Cal Valley Printing provided printing and envelopes for my wedding invitation bundle. The team was super easy to work with and was very quick with communication through email. They asked questions and paid attention to detail. They even recommended a better card stock option that I had planned on going with. They packaged my product impressively. I would recommend this business to anyone! Always happy to support small businesses.

I am not happy with this company. I had a very disappointing experience. The day of my event was cancelled due to Co-Vid fortunately. I placed an order for plaque a month in advance and due to the lack of professionalism I didn't get notifications that it was done. I spoke to the manager on the date of the event and he said it was done. I had the cell phone number of the clerk so she could have responded to my calls and texts. Follow up is a must for this type of business. Very sloppy communication. Won't go there again.

This place is an utter embarrassment of a business. They are incapable of communicating effectively, have no remorse for massive mistakes on their end, take no accountability for dropping the ball, and find excuses and other people to blame their bad business practices on. However, they have no problem issuing an invoice for products they never delivered on.The owner does not respond to customers who are looking for intervention and help, because his employee ignores emails, phones and texts. In fact, the owner also ignores emails and dodges phone calls and does not show any interest in remediation.If you have an order, of ANY size (small, large, or in between), do not expect to receive it anywhere close to your contracted deadline with Cal Valley. Do not expect to receive your order correct. And absolutely do not expect to have professional communication or honesty from either the employees or the owner. Sad.
