The doctor here was very friendly, but the staff here is lacking big time in friendliness and they are extremely rude. I walked in, said "Hello" and absolutely not one of the staff sitting at the front desk even responded to me! They treated me like I was really bothering them when I asked when their next appointment was. This doctor really needs to look into how his patients are being treated by their front desk staff. Everyone at the front desk working acts like they really hate their job.

As an adult onset diabetic I recently had a major infection in my left foot I turned to dr Michael Warcup and his staff for assistance. From the first visit I felt confident in their ability to handle my issue. Dr Warcup explain thoroughly all our options and together we decided on surgery. The Dr performed the procedure at St Agnes with complete success. He and his excellent staff have helped me monitor the healing of my wound with a can do attitude and always keep me informed on precautions in treatment to watch for possible side effects. I am now in the final stages of healing and must say this is on of the most efficient and professional practices I have had the pleasure to work with. I will continue to visit regularly so I can avoid any other future issues. Thank you Dr Warcup and your wonderful staff!!!Keith Howard

I was referred to Canyon Oaks by my primary physician due to severe foot pain. Today was my first visit and I have to say Dr. Warcup and the staff are amazing. They are all friendly and welcoming with a blonde bundle of joy at the desk who first greeted me. I know the road to pain relief is going to be a journey, which I've just started, and look forward to the journey with this group of professionals.

Wow! What a wonderful doctor! Didn't come at me with the " usual" 3, 2 inch needle to attack my ONE toe that was messed up by the other "podiatrist " with needles to spare. PLUS I got instructions how to take care of it from now on for no pain! Plus the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Everything is great clean very Professional don't keep you waiting for your appointments on time. They're courteous the staff is great and the doctor's very excellent has an outstanding bedside manner.

This place is a joke. They schedule appointments. You show up and are told they can't see you. They do not answer their phones and NEVER return calls. Don't waste your time. The most incompetent business I've ever dealt with.

The doctor was nice but offered no help . The office was supposed to call me back to get fitted for splints and ortho inserts. Never called. They take your money and offer no help

I have been trying to get an appointment scheduled for months with no luck. My primary dr. has sent my referral twice and they still "have not received it" but I got my patient copy in the mail weeks ago. I have emailed and called the Fresno location multiple times and had an appointment scheduled weeks ago when I was told my appointment was cancelled due to not being able to find my referral.

Have been there twice. Both doctors I saw were knowledgeable and helpful. I had no delay in seeing them and they gave me information about getting diabetic shoes. The front staff was extremely cordial and nice to deal with. I highly recommend them.
