Not bad, not great, but did the job. I went through the drive-through to get a later dinner for myself and another. I ordered a Beyond Burger Famous Star, no cheese, no sauce or spread, and added extra lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. I got the combo which included fries, ordered with no salt, and got a side of onion rings, as well as an order of chicken stars. Now honestly, having had Beyond Burgers different times, different places, they actually produced a fairly good one. I received all items correct.Yes, I customized, but with nobody behind in line... and too many times, I have ordered items that inevitably came out cold. So, if they don't mind taking the time to make things fresh, I don't mind a short wait . I appreciate it. The worker did repeat the order back just to make sure, and asked what specific sauces, ketchup, and how many I'd like. They were cordial and thanked me for coming.Things to improve: The fry container being filled to the correct level, especially when going large on the combo. Also, all the items ordered got wedged in one regular sized brown paper bag, making it difficult to pull out items without spilling out, and the bag tearing. Just as with all restaurants recently, prices have noticeably increased, so portion sizes living up to expectations are more important than ever... sometimes we share. All that being said though, I ordered food, received what I ordered, and we ate, we got full, and had no leftovers. So would I go back, yeah- sure, but not my first choice.

6/29/24 Getting lunch!! Drive-thru!! No line!! Charbroiled BBQ chicken sandwich & onion rings ordered. Ketchup and extra BBQ sauce too!! Nice worker. A little bit of a wait & received. Lunchtime!!Charbroiled BBQ chicken sandwich was really Great! Fresh bread, tomato, lettuce and tasty barbecued chicken! Shared the onion rings with mother. They were Great too!! She loved hers also!! Although they have a pretty complete menu, the burgers at Carls Jr are about the best of all the fast-food places. They have flavor, they are a good size, and the meat doesn't contain chunks of bone as does that of some of their competitors. I like their biscuit offerings and etc. just fine, but when I want a good burger quickly, I head to Carls Jr.

The dude and I came to this Carl's Jr. on 11/05/20 as I haven't had Carl's Jr. in years or at least it felt that way. Everything was going well as we went thru around 8pm for a late dinner. We were greeted by staff on the microphone.My favorite to get is the Bacon Chicken Swiss with NO MAYO! Like none at all with crisscut fries.So I usually check my order but since I told them 4 times NO MAYO I thought they would get my point across which apparently they didn't as my Chicken SANDWICH was filled with MAYO like A LOT. I was so ticked off I didn't even take pictures. I was so hungry and upset. The dude offered to go back but I was so tired and just wanted to go to bed as it was already 9pm and I was so OVER IT. $9 sandwich gone to waste.Probably will not come back to this location as they can't do a simple dietary request that I requested multiple times to make sure of it.The dude enjoyed his meal. I will be sticking to Rally's.

12/05/21 1:45 Ordered something stupidly simple. Beyond famous star, no Mayo, no cheese. First try, had cheese. No biggie. Shit happens. Bring it back. Second try. No cheese this time but now Mayo. I go inside this time and calmly explain what happened. While I'm waiting for the food I ACTUALLY ordered after now 45 minutes, I hear them making jokes and comments in the back. "This is forty bucks just wasted""Haha just scrape it off"And more. Many other customers would have been a lot ruder at that point. I was trying to be polite despite that I had had a long day because I understand food service sucks to work in. But thank you, for having a chuckle at my expense. I'd understand laughing at me if I had been rude or made a stink but all I did was ask for the food I ordered. Thanks for the free fries I guess, really makes up for bringing me down that much more today.

Carl's Jr. in Sanger has been such a good experience. We started going there March 2020 because they HS e Beyond Burger. The staff started remembering us. We use the coupon survey on the back of the receipt often. It gets us two for one options. Yes, Carl's Jr. does cost a bit more, but it's worth it. If you want a full resturant burger, tasty fries and other items. I can pay less elsewhere, but it's more bun and Mayo, with shredded lettuce. The food here has large leave lettuce, a bun that doesn't dissolve when Mayo hits it. Had actually taste like food. I think it's worth it!

You know... it's fast food... better than the Golden Arches, but still fast food. What amazes me are the prices. I can honestly go to a sit down place and get a better quality meal for the prices I pay at Carl's. On my latest venture we got the double western bacon cheeseburger meal and a chicken tender 3 pack. The burger was decent, but I would say that everything was overpriced. We paid nearly $20 for our burger, 1 fry, small soda, and 3 piece tenders. The tenders were almost too juicy, if that makes sense... kind of a weird sensation... next time I will stick to the burger. The staff was relatively friendly through the drive-they. They got our order right, we didn't have to wait too long (about 5 minutes total).
