"I've been to this dispensary a couple of times now. I'm kind of surprised that I'm the first one to review it on Yelp, since it already has hundreds of reviews on Google, and appears to have been open for a while.The signage for the dispensary is not great, so it's kind of hard to find. Even though I use a navigator, I've missed it on the first try every time so far. But at least the parking lot is huge, and I've never had an issue parking close up.Staff/security are not visible from the parking lot, but remain in the foyer. The foyer has glass windows so that you can see into the shop before you go in.The selection is okay but not great, and the prices are okay but not great. I would definitely not come here to stock up on a big order, but, in a pinch, I could find something that works.The checkout process here is kind of horrible. For some reason, the staff member who helps you on the floor has to "order" your items on their tablet, and then someone else goes to find them and also has to do their own inventory process, and it just ends up taking a very long time.It's funny because this dispensary is set up like some of the super efficient dispensaries I've been to in SF, but in practice, at least in my experience, they just aren't very efficient.I think the word "friendly" would be a stretch, but the staff are usually helpful. Personally, I get a little bit annoyed by them repeatedly insisting that the prices are low and that the deals are great, because they really aren't.Everything I've bought here has been fresh and has worked as expected. Nothing has been defective so far.Overall an okay dispensary with average prices on average brands."

Best place to buy quality cigars I have found in the Hanford area. The while shop is well stocked with a myriad of smoking supplies to fit all your needs. The owner is a knowledgeable guy with a freiendly personality. I will definitely use this shop regularly for my Cigar needs.

Probably one of the best places to stock up on Vape juice, accessories and the mods. Their service is probably incomparable to the other locations that just treat you as a customer. Visalia Vapes treats you as a client and tries their best to fit your current needs without overhyping products or trying to upsell you with over the top mods when your needs could be fulfilled by a more cost effective alternative. Will be keeping this place as my only stop for future needs.

"I stopped in here the other day because I was looking for a new vape setup. My stuff was old. A young lady helped me out. I think her name was Alicia. Anyway, she was the best. I didn't know anything about the new mods (I called them batteries) and tanks. She fixed me up with a new mod, the Aegis X, and I love it. It's kinda complicated, and I don't understand all the functions, but it is so much better than the old mod I had for almost 10 years.The same for the new tank I bought. It's great. Can fill it from the top without having to take the whole thing apart, like I did for almost 10 years with the old Nautilus tanks I had.Alicia was very nice and was so helpful that I am a loyal customer now."

"The dude and I came here on 01/10/21 coming back from Paso Robles. I usually come with the dude to dispensaries as he likes to engage in such festives.We have been to other Valley Pure locations such as the ones in Woodlake and Visalia. We have always had pretty good experiences. The dude is very knowledgeable about strains and such other terminology and I am not. I just know there's leafs, vape pens and edibles. That's my extent of knowledge.We arrived around 4:45pm and I almost got hit by a car when getting out of the car in the parking lot. The driver and passenger was so sweet and apologetic about It.Anywho, there was no line and it was some what busy. We didn't have to wait a long time at all! We signed in and waited a few seconds and then we entered when someone came out.Our helper was knowledgeable and made sure the dude was getting a good deal. They had a wide various options of edibles in many different forms. The dude definitely stocked up.The inside was clean and organized however they don't have a lot of things on display so you have to ask and make sure they do or don't have it or you could be missing out on your favorites This location is not as strict as the Visalia location as they treat couples separately. Here we were able to come in as a couple as one and also the Woodlake location does too!Overall, the dude and I had a good experience here and recommend coming here to get your medical or recreational needs met!"
