"Food was good, not great. A little pricey for the amount you get. I hadn't been in years, but we were given a gift card at Christmas so thought we'd try it again. Our waiter was great! We were a party of 12, it was a Saturday night so it was busy. Our waiter hustled. Not sure if they were short on bartenders, but the drink service was bad! Took forever, even in the not crowded bar we visited after dinner for a night cap! I think I'd be willing to try it again. The side salad I got with my chicken sandwich was pretty basic. Literally chopped iceberg lettuce. Hubby said his steak and baked potato are better at home and half the price!"
"First time here. No wait to get in which was nice. Basket of bread and garlic butter was a good touch. They were on it for drinks and refills as well. We had the prime rib, ribeye, personal pizza and fish/chips. The service was great. The food was good. The only part that was off was the prime rib was supposed to be medium rare and it was medium well. All in all we would go back."

"Always good food, drinks, crowd & service. The place is clean, service fairly quick which is why it is frequently the same folks week after week."
"The impeccable service and seasoned meats here set the bar incredibly high. This steakhouse will be our newest go to celebratory restaurant. There were two options: the full experience rodizio or the salad bar and side dishes only. However, when we were seated, we were immediately told the instructions for the full experience. Personally I would only do the full experience as the salad bar wasn't varied or tasty enough for the $34.95 price tag.The salad bar and hot foods were on the mushier side. I wished the sauces were formatted in a different format as the chimichurri sauce was very far from the edge. Hence, there was a high risk of cross contamination and spillage. The mustard pasta salad was bland and limp. The potato salad fared a similar dull taste and resembled a starchy lump. The tomatoes were grainy and dry. The pao de queijo was disappointedly under the ray of death so they weren't too hot nor crispy. I wished my party got to experience fresher baskets of bread.=FULL EXPERIENCE=We were told that there were 17 available meats but we only experienced some of them. However, we enjoyed how we got to taste them when they were hot and cooked perfectly.*Picanha: one of my favorites. The fat cap was rendered and seasoned well. The meat was medium rare, tender and juicy. This had the greatest beef flavor.*Chicken with Bacon: the chicken was tender but the bacon had a stronger smokey flavor. The bacon shone more than the chicken.*Pork Belly: my other favorite piece. There were bits of fat dispersed throughout so it was moist and flavorful. There was subtle crispiness from the fat browning.*Spicy Linguica: the spice was subtle and the casing gave a satisfying snap. The interior was juicy but it was on the saltier side.*Pork Ribs: surprisingly tender and fall of the bone. The sauce was a sweeter barbeque and the ribs were on the wetter side. There wasn't any smokiness, char or caramelization but the flavors and texture were still good.*Peppered Steak: on the tougher side but still oozed out meaty juice. *Garlic Steak: similar to the peppered steak only saltier. The garlic flavor wasn't very prominent and this piece left me thirsty. I would have preferred a garlic sauce as opposed to the concentrated garlic powder taste.*Tri Tip: the best option for a leaner cut. The meat was tender and juicy. This was similar in flavor to the picanha but without the fattiness. *Grilled Cinnamon Pineapple: the cinnamon hardened around the pineapple, offering a satisfying crunch followed by a gush of sweet fruitiness. The simplistically made this my favorite rendition from a Brazilian steakhouse. This was a great meal ender despite us getting flan afterwards. *NY Strip: this was a daily special. This was a leaner cut so the beefiness was prominent but I preferred the other meats with more fat.=A LA CARTE=Not included in the all you can eat experience.*Mojito: refreshing and citrusy. There was a good amount of alcohol included.*Pudim: great way to end the meal. The Brazilian flan was dense and creamy. There was a thin layer of caramel sauce on top but it wasn't too sweet. The portion size was nicely shareable between two people.Unfortunately, they didn't bring out the shrimp until we were full so we didn't get to try it. Otherwise the service was consistent and attentive. Our server even asked about which meats were our favorites so they could bring them back out for us. There were multiple groups celebrating birthdays and they brought out their staff to sing happy birthday. During an all you can eat experience, good service is the lifeline and this was some of the best service I've received. The ambiance was stellar and this was my favorite dining experience in the Central Valley. The meats blew the salad bar and sides out of the water so I would return just for that. Although this was a pricier option, the quality and service were 5 stars."
"The food has absolutely improved here and I've tried a variety including this Mile High Grilled Cheese. Flavor is amazing see the melted cheese and thousand island dressing with the ham, turkey and crisp bacon, all on a crusted cheese bread. Heavenly and so large could only eat half which means 2 meals for the price."
