6/16/22Drive-thru to pick up lunch. Moved at a medium pace. I ordered a charbroiled BBQ chicken and charbroiled chicken club with no mayo. The worker was kind. Paid for the order. A bit of of wait. It was handed over with good day wishes! Lunchtime! I got everything ready per usual. My charbroiled BBQ chicken sandwich was fresh and delicious. Chicken cooked perfectly. Mother said her chicken club was great! She said they did it the way she wanted with no mayo. Good service and Great sandwiches! Highly recommended! Good se

Feb. 10, 2025 @ 9:15 AM.One of the worst locations of Carl's Jr. in the area. The male staff/cashier/manager?, has such an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude.... Doesn't communicate well, establish eye contact, and gets the orders wrong. My impression of this person, which I shared with him, is that they could care less about their job. Absolutely no hospitality whatsoever... mumbling/ no welcome or good morning. All but ensuring a TERRIBLE day for all, setting it up for endless conflicts. I hope to never return to this particular Carl's Jr.!The location is STILL surrounded by homeless people camping near the menu board. Non-med compliant and likely self induced schizophrenia, they're yelling at the air and moving around. Not very comforting...The attitude of the staff member was one of absolute poverty, 'cause that's where it will keep him. I'm surprised he even has a job and doubt he'll be keeping it long! What a poor quality front counter representative of the franchise! Shockingly BAD!-G

Whenever we come here, it seems that they're always understaffed. Heavy. Most nights we've come by, they have only one cook and one person at the register. Despite being understaffed, the food always comes out tasty. Customer service is so so depending on who you're interacting with, but sometimes they're really chill. If you go inside, you can no longer fill your own drink because they cut off the soda fountain, so all drinks need to be refilled by an associate. The worst thing about this location is the area/homeless problem. There's a lot that happens around this Carl's Jr., and there's a lot of scary figures who linger. I'd recommend coming during the day if you come or stay in your car if you come at night!

The Other Day I Order a Western bacon cheeseburger & as I was prepping it up with sauce & noticed it was contaminated with some type of black powder substance on 1 side of the burger & inside the wrap tried to get it refunded they said no since it was already bit! Dont Recommend

Just wanted a hot chocolate on a cold winter day. Well, they don't have hot chocolate. Since I was already at the drive through speaker I ordered a Dr Pepper. When I was handed the cup I thought it was strange that the cup wasn't full and there was this ugly brown froth all over the inside of the lid. Oh well. I pulled away and put my straw in the cup. I took a little sip and it was HORRIBLE. It certainly didn't taste like Dr Pepper but some kind of a chemical taste. I just poured it out and drove away.

WOULD NOT GO HERE ON DOOR DASH AT NIGHT THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR ORDER ! My burger was soggy they put sooo much ketchup like a excessive amount the buns got really soggy no special sauce at all it was so much the whole bag was greasy or wet from the ketchup not okay only thing good was the coke like damn .....fries were dry like they been sitting there all day .

The people that are working on april 6, 2023 at 5:04 do not know what they are doing. They are taking forever, they don't know the difference between a breakfast sandwich and a burger, and they are extremely rude. I can't even rate this 0 stars. Worst Carl's Jr in the 559. Save yourself some time and don't go to this location.
