Carmen is by far the best esthetician I have ever had work on my face. She is skillful in her application of product, knowledgeable about different skin types, conditions and treatments- truly a gem. I highly recommend her for her excellent service, unbeatable price point, and beautiful results.

I've been coming to Carmen for about a year now and it's really life changing! She's very knowledgeable about all skin types and what to use that's best for you. She has many products that she uses and also sells that are gentle and specific to each skin type. She explains every step of your facial which allows you to take care of your own face at home. I'm so happy with the care she gives and the variety of gentle products she has. Carmen's establishment is very clean and serene, such a wonderful place to relax and be pampered. She also offers amazing massages.

Decided I needed to pamper myself and stumbled upon her page on yelp. She had great reviews and had availability the same day so decided to give it a try. I'm so happy that I found her because it was exactly what I needed. I have been having stubborn acne and dryness but also work long hours so wanted a relaxing experience and she was able to calm my skin and give a relaxing spa experience. I love how knowledgeable, attentive and kind she is. I already made an appointment to return and will definitely be telling others to go to her!

Just got my second facial from Carmen this afternoon. She did an amazing job listening to my needs and following through on my requests. When she's doing extractions she goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and gets everything in one session. All I can say is thank you Carmen for being the best skin therapist I've ever been to. I'd highly recommend Carmen and her many private labeled skin care products to get you looking your best!

This review is long overdue! I have been coming to see Carmen for a little over a year now. I found her through Groupon. I could not be happier with her! I always get the 50 min customize facial. Carmen knows exactly what my skin needs at each facial. She is knowledgeable and I trust her completely with my skin. Every time I leave, my face is always so soft and glowing! I can't say enough great things about Carmen! I have recommended Carmen to my family and they have all gone to her and loved their facial!

Carmen is amazing! She does a wonderful job. I have gotten the vitamin C facial twice now and I love it. I really enjoy how she massages your shoulders and neck while the face mask is absorbing and how she places product on your neck and chest areas as well. I highly recommend her.

I've done 3 acne facial treatments with Carmen and with my allergies to some products with fruit extracts, she kindly accommodated with adding a massage and other facial treatments. She has great products and is just awesome! She's so awesome my 23 year old brother, 17 year old sister, 25 year old cousin and her 13 year old brother also goes to get facials and treatments from her! I originally found Carmen Laines and Co. (Skinvana) skincare line on Etsy a year or two back. I was looking for a pumpkin mask and found the Pumpkin Enzyme Resurfacing Mask. I ordered one and since then I have kept this product in my personal skincare routine. It is a great product and my skin has benefited from it nicely!! I have extremely sensitive skin. I use this mask once every two weeks while in the shower. I apply it to my face, scrub it evenly over, then I leave it on while I tend to other needs! I give it another little scrub before using a clean washcloth to wipe clean. My skin glows and feels fabulous. I like to use it in the morning so I can enjoy the benefits all day long! Carmen's products are very nice. I also use the Vitamin C serum and Hyaluronic Acid Gel a couple times a week. The Vitamin C serum can be a little spicy, but it dissipates and no harm to my skin. I recently ordered the sheet masks and they are so nice! Cool on the face. After I chill out for 20 minutes, I remove the mask and I massage whatever product is leftover in the packet on my face, neck, chest, and hands. I will continue to be a loyal customer! And before I forget, Carmen Laines products are soo affordable! They are hand wrapped in tissue paper and packed neatly in a box. She also includes freebies! Give her products a try. You will not be disappointed, your face will glow, and your bank account will love you!
