I live in Bakersfield and will start driving up to Terra Bella a lot more in the summer and we wanted to find a good place to get lunch while we were out there... and there are NOT many places to eat there but man this place... just amazing. The best flavor ever and their tortillas are warmed in oil so they are slightly crispy. We had 2 Asada tacos, 3 Cavesa tacos, 2 Lengua tacos and a ceviche tostada. Guess how much? Nope, $10.50!Best believe I will be driving 45min for tacos from now on. They do have outdoor seating, they take card but you have to pay inside the liquor store, and lots of parking."

"I typically don't do well with spicy food, so they were able to adjust the seasoning so it was perfectly mild. The wait was a little long because they make the fries extra crispy which is so brilliant because then they don't get all soggy from the sauce! The fries are seasoned in addition to the chicken and masala that is so jam-packed with flavor, the portion size is also very generous because I was already full with more than half left! Definitely might be good to get a drink to accompany this dish because it was pretty heavy, but good thing you've got options all around the food trucks! 10/10 would come here again!"

"Amazing food! I'm from San Diego originally and these are by far the best tacos I've had from Visalia to Fresno. The service is great. You can definitely taste the authenticity and love that goes into the cooking. Would definitely recommend and way better than Ortegas. Recommend the Al pastor, birria, lengua, tripas! You won't be disappointed. I wish I took a picture but we were enjoying our food. Will definitely be back to try the torta."

"First time stopping here but it won't be my last! This is a very small walk up/drive-through. Several people there late Saturday morning and I had to wait a few minutes with the car ahead of me but it was worth it. I ordered three Carne Asada tacos. Just over five dollars and they were very filling. Lots of toppings lots of meat and good flavor. They seem to have several things on their menu board although I didn't really take much time to look I'll have to check it out more thoroughly next time but this is definitely someplace that I will be stopping again."

"We came to Madera today pretty suddenly ( our son was out here practicing robotics and dislocated his shoulder! We ended up trying to find a place for dinner on short notice and Yelp came to our rescueThis place is right next to the gas station ( for the win - we had to top it off). It has a cozy homey feel and the hostess and the servers were super friendly. They started us off with the free salsa and chips which were delish ( we asked them to hit us with more spice and they happily obliged). I got the Chile Relleno which was alright ( honestly I have had better) BUT the home made corn tortillas and the chicken fajitas sealed the deal for us - if we are ever in Madera again we will definitely hit up this place.Cameron was one of the friendliest person and was so easy to talk to...we will be back!"

"We ordered from Los Arbolitos through Yelp on our work trip and I am so glad we did! The quesabirra tacos were delicious and the nachos yummy! I would say the best part of the nachos was the jalapeños, guacamole, and pico. The asada was okay, kind of dry to be honest. We did get it to go but ate in the car in the parking lot cause we wanted to make sure it was fresh. But the ladies were so kind and welcoming and had great customer service! One thing, if you order a drink online, double check that it is with your order. I ordered a Limón Jarrito, checked and it wasn't there. When I asked about it, she was apologetic and showed me the ticket -- it only prints 1 Limón (one lemon) and so there was extra limón for the tacos (which actually I loved!) -- but for some reason the way that their system recognized that wasn't clear that it was a drink. She got it for me and so it was no problem but I'd say just check it out and make sure it's there if you order! Would absolutely go again for the quesabirria!"

"I came across the new Taco Macheen truck at Tioga-Sequoia and had heard good things so I had to try it. I couldn't work out why it was so familiar at first, til the receipt came from Taste Kitchen. Then I realized it was the people behind this taco shop that I visited a couple of years ago.Well, the tacos are delicious. I got one of each of their carne asada, al pastor, and shrimp and queso. They're $3-4 apiece, definitely a premium product!All 3 tacos had a ton of fillings, so you get what you pay for. They're also made with skill. The asada was good, they had crisped up the outsides a little which varied the texture. It's not the most flavorful asada I've had but it was solid, and I appreciate the technique. The al pastor was my next favorite, it was pretty juicy. Again really filling. But far and away my favorite was the shrimp and queso. They char the cheese a little which gives it a really nice flavor and texture. It's a good and melty cheese, too. The shrimp is in a really tasty, lightly spicy marinade and was cooked perfectly, giving a great pop as you bite into each piece. I could have eaten 3 more.I'll definitely be looking out for the Taco Macheen while I'm out and about now!"

But the hand made fresh tortilla made to order made up for the slightly bland pork. Now that I've found this little gem in Fresno, I'll become a regular."

It's from what I'm guessing kinda like tandori chicken with bell peppers and basmati rice. The chicken was so flavorful, the rice so soft, the bell peppers and sauce was so delicious. I ordered spicy, and it was good. Not over powering yet just enough. It helped combine everything together. If you enjoy Indian food, or you want to eat healthy and sustainably, this is a great place to try. Instagram/ social media: I've followed Twisted Masala on Instagram for quite some time. They do a great job highlighting what they have and also promoting their food and brand. One can see the community openness and welcoming feeling it has. One can definitely see the passion and hard work that goes in to who they are and in their food. Overall impression: I appreciate Twisted Masala for who they are. They sell merchandise to help a charity to fight hunger. They are local and are proud of bringing what they have to more people. I love their welcoming sense of community. It's a small local business and I'm all about it. But I appreciate their passion, hard work, and dedication in all of what they do. By the way. "These are the best tacos we have ever had! We hire Tacoliente for our daughter's Birthday party. They were very professional from first inquiry to the end of our event. They came early to set up their grill and their table for toppings. It was so convenient that they brought everything we needed such as the napkins and silverware! We thought it was just tacos, but they even brought rice and beans as well. They were quick to answer any questions I had. So I was very confident that they knew what they were doing and it was definitely not their first time catering! This was my first time having caterers, since I usually cook all the food for parties. I was so happy that I didn't have dishes to wash! Our friends and family really enjoyed their food and I know they all had 3rds and even to go plates.
