Care Rx Pharmacy

Well my Dr tried to do me a solid by referring me to Care Rx along with a GoodRx card but if you go to the GoodRx site you can get them cheaper elsewhere. Jus Sayin Although CareRx's prices were within the low end of the parameters of independent pharmacies The pharmacist looked the prescription over and there were two on the form. He then asked ME if I wanted both. I said hey this is what my Dr wants me to have. I figure if you have questions I suggest you call the Dr. The pharmacist then spells my name wrong on the label and my birthdate by 30 years. I wish I was 37 again.

Best pharmacy ever. Always so friendly and helpful. Been with them for maybe 3 years now and I'm so glad we switched over to them. Highly recommend them.

Just good family people who runs this locally owned pharmacy. I've been coming here for more than 10 years and more than happy to patronize them though I have to drive 6 miles (12 round trip) because they seems care more than Walgreens or Costco, including monthly or quarterly reminders that I might be running low on a script.

Care Pharmacy, formerly Care Rx Pharmacy, was recommended to me and my then boyfriend who had no insurance by someone whose mom had had a stroke. That person said their mother had realized significant cash savings using this pharmacy. I was helping my boyfriend with his medical issues and he definitely paid less than at CVS and other chain stores plus I discovered they had EXCELLENT customer service and were very concerned and caring! This was about 2013 and then I became a customer and one of their pharmacists pointed out where I could save money by NOT using insurance because their cash price was lower than my copay! At that time, the health insurance industry actively tried to keep pharmacists from guiding their patients in that way. I am still with them and a friend of mine who has heard me go on and on about how great they are and how I never have to wait longer than 10 minutes to get my prescription filled whereas I would have to wait 45 minutes in line just to turm my prescription in at CVS (those were the old days), now gets her prescriptions filled there also. They also deliver and are family owned!!

Incompetent my prescription's were transferred on a Friday, only because I wanted a name brand. I had to keep calling keep calling them to ask about my blood pressure medication's. The pharmacist Danny said it would be in on Monday, again I called he said Tuesday I said o.k. I called again yesterday morning on April 19, 2022(Tuesday) and they had the nerve to ask me when did I need it. That is so crazy, I have been out of medication since April 15, 2022 and they have a problem with transferring my medication's back to Walmart. This pharmacy needs some pharmacy etiquette, obviously to me they don't have any. I don't have the time I am already hurt, to sit and wait for a prescription. Medication's should be filled and a text sent to pick it up. They have run around B.S. going on, if I could give no star's I would. I found out after the fact, that they are a MOM and POP pharmacy. I don't do mom and pop store's at all !!!!!

The BEST experience I've ever had with a pharmacy! Here's why I love this place:- FAST, wait about 5-10 minutes for your prescription.- FRIENDLY- COURTEOUS- they made a personal call to me on the Friday before Labor Day weekend to let me know they would be closed, and was there any prescriptions I needed filled before the weekend (I think they have limited hours on Saturdays).- CONVENIENT- They are located right before the Bullard on ramp for HWY 41.Way, way better than the big box pharmacies! Faster and you are treated like a human, not another annoying customer to get through the line! (Oh yeah, they remember who you are when you come in again! Like the old days of customer service!)

I used to get medicine at Rite Aid, Walgreen,.. but these stores cannot compare to this Care RX Pharmacy, best of the best pharmacy so far! If you don't want to wait more than 15 minutes, love to see smiles respectful and quality services. This is the right place. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this pharmacy! Christine ,Yolanda and George are wonderful people!! They are friendly and so helpful. Your medication is ready when ordered and they will deliver if necessary!! I will go nowhere else!! I just love there great customer service!!! Thumbs up to you and the wonderful job you do!!!
