I'm giving 2 stars just because the people were cool. I went there back in March because they were having a 2 for $50 special on piercings, so I had my daith and bellybutton done. I believe the piercer's name was Andrea, so that's what I'm gonna call her (short girl, dark hair, very sweet). My daith is all healed up now, but my bellybutton piercing was totally crooked. I noticed on the first day, but thought it might've been in my head. Two weeks later, I decided it was too bad to keep and play off. I called em up and told them what happened. The guy on the phone was super cool and said to come in and they'd take care of it. I go in and Andrea is there, so I show her the piercing. This is the only reason I'm leaving this review: She acknowledges that the piercing is crooked-- says it's her fault-- and STILL asks me to pay $15 for new jewelry to re-pierce it. Did me dirty lol. I cleaned it for 2 weeks for nothing, and then was supposed to take it out to let it heal for a month before PAYING to have it redone, and clean it for another month. Pass. Essentially I just paid for a $50 daith piercing. Just going somewhere else to have it redone. It'll cost me more than $15, but I'm not risking another crooked piercing.

Horrible place. My tattoo was fading two weeks after getting it done. I followed all their after care instructions to a T and went back to have it retouched and they refused to do it, they said I had to pay again! Any artist would probably want people to show off their work and would go above and beyond to make sure it's done right! I am baffled by their disrespect and lack of professionalism. Be smart and go elsewhere. Dishonest, rude people!

Been coming to this shop for years now. I hit up Rome for all of my work. He does amazing work. Definitely recommend him to anyone. 14 tattoos and counting. I couldn't be any happier with the work That he has done.

Beware they ain't got their Health Department Permit up to date. So if they're being hygienic you'd never know. Very unprofessional place.

Worst service ever! The boss and the people who are working here does not know how to cooperate with the customer!! I got my nose peirced and on the same day my pin came off and blood started coming out of my nose and when i went back to them and told them everything they said they can't fo anything and have to charge again!! Ridiculous people must say

So i called in for my sister . to find out if they had the $20 id size deal . the the guy that anserwed was a @$ck . hella rude . he said hell no and hung up on me befor i finshed saying thank you . what a jerk !

This place is terrible. Terrible service terrible artwork!!!! they charge 100 dollars for 1 hour which is somewhat reasonable. But they go at there own pace a slow one to say the least. DONT COME HERE!!!
