Out of all the fast food restaurants around, Carl's has to be the most expensive for both its meals and ala carte items. They don't have a value menu like some of their competitors but do offer meal boxes that provide plenty of food for less than $7. Although their prices are higher; their quality goes far beyond what others produce. Where some restaurants have very similar tasting menu items with slight variations, this establishment offers many items that are unique from each other. Their burgers and chicken sandwiches are all very tasty and are definitely worth trying, especially when they have special releases and collaborations. You can't go wrong no matter what you choose, but I personally think that the famous star is an excellent choice for classic burger but when they are available I'd suggest trying the pastrami burger and some Froot Loops mini donuts for dessert.

Nice people. Treat like a regular Resturant. Order them sit down and they Serve. Great bunch of people. They help me with gluten free lettuce wraps. The are very nice! Hamburgers are pretty good. Sel. These guys have fish tacos !! From the old menus. Soft ,corn , or hard corn. Or flour !!

If they're going to charge $15 for a regular chicken sandwich meal, the fries should be fresh and hot and so should the sandwich. There is no reason for the food to be cold and stale at 11:40 AM. And for that price, they should also pay their staff more so that they can take pride in what they're doing. I used to love CJ's back in the day. Never again.

I have to say I usually don't like the service I get at most fast food places. They are usually people that hate their job. This place apparently is different. I walk in and the guy behind the coin need looks up and says hi and welcome to Carl's Jr which caught me off guard to tell the truth. When I order I changed it up and ordered crosscut fries which he calls back. Apparently he people in the back didn't hear him. After a few minutes of me waiting he calls back, waiting on crosscut fries. People in the back, "oops". He turns to me a apologizes. Never heard an apology from some in fast food before. Firstly, my spicy chicken sandwich looked unappetizing so i turned it around and found mold on the back. the lettuce looked welted as if reheated inside of a microwave. Unfortunately for my brothers, they already inhaled the burgers before I was able to tell them not to eat the moldy food. So grossss

There is a lady there that has no customer service skills what so ever I just went there right now and she charges me an extra fry and didn't even order that I ordered a sprite and then she gives me a sprite and the soda taste like completely crap and she tells me oh it's probably because of the carbonation we was running low and nobody told me you guys need better people here it's $20 an hour for fast food and you guys can't even still make your customers happy that's is really sad

Nothing but good compliments for this location. As a truck driver, i was able to find parking next to the Arco walked a couple of minutes here and its worth it. From the food to the cleanliness around and the customer service was on point. Thank You! Will come again.
