Keith and all of his crew of technicians are all top notch. I had a 3 unit system replaced that was very old. The deal was good but the service makes CIC the best choice in my opinion. It starts with Kieth's high attention to detail and this cascades to his employees. They were all very courteous and friendly. This was a multiple day project but everyday before going home they would explain what was done that day and what I could expect to happen the next day.

I don't know why this company got 1 star with the ONLY review given but I can't say enough about them. And no I'm not related to them, lol. My A/C went out on a day when the temperature was soaring at 107 degrees. The owner himself came to my home and fixed the problem. He showed me pictures of my unit and the problems with it. He explain thoroughly what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. When he finished he texted me pictures of the finished repair . I recommend this company without any hesitation.

Was at home with my Grandchildren and at 7pm my house started to get hotter and hotter. My A/C wasn't working. Called CIC and they sent someone our within the hour. Thank god! Very reasonable pricing even in an emergency. Highly recommend them.

I don't understand what's the big deal of giving a rough estimate, but surely this guy wasnt having it. I don't want to invite someone to waste my time like every other contractor so I explained and asked but he hung up on me. If his work and patience was a reflection of his service I'd ask you to think twice. I won't bother calling again, maybe I was unlucky but people sure are pretty garbage nowadays.

Excellent, honest, and prompt HVAC service. In addition, Keith provides service for Mitsubishi Mini Split Air Conditioners at a good rate and I have found service on these is sometimes difficult to get. I highly recommend!!

way overcharged, had them replace my thermostat this week, tech arrived at my house showed him it didn't work, he agreed went 2 truck returned with exact same unit that just plugged in to wall plate of old unit, told me it was a $200 unit. Charged me $296. Ithought that was too high sine I only paid less than $150 for original installed, and that unit need to be wire in. I google his $200 unit and found out it was online for $30. Called Keith to tell him i was unhappy,being a repeat customer thought I would get some help. He replied he would be happy to come and take off wall. Wrong answer, fired! If i can buy unit for $30 you know he is buying them by rhe gross for alot less. He saw my bad review on google and now wants to resolve issue, too late!!!!

talked to keith. wanted an estimate on getting our ducts cleaned.he took all of our information; said he would be out the next day in the afternoon.never showed or called. 11-18-2021 oh well.

We have been calling on California Indoor Comfort for several years now whenever our AC has a problem. We have found them to be very honest and reliable. Last month I called to have my unit serviced and a technician was over within 3 hours. He found a problem in one of the parts and replaced it before it broke. A few weeks later another part broke(not their fault) and they were out within 3 hours again and they didn't charge me for any diagnostic fee. The technician had the part in his truck and had my AC running within 30 minutes. CIC is seriously the BEST!
