California Tanning

I love this place. I must confess, I had to TRY KT Tanning only because you were closed on Sundays! It was the biggest mistake ever!!!!! The owner was rude/mean/condescending. I never even complained about bulb burns or the rash on my back. Its probably carma from me leaving California Tan. The best customer service. Accommodations at the highestI will be returning back to the professionals at California tan. Maybe you ladies can teach the owner KT a lesson in customer service.

I already left my review for the Merced location but I have had the same experiences here lately so I thought I would make sure to leave a review for this location as well. Really disappointed, the original owners sold in January and it just hasn't been the same. The girls are still nice and helpful, a few of them stayed. My favorite girl has left and their prices have gone sky high. I didn't realize what a great deal on tanning I was getting. I also have to point out that there have been lights out in the beds for weeks now and the AC hasn't been working for over a month, its almost too hot now. The old owners were always on it with things like that. I'll be finding a new place to tan that keeps their beds up.