"We had our Christmas ever dinner here - party of 11 with 4 kids. Our reservation was at 5:30 so there weren't too many people there when we arrived which meant the room with our table was nice a quiet. Once people started coming in however, the room was extremely loud with made it difficult to converse with others at our own table. The noise aside, I do have to say I would give this restaurant five stars solely based on the food taste and quality. Everything we had was really delicious. This is actually what actually made me give three stars and nothing less.If I was rating this place on the service alone, I would rate one star. In my opinion, the service was severely lacking for the amount of money one has to dole out for even one dish, let alone 11. We were greeted ok, but once we were seated, it really went downhill. Our waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there and when she was at our table, she would get an order/request from one or two people then disappear for what seemed like forever. She would come back and do the same thing. This happened throughout the night. I assumed she was busy and let it go until I asked her for extra cherries for my son's Shirley Temple - she seemed to have sighed and made a face that I just couldn't let slide. This was the end of it for me. When a table pays upwards of $1,000 for a dinner, you would expect top notch service. Her attitude was totally unacceptable. I read previous reviews after the fact that were similar to my experience which makes me believe the management/owners really don't mind that their waitstaff treat their customers this way. For this reason, I don't think I'll be back. There are many other options in town that do offer a great overall experience that would appreciate your hard earned cash."
"Parking can be tricky. You may have to park in the neighborhood or, if you park in the lots behind the businesses on the north side of Tower District, you will have to walk.Large menu to choose from. It will take awhile to get your food so be patient.Service can be sporadic if the restaurant is busy. I had to hunt down a server to get our checks and box up leftovers. Food is good. Prices are reasonable. It can be noisy due to hard surfaces."
"Everything from the service down to the food& drinks! Absolutely amazing! Can't wait to go back and try more on the menu. Went for a Gal-entine's dinner and enjoyed every dish! I got the braised rib over a bed of mash & broccolini & it was amazing along with the prime rib & pistachio crust calamari steak! We had the bread pudding for dessert and it was soooo good. Not overly sweet but a perfect pair with the vanilla ice cream."
"Stopped in for burgers and beer after we visited General Grants Giant Sequoia tree. Really nice folks and locals. We were greeted warmly and the burgers were great!"
"My husband and I went last weekend on a date night, we loved the atmosphere and how trendy it looked, our waiter was so friendly and extremely helpful, he suggested the special of the night which was a beef fillet with veggies and mash, it was delicious but let me tell you what blew us away, the Mac n cheese as a side and the coffee rubbed rib eye were out if this world, one if the best steaks I've had, perfectly seasoned and extremely tender. Those were the stars of the night. We can't wait to go back."
"I love the feel of this place! It struck us as a community spot... lots of people seemed to know each other. The waitress was so super friendly (a theme we saw everywhere in Clovis). My hubs and I both had crispy chicken salads; we were both quite pleased! The chicken was in fact crispy and had a good flavor, and the salad portions were fresh. Good ranch too!Convenient location in Old Town!"
"We always see Richard's from the 180 freeway and say, "We need to go there." Today was the evening, and let me say our experience was just excellent! The ambiance, the service, and the food were just perfect! Our waitress was so attentive and made our dinner extra special. Towards the end of our meal (Ribeye and Filleminon), we ordered two Old Fashions, and OMG, they were DELICIOUS!!!!!We will be back soon! Thank you, Debi S., for being so attentive and sweet!"

I was very surprised the food was excellent one of the best filet mignon's. I've ever eaten. The service was awesome. The staff is very very friendly. The drinks are also very good. Definitely go during happy hour and don't forget to get the bread.

This restaurant is extremely deceiving from the outside. You literally get the quality you pay for in your steak. I have the ribs and my husband had the steak and amazingly enough, both were very good. My ribs were fall off the bone quality and my husband steak was as he requested (rare). Customer service was exceptional, and the price was reasonable for a "steakhouse".Quality of food: A Quality of service: A Price: $$

I had the California burger with garlic fries and my brother had the porterhouse with veggies and fries. Mine was amazing. I highly recommend the garlic fries. He enjoyed the steak and fries but he doesn't do veggies so those don't get a review. Try this place. I hope you enjoy it too.

