"We ordered from Los Arbolitos through Yelp on our work trip and I am so glad we did! The quesabirra tacos were delicious and the nachos yummy! I would say the best part of the nachos was the jalapeños, guacamole, and pico. The asada was okay, kind of dry to be honest. We did get it to go but ate in the car in the parking lot cause we wanted to make sure it was fresh. But the ladies were so kind and welcoming and had great customer service! One thing, if you order a drink online, double check that it is with your order. I ordered a Limón Jarrito, checked and it wasn't there. When I asked about it, she was apologetic and showed me the ticket -- it only prints 1 Limón (one lemon) and so there was extra limón for the tacos (which actually I loved!) -- but for some reason the way that their system recognized that wasn't clear that it was a drink. She got it for me and so it was no problem but I'd say just check it out and make sure it's there if you order! Would absolutely go again for the quesabirria!"

The cook (maybe owner) talked to us about our selection and it was spot on. Great steak burritos covered in the best chili verde sauce. The red salsa for the chips was wonderful too. We left feeling like we made. New friends."

"I came across the new Taco Macheen truck at Tioga-Sequoia and had heard good things so I had to try it. I couldn't work out why it was so familiar at first, til the receipt came from Taste Kitchen. Then I realized it was the people behind this taco shop that I visited a couple of years ago.Well, the tacos are delicious. I got one of each of their carne asada, al pastor, and shrimp and queso. They're $3-4 apiece, definitely a premium product!All 3 tacos had a ton of fillings, so you get what you pay for. They're also made with skill. The asada was good, they had crisped up the outsides a little which varied the texture. It's not the most flavorful asada I've had but it was solid, and I appreciate the technique. The al pastor was my next favorite, it was pretty juicy. Again really filling. But far and away my favorite was the shrimp and queso. They char the cheese a little which gives it a really nice flavor and texture. It's a good and melty cheese, too. The shrimp is in a really tasty, lightly spicy marinade and was cooked perfectly, giving a great pop as you bite into each piece. I could have eaten 3 more.I'll definitely be looking out for the Taco Macheen while I'm out and about now!"

"Place was great! Went to try them out for a late lunch/ early dinner! Got the chile verde burrito and a combination plate!!Salsa had a little too much cumin but otherwise was ok. The chile verde burrito was humongous and very good! The combination plate had relleno with verde sauce, carnitas taco, cheese enchilada and came with rice and beans. Everything was great but the rice could use a bit more flavor but otherwise still good.Great place, friendly service and huge portions! Definitely recommend."

"We came to Madera today pretty suddenly ( our son was out here practicing robotics and dislocated his shoulder! We ended up trying to find a place for dinner on short notice and Yelp came to our rescueThis place is right next to the gas station ( for the win - we had to top it off). It has a cozy homey feel and the hostess and the servers were super friendly. They started us off with the free salsa and chips which were delish ( we asked them to hit us with more spice and they happily obliged). I got the Chile Relleno which was alright ( honestly I have had better) BUT the home made corn tortillas and the chicken fajitas sealed the deal for us - if we are ever in Madera again we will definitely hit up this place.Cameron was one of the friendliest person and was so easy to talk to...we will be back!"

"Holy wow!! We stopped by Maximo's for a quick lunch and boy were we pleasantly surprised!! Great tasting and huge portions! The store was nice and clean with ample indoor and outdoor seating. Their chips are clearly homemade there and were fantastic! Carnitas burrito was flavorful and huge. And the carne asada nachos were absolutely spot on...lots of meat, nice amount of beans, fresh slices of avocado...so good! Definitely will return."

"12/23/23 Getting lunch for today & breakfast for tomorrow! Christmas Eve will be here before you know it! Ham breakfast burrito ordered. Chicken Torta ordered for lunch too!!The worker was kind and said it would be ready in 15. I went in to get it. It was crazy busy! HUGE bakery with all different Mexican foods and Mexican music playing. Heavily Spanish speaking. It was packed! Luckily, there was a younger guy that spoke English at the register. Paid for the order and he was kind and directed me to go to the other side to pick it up. Did and shortly later it was handed over with a smile. Lunchtime! Chicken Torta split and it was really delicious! Fresh and tasty! Even better with the hot sauce! Largev pieces of chicken in it. Mother said her half was one of the best she's had! "The woman who took our order was nice and friendly. I got a carne asada taco which was tasty. The chicken tostada was just ok. How do you eat a tostada with a tiny plastic fork? You pick up the shell and bite it. Not my favorite way to eat a tostada. I would have preferred a real fork. They use styrofoam for take out. Any chef that has integrity with their food would never use poison containers for their hot food. Shame on you."

"Love this place, Been coming here for over 25 years, and every visit we have been treated with friendly welcomes as if we are family. It is only 15 mins away from home and well worth the drive, because we have never been disappointed with any of the food. Walking into the market/deli is like walking into my Abuelita's house...with the smell of freshly made food and Pandulce. Everyone is so helpful and remember faces, which makes you feel right at home. "I'm always on the search for authentic Mexican food. Of course, every restaurant has their local version. This restaurant has very large burritos, and many options on the menu. The burrito I ordered was in a home made, fried tortilla. I thought I wouldn't eat it all, but I was so addicted to the mixture of flavors. The guacamole was fresh and there was something of everything in each bite. The carnitas was tender and juicy, just the way I like it. Exactly where it falls apart but is also very savory."

"Burgers, fries and shakes oh my Jack in the box on Blackstone location has so many different menu items for you to choose from. They even have mini tacos and egg rolls. My son loves the bacon cheese burger every time to order there. Cleanliness of the store can be better for the outside and inside of the restaurant. The service is always friendly and greet me every time I enter the restaurant. You will be waiting for your order so be prepared to wait."

We ordered quite a bit of food including drinks. The food was not as good as usual but I believe it had to do with the amount of orders they had. I recommend going here but not during busy lunch time."

Several people there late Saturday morning and I had to wait a few minutes with the car ahead of me but it was worth it. I ordered three Carne Asada tacos. Just over five dollars and they were very filling. Lots of toppings lots of meat and good flavor. They seem to have several things on their menu board although I didn't really take much time to look I'll have to check it out more thoroughly next time but this is definitely someplace that I will be stopping again."

"Amazing food! I'm from San Diego originally and these are by far the best tacos I've had from Visalia to Fresno. The service is great. You can definitely taste the authenticity and love that goes into the cooking. Would definitely recommend and way better than Ortegas. Recommend the Al pastor, birria, lengua, tripas! You won't be disappointed. I wish I took a picture but we were enjoying our food. Will definitely be back to try the torta."

"Cute little spot across from a cute park in Parlier. We came from Hanford to try it. The service was great. Small what appears to be family owned business and everyone was so friendly and nice and I'm guessing it was the owner/boss (?) she came out and greeted us and asked how everything was a couple times. She had a smile beaming across her face and she just seemed to be so happy and that's not something you see much these days. The asada was very very good. The onion rings were good. I'm not sure what brand they use but they stayed crunchy and weren't greasy even after they were cold. The burger Pattie's were great. And the onions on the cinco burger were perfectly caramelized for the pairing with the mushrooms. I wasn't a fan of the salsas by themselves, but they were good when you mixed them together. Overall it's totally a place we will try again just based on the service alone. The food isn't the only thing shining here. Keep up the great work and I hope your business stays booming"
