Cannable Delivery

We used to love this place. We've spent a ton of money there. But after buying an ounce of shake and getting home, we find both bags were full of dry leaves and stems, no shake at all. It took over a month of back and forth BS and lies before they tried to make it right. However, the whole time they were unknowingly sending me CC of their conversations, talking about how I just smoked the trim and want free products. They talked about how I was making things up about the poor customer service. They said some pretty crazy things about me, all based on the fact that I was pissed off for being strung along for over a month when they could have fixed it on day one. They were making all kinds of absurd claims. Talking all kinds of shit on me beccause I was pissed off. Calling me "mentally unstable" and saying other, worse things. I never cared about the product. I care about being lied to and taken advantage of. I've been in the industry for over a decade, and I've NEVER seen such pompous and arrogant people. They are nice to your face, but watch out. They will throw you under the bus to save a few bucks, and they don't give a damn about losing customers. Save yourself the trouble, and shop somewhere else. Use one of the delivery services that dont tax you out the ass, while you're at it.

Great employee knowledge and reliable delivery service. Skip flashy places like artist tree and head out to Parlier. If your not feeling the drive their delivery device is extremely reliable. I even had a vape delivered once that didn't pull from the moment I unboxed it and they traded it out for me in store. So glad I did because the banana OG was bananas!

They are the best pices around. I go there from Clovis because you can't beat their deals and not only do they have great prices but they have a friendly staff I don't get that when I come to the dispensary out here.

I made a purchase through this company on two separate occasions. The first time the driver delivered the product quickly and without issue. I was happy with the price and quantity. The second time I made the purchase no one ever showed up. I eventually called, repeatedly, and left a voicemail. No returned call. Two days later a driver shows up at the house, without warning, which was recorded on the Ring camera. No one was home, and they never bothered calling before or after arriving on a completely separate day. That left a really bad impression going forward.

Today I had a really bad experience with them after being very kind. I ordered products at around 1-1:30 already expecting my products to be at my house at 5 because of demand. Unfortunately, when they delivered, they left me without a battery. I called right when I noticed (3 minutes after the driver left) and they told me they would send it on the next delivery. I right there and then sent them a message asking if I could get a refund, to which they replied that all sales were final and they could keep it. I asked him if I could pick it up because I needed to be at LAX at a certain time, to which he replied that the driver was going to be at my house at 7:30. I needed to be in LA at that hour because I'm traveling to PR and I need a 72 hour test, which I wasn't able to do because I arrived late to LA, which messed up my plan completely. The one thing that really bothered me was the lack of empathy after being kind and letting them know my situation. My main language is spanish and at times I get nervous to even text because I don't know if my message is sent right, and this created a big complex. How is it possible that you question your customer when they are being vulnerable with their situation? Hopefully I can get my battery when I come back from PR, and no matter how desperate I am, I will never use your store again. I hope you treat the rest of your customers with respect and I hope that you open up a phone line instead of texting because the person behind that responsability was unprofessional and rude

So we have been delivery customers for a while. Decided to try the store. BAD , bad move. The bud tender wanted to spend VERY little time with us so pushed us through. I ask for WunderBrett vape one sativa one Indica. BOTH he gave me were Indica. I asked specially for a WunderBrett gummy NOT sour SATIVA! Got sour Sativa but .... By WYLD! WTAF? We didn't open until we got home 40 minutes away. And I hate to look up which vape was which. Well both are Indica I even contacted WunderBrett today! Today I looked in bag and the gummy's were WRONG! I picked up the gummy's for my 80yo dad. Your gonna do an old man wrong too? The kid KNEW what I was asking for and who it was for. The guy was pretty very baked too. I know it's a dispensary but dude smoke less, use brain more. You can NOT get through to their customer service either. Please don't waste your hard earned money here.

Great prices. Great weed, great budtenders, fast delivery! Best thing to do is order ahead and then get in the pick up line or surf the website and make an order for delivery!

Ordering & Delivery was excellent Definitely, a very good place to order from. The waiting was fast and quick.

Service is iffy sometimes the bud tenders are either on one and can be rude or other times they can be very helpful and very easy going there is no in between, besides that the selection of products is great the prices are great as well

So it's been about a year since I first started coming here and I must say it's taken a step backwards. I'm no longer seeing the brands that I really prefer, and I'm seeing a lot of Big thc pharma type brands popping up in this store and it's not a good look. ThC percentage is not everything and and in fact I find that the high thc stuff often lacks in flavor. I'm no longer seeing brands like 710 labs and Humboldt terp council which is a bummer. Ok so here's my two year review of Cannable and I must say this place has really gone downhill. I never see my favorite brands anymore like CBX, HTC, 710 labs. They just been selling straight garbage in my opinion.
