Ok this place is always on point for a quick sandwich with flavor and freshness. I get the medium hot Bobbie with no mayo and extra cranberry sauce. My sandwich came out piping hot. They even gave me an extra cranberry sauce and it was the perfect amount. I always get their Diet Pepsi with a splash of their vanilla soda. You can earn points here and get some really good deals on sandwiches.Service was great. Dining room was clean. It wasn't loud. It's literally the perfect spot for a good sandwich and vibe. I'll keep coming back! Thanks team! Y'all are doing amazing!

He got it and handed it over with good day wished! GREAT! Very nice restaurant! Made up for Valentine's Day'! Safe and clean! Music playing!Lunchtime! BBQ chicken salad was Really DELICIOUS! I got the Home made style Turkey sandwich with American cheese instead of provolone. The sandwich is good, something I would order again. The Cheesesteak sandwich is also pretty good also. Also, there's nothing weird with tips. You choose to leave one or not. All in all: Good sandwich, service was cool & overall was quick!

Still up to the old tricks. I haven't been back to this overpriced subway, but a friend did. They also had sub-par sandwiches with hefty prices and a surprisingly high included tip. What??? How do they get away with this mandatory tip on just average service and "not great" sandwiches? Shame on you Capriotti's, and to the customers...suckers! Save money and get a better sandwich at Subway. Fig Garden has a bunch of great places to eat, skip this one. The ambiance is fine but doesn't make up for the mandatory tip tomfoolery.

YUM! I've had Capriotti's on multiple occasions and it smacks every time. I got the Capastrami my first time and haven't looked back since! I rarely have pastrami sandwiches, so I'm a complete pastrami amateur, but I really enjoy this sandwich and will continue to get it every time I go to Capriotti's. I've always ordered online and my sandwich is always ready by the estimated time! I haven't eaten inside but when I go in to pick up my sandwich, it's very clean inside!

The Meatball from here wins! Just getting that out there! Best Sandwich on the menu! It was our First time trying Capriotti's and we both were surprised, impressed, underwhelmed and a little grossed out, but more on that later. We entered to the best rock station blasting over the speakers, the ambiance was like a "we don't care" but in a good way look and feel! Like they weren't playing jazz and trying to care about being quiet, it was loud and it was awesome! Customer service was "ok", she wasn't over the top in trying to help or make our first time memorable, but she wasn't full on rude either. We ordered 4 sandwiches, classic cheesesteak, the Bobbie "hot", the meatball and the classic Italian. We both came for The Bobbie because it sounded amazing! Thanksgiving on a sandwich!? Yes please! Pro tip was to get it hot! So we did! It was just "ok". Wouldn't be my top choice. Same for the cheesesteak and the Italian. Just "ok". I love Italian subs also, but this one was just missing something. They both were. Lacking flavor I suppose.The meatball though! Meatballs were perfect, soft and juicy, the marinara was spot on perfect! Not too much seasoning, the sauce was the right consistency of thick and a little wet to help those meatballs. Bread held everything perfectly! Each bite was better than the last. We found our winner! The only thing my wife and I were split on, was if we would come back here again. My wife is a huge meatball sub fan, so her answer was automatically "yes!". Mine was mixed. I probably would, but if I had a choice of coming here or somewhere else, I would probably choose the latter. If I was ever craving a meatball I would definitely stop here! But for a regular sandwich, probably not. But that's just my opinion.Oh and the gross part. The bathroom. It didn't have paper towels to dry your hands, the toilet paper was just sitting out, it didn't look very clean. So might wanna take your sandwiches to go if the bathroom situation doesn't look up to par.

Very good sandwich. Only 2 things I would change I would love a sourdough option and I would like for my sandwich to be more filled! It was a little light on the filling for the cost but it was delicious. I will be back! Clean restaurant and restroom. Nice staff.

Wow, what a difference from coming here two days ago. We were so impressed by the food and service on Wednesday that we came back on Friday (1/6/23). This was a totally different crew, and they earned 2 stars rather than the 5 we gave on Wednesday. I asked for two things; cut the chipolte sandwich in thirds, and put some spicy peppers on the side. I got neither. Thanks a lot!If the chicken chipolte had any chipolte sauce on it, I would be surprised. The chicken was good, but it needed more (some) sauce. We were sharing the 18" sandwich with three of us, so cutting it in quarters made it a hassle. The Cole Turky reminds you of a tuna sandwich. It was ok, but I wouldn't try that again. One thing to realize is that their chicken is shredded, hence the tuna description. Just to set the proper expectations.Even the bread wasn't as good as last time. We will try the Willow & Shepherd location when it opens. Hopefully, they will have their act together.

Got a BLT and my husband got the Turkey, dressing and cranberry sandwich. I requested no salt or pepper on mine and it was covered. The bread was the size of a hot dog bun. I ordered the 5" size. I pulled 3 pieces of bacon out to eat and threw the rest of it away. My husband tasted his sandwich and threw it away. The coleslaw also ended up in the trash. Never will order from them again.
