Very poor service and management. Techs came out late afternoon and found issue with heater. Told RE agent representing the seller it was an high limit switch problem. They said it was after 5 so could not get the part that day. So good so far...They said they would transfer the info for a tech tomorrow to take care of it because they had a big job the next day and could not come back. The next day I never got a notice that tech was on the way, instead manager said 'agent at the house' was forcing the techs to finish so he could leave early. Never heard about transferring it to another tech. This is a lie. I would never do that nor would I lie about it. This company has a communication problem.Competitor fixed problem same day. Found clogged air filter and reset blower speed to help regulate internal temp to normal range. 30 min. job.Heater works great!
