Carrillo's Mexican Food

Love coming to Carrillo's, I used to go to their Clovis location for years while I lived down the street, and now that I moved I realized I get the same great food now down the street from me here. Brought my son Friday morning for some chilequilles and chile relleno and mmmMmm! Always super yummy! Great service too. Thank you for feeding my son and I after getting over a little cold.

Nothing fancy in terms of ambiance but good service. The staff was friendly and served food fairly quickly. Food was average but tasted fresh. Well seasoned. Chips were too thin for my preference but ok. Beans tasted authentic, pretty good. I would go again if in area.

We went to the other location and as always they are very busy. Still we wanted to eat their food. So we came to this location. We were not disappointed, they food tasted the same but we saw a little better portion on the food. We order our usual which is menudo for my daughter, wet burrito for my husband and chilaquiles for me. Everything was on point and delicious. The salsa is always so tasty. We always bring the left over because we like it so much we don't want to leave anything behind. I my mouth is watering just remembering about the salsa. The service was very quick and friendly. Definitely coming back. Since we know that this location it's less crowded. They have Mexican music in the background and we always enjoy while we wait for the food. Ambience very familiar and very hospitable.

First of all, the food is pretty amazing. Second of all, it's very affordable which is extremely important to me. I highly recommend the carne asada burrito

Plenty of seating and very friendly! Prices are very reasonable and portions are good.

7/8/23 Getting breakfast for tomorrow. Egg white ham breakfast burrito with extra hot sauce on the side ordered. The worker was kind and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I went in to get it. The restaurant is okay. Safe and clean. The order was ready and waiting. Paid for it. Okay service. No thank yous or kindness. Oh well. Also, FYI, this is now Carrillo's Mexican Restaurant. It looks like they go by either one. Not really sure there...7/9/23Happy Sunday everyone! Breakfast burrito split. My half was really good! Tasty! Even better with the hot sauce they included! It came with seasoned tortilla chips and they were good too! Okay service and really good breakfast burrito! Just wish the service was better in person.

Super disappointed with my food this time around. Nearly $50 spent on 2 pozoles 2 horchatas and 3 tacos For both of my pozoles to come with a bunch of bone and muscle instead of full meat bowls I'm assuming $13 each smh & I'm guessing the horchatas were $5 each And the tacos $3 each x3 plus taxes came out to $48 and change. I only got the debit card receipt and not a full print out But definitely not worth it if this is what I'm paying for....

Had the menudo was delicious. The service was great, the staff was friendly. First time eating here will be coming back.

I used to go to a restaurant called Velasco's in Sanger California but they recently closed down and so I was in the need for a new small town, Mexican restaurant and me and my family came across this one. Funny enough some workers from Velascos came to work here and that was enough for me to know that the food was going to be amazing. As expected, the food was really good, the service was great, and we just really enjoy our experience each time we go over there! My favorite is the Chile Relleno and the three enchiladas!