I've been here twice with the ambiance and service that didn't disappoint. The food is mediocre at best. Both times I asked for the steak at medium but got seared (rare in the middle) and had to send it back, upon its return, it came back charred outside and medium well. The menu isn't flooded with items so it was disappointing to have a meal sent back and top of that, it wasn't busy on one occasion. The atmosphere is delightful and the servers are amazing but Its not a place I'd go back to or brag about.

I had the opportunity to try the pasta and found it to be exceptionally delicious and creamy. My husband opted for the steak, which consistently meets expectations. For dessert, we selected the chocolate cake and now understand why it has received award recognition. The staff were particularly nice and friendly.

"Adorable casual place w solid food. We came to pine lake to an Airbnb and had some hungry teens and this place fit the bill. Nice but not stuffy. Food was good - nice NY and great pork chop and crusted salmon. Service was very friendly - I think they were understaffed which is understandable but they handled it well. We had a little trouble finding it in the dark but it's right by one of the gates to the community so look for the top to peak out over the hill and you'll find it."
"We went back and saw Misty again :-) Also met the owners, the Son and his Mom. Very nice folks as well as a dining room server who greeted us and sat us. Thank you for a good experience. We had some appetizers there and also took food to go. The escargot is melt in mouth tender served with toasted soft bread and real butter. The frog legs are cooked perfectly as well and a very nice light breading maybe some cornmeal with white flower? Our family also enjoyed the beef tips stroganoff. On our way out we visited the dining room and their banquet room. I used the ladies bathroom and it was clean and tastefully decorated vintage theme with a touch 4th of July."
"Food was good and the customer service was great. The steak was good but a little bit on a pricey side. Loved their bread and soup."
"Love the ambiance, staff and food. Server Libby was amazing, personable, and attentive. Vincent was always on top of everything, and chef Aldo creates dishes to die for. The outdoor patio area with its large fire pit is my favorite place to hang out."
"Disclaimer: I love flemings, however the service and the ambiance along with the food collectively get a 5 star review. Overall food for me this day was amazing. We ordered chicken lollipops for appetizer, my husband and I both ordered steaks, green beans and red skinned mashed potatoes. I'm more of a baked potato person but these mashers were amazing. Green beans were cooked and sautéd perfectly. Steak was juicy didn't requiere any sauce or extra butter. Host and waiter were great. For dessert we ordered banana bread pudding, wasn't a big fan bread wasn't as soft as I expected it. Would return, wish I could go now."
"After dining here for several different occasions numerous times, I feel I should finally write this place the fantastic review it deserves. Anything you order here is going to be top notch quality and will have your taste buds thanking you. If you happen to order a delicious, mouth watering, glorious steak, then you will not only be fulfilled of your beefy cravings, but you will also notice that time stops when you take that first bite and chew it slowly to savor each bite. Yes- that good! The service is outstanding which means you'll never have to ask for a refill or extra napkins because they'll hit the table before you can think of asking for them. The prices are extremely fair and the building is fit for the western theme. I absolutely love this place and recommend it to anyone wanting to treat themselves to a steak dinner!"
"What a beautiful place to dine, very country like, clean, and festively decorated for the holidays. When we came in, I had the feeling that nobody wanted to serve us, however, to find out that the server was on break. For that I'm not going to give in less than five stars because right after that the pace was picked up. Immediately we ordered drinks, and my wife ordered a dirty martini vodka and she says that it was the best she ever had. And my wife knows her drinks as she sleeps with an open bar next her side of the bed.We order the lobster crab cake appetizer, my impressions were, that's it? We were served two lobster cakes and a bunch of lettuce. However, they still get a five star because they were very good especially the remola sauce. The salad was well prepared and I got a very tiny cup of delicious mushroom soup. A tiny cup I said, but it was the best mushroom soup I ever had. Finally, it all made sense why everything was so small portions because when I order the seafood pasta it was a humongous serving. A meal for two and it was out of this world. My wife had the garlic marinated steak medallions. Her dish looked amazing as well. We finished it with the hot molten lava chocolate cake and after 65 years that was the best freaking dessert. Everything deserves a five star regardless of the minor slow start in service. Look forward to coming back soon"
