The place was very busy, I recommend them very highly. The customer service was great, they are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable explaining everything to me, making sure I understood every procedure.

My Uncle had an appt recently with Dr Florek. He was supposed to fill a prescription for antibiotics on Friday, he failed to do so, and only sent the script on Monday. After scheduling for surgery, my uncle showed up, but the doctor didn't. Total and complete FAIL. How about a tiny bit of feedback, or better yet, an apology for such shabby care? My uncle is in his late 80's and getting out and about, while also taking care of his wife at home, is a challenge. Dr Florek, you can do better.

I have been a patient here for approximately 6 yrs. All the staff are great and Dr. May is great. He takes the time to listen to what you are saying.

This has to be the worst customer service I've ever received in a medical facility. If you want to be able to contact your doctor's office or get updates on the things that are supposed to be getting done for you this is absolutely not the place to go. They will not answer their phone ever or call you back if you leave a voicemail. When you call them and they do not answer (which is every time) they'll send you an automated text saying that you can text them at that number, if you do, they will also not respond to that either. Or if they do manage to send a text back it'll be a new person every time, they'll ask your name and date of birth and then stop responding so you can start that whole process another time again. I went in a month ago for an ankle appointment. I got an MRI referral and a prescription and they had not sent out either two weeks later. I finally went in in person to ask them to do it, they never sent the MRI referral even though he said he did when I was there and the prescription they sent out wasn't even anything close to what the doctor and I discussed in my appointment. I talked to another person another week later and they said they sent out the MRI referral at that time again, still have not. So all around terrible experience. It's been 4 weeks now and I've still not gotten either from them. The only way to get anything from this place is to physically walk in and ask them to do what you need done in person, even then it's questionable.

Wao reception doesn't greet you guess I'll find the sign in sheet then the bitty room is cramped up full with people absolutely unacceptable fist time here and last time here !!!

The wait time in this place is terrible. They give you an appointment for a specific time but you wait in the lobby for up to an hour. Then you wait in the room for 15-20 minutes because only one doctor is seeing patients. I give them two stars because Dr May was awesome and kind to my daughter.

this is only for Dr Florek. if I could could give a zero I would. he told me i should find another dr if the treatment he suggested didn't work because he was all out of ideas!!! also I just got a cortisone shot and when I asked him why he wasn't using the freezing spray he said "we're all out sorry ". And continued to give me the shot. Like I said a zero.

you never can get of hold anyone and don't return phone calls . they used top notch. don't ynow what happened to them ? looking for a knew provider . i believe there get to big for there britches .. you don't run professional buy sending ypur calls to voice mail . very disappointed... i was a patient for years

Now 100% great. I have been very harsh on this business in previous reviews. It seems they have a new office staff who are great. Previous staff made one not want to make a follow-up appointment and to look for other providers. The exception back then to this black hole of despair was the blond receptionist, who was welcoming, kind, and caring. Dr. May is a good guy, knowledgeable, and in one appointment immediately stopped my long-time suffering; it has been over a year and still pain-free. I get my preformed orthotics here, as it is worth the little extra to get the proper comfort and cushion they provide in all my shoes. Tell all your friends to come to the new and improved Canyon Oaks; make an appointment yourself to feel better physically and mentally.
