I was unhappy and asked for a fix. I was happy she was willing to fix. She spent 30 minutes on it for the fix and that was it. I was really nervous about it but was hoping it would be okay.Flash forward to today. I had my first wash and my hair just looks nothing like what I am asking for. I text her letting her know it isn't working and she was arguing with me. I did mention that I was going to leave a review, so she mentioned that I threatened her with a review and just took my complaint very personally. She said my hair is fragile, I have lost some hair but she said my hair is thin and fragile and that's why I did not get the hair I wanted. She even circled my hair in my picture to argue with me about my hair being damaged. She said ANY damage I have is not from hair appointment. Even though I got blonde and I'm not even mainly upset about the damage. She also admitted my hair was highlighted, which was part of the Groupon deal and not what I initially requested or asked for in my texts. I spent over $300 to not get the hair I want and to be argued with when I am just devastated to not have my hair the way I wanted after not having my hair done for years :( I just wanted to have the hair I asked for. I am really bummed because I really loved her and enjoyed my first appointment with her. I would have left 2 stars if she didn't leave me on read after she admitted she highlighted my hair instead of balayage like I initially asked.Also I should specify that I'm autistic, and it was hard enough having to navigate all of this without support. I did not tell Cece I was autistic because I am afraid of people's judgment but I need to share this because I really feel like I communicated as well I could for someone on the spectrum.

What went well? Everything went well! My hair turned out amazing!! I can't wait to have her work her magic on my hair again! Cece is very professional but also so informative. She uses top notch products, so you don't damage your hair. I was very pleased with the results!

I lost most of m hair on one side and Cece fixed it! I got extensions. She was very meticulous and the result is fantastic!
