California Embroidery

We ordered 6 embroidered North Face jackets for our company. We had issues with one of the jackets and they didn't bother to make it right. Our company orders often and will look for a different embroidery company moving forward.

In the years we have done business with them, they have never disappointed us. The quality of their products and the friendly knowledgeable staff is second to none. We can go to Amazon for cheaper, but it is not worth it! But local with great quality!

We use California Embroidery for all our uniform needs. They are very reasonable and very helpful. Would definitely recommend if you want to have no hassle. Thank you guys for all the work you do!

Had something embroidered here for the first time, and upon initial inspection, I noticed the lettering was off. Only looked at it for half a second and noticed the first letter is higher than the last letter...by 2-3 mm. The stitching is also higher up than originally discussed. The color, and letters look good aside from that, and it smells good in the store. Being the perfectionist I am though, it really bothers me how off it is and now the gift is ruined. Not sure I can present it now :-/

One stop shop for all your embroidery needs. Digitizing is around $75 one time fee and the embroidery is absolutely perfect. If you're a business that needs professionally done embroidery give this local shop some love.

My go to embroidery in Fresno/Clovis! Their prices & speed can't be beat! I've been taking items here for years and continue to be extremely happy with them! The only thing I will say, is that there is a $20 min order & there's a small sign that states that, they will not warn you when placing orders and it will just cost $20 flat when you pick up if you don't meet minimum. Since their prices are so great, you do need to bring in a few things at a time to meet that.

I was shocked to read negative reviews! I have been bringing in outside shirts in to them as well as ordering through their catalogue for years.I have never had any issue at all. Their turn around time even in Christmas has bee quick and the staff has always been helpful.

I have worked with California Embroidery for years and have always had excellent customer service and quality work done. I am very happy with everything they ever did for me. They were even able to pull up an old company logo from over 15 years ago that I never thought they would still have on hand. I would recommend them to anyone who needs custom embroidery.

I went to the embroidery shop to pick up my sweatshirts embroidered with our company logo. When I determined the quality of the embroidery was subpar, they offered to sell me the just the sweaters (without the cost of the embroidery) at a small discount. This discount was given because the sweaters are essentially not reusable and the shop would have to eat the cost. I declined on taking their offer because even at a discount I couldn't wear the sweaters with the subpar embroidery job. As I was walking towards the door to leave, one of the employees (I think he's either a manager or the owner) threatened me and said," wait until we tell everyone what kind of company you are!"

I started coming here a year ago and the service and quality has been amazing. The turnaround time is great and the prices are reasonable. Our team really enjoys the quality.