"I've been staying in a lot of hotels in Fresno and Clovis. I found this one by chance and it was a lot fancier than I expected. I found a good deal online. This resteraunt is located inside Piccadilly inn. The bar has a decent selection. I asked the chef if he could cook a steak that he felt comfortable with. He felt more confident cooking the rib eye so I bought that instead of the filet mignon. The rib eye was cut fresh, not frozen. Very juicy! Mash potatoes were soft and delicate. Delicious! Staff was also very nice. Unfortunately, I found a piece of hair wrapped around one of my mushrooms. Lunch specials were also really good. They have a 10$ menu and the burger was definently not fast food. If I wanted to have a real restaurant meal, this place will always be an option"
"The Manhattan has been around for decades, offering good food and impeccable service in an elegant dining room. The staff is kind and welcoming, looking to help each guest have the best dining experience. The desserts are wonderful. Small, busy parking lot with a drive-through Dutch Bros that can create some traffic congestion."
"The chef at this restaurant truly knows their craft. They offer fantastic happy hour prices from Monday to Friday, available until 6 PM! Chicken wings (rubbed) were awesome. With great value, excellent service, and amazing food, it's hard to beat. We enjoyed the chicken fried steak tonight, and it was delightful. The drinks are expertly made as well. Don't miss the prime rib served on Fridays and Saturdays!"
"Bruv! This is YHE place , innit? From Jeremiah's wagyu fat infused old fashioned ... more like new fashioned ... this was soooo smooth , I want more wagyu cows to be killed so I can drink my drink ... this old fashioned is limited quantity ... GO IN THERE AMD EXPERIENCE IT Next is Will , the main man who assisted us for dinner , he has a vast knowledge of the place , as he should after 20+ yrs there - you must ask to sit at his table We went there the night of Edgar Allan Poe night down the street - this place is Get some petrol in the car and make space in the boot"
"Service and food excellent! I appreciated the good vibe and great service! Food excellent! This place hits all the marks. We will be back!"
"A great place to dine before going to the Gallo Center which is a block away. We had an amazing meal here! The Shrimp Bruschetta was so delicious. My husband really enjoyed the Ribeye with Gorgonzola and Mushrooms with mashed potatoes. I had the Salmon and Shrimp with roasted zucchini and red potatoes and lemon caper sauce. Loved it! Hats off to the chef! They have a bar. They could add more wine options though. They also have Jazz every other Monday."
"Food was not the same from our last visit 2 months ago. My wife and I ordered 1 steak dinner and 1 meat loaf dinner. The presentation was the same for both just different meats. Overall the service was outstanding."
"The food is good. I ordered 14 oz rib eye medium rare. Very good with onion and mushroom as toppings. The service is good. They're very prompt to items asked and they will check what you need frequently. The thing I don't like the most is there are flying flies throughout the course. That's really bothersome."
"Love the burger and fried calamari. That's my usual order. I've tried specials but I wasn't too impressed. Their bread is also delicious. It's only offered by request during lunch hours."
"I came here recently with my grandfather and husband. My husband and I had the filet and the ribeye, and my grandfather had the chicken masala. Out of all the dishes, I would definitely go with the steak, it seems to be their specialty. Steaks were cookedperfectly. We were also impressed with their crabcakes and the fresh baked bread. The only thing that I think that they could improve upon would be introducing a homemade noodles. However, I am a pasta snob and lived in Italy. We will definitely be back and bring in more family."
"We were staying in Exter to be near the national park and were not expecting a restaurant of this quality in such a small town. I had the lamb and my husband had the filet au poive. Both were excellent and cooked to perfection. The lamb had a great sauce. Service was exceptional. Nice decor in the French theme."
"The service was marginal at best OVERALL. Ambiance had only country music playing what a shocker in oakdale.... My burrito was less than desirable and my girls she though was ok... the service was good when we came initially in for chips and salsa and to refill our water cup.... the chips came out hot... the salsa had a good flavor big peaces of cilantro mostly stems.... (Yuk) so i base a Mexican restaurant by there chips and salsa partially .... So nothing to repot to bad on that part... my girl got identically to what i got pollo and me carne asada wet burrito only difference is i like mine on the side so i asked it for on the side he attempted (server) to have me get the burrito that has no wet sauce.... I expressed i want the same burrito just with the sauce on the side... i no that places will attempted to drown a burrito in sauce for a lack of spice or flavor to there meat. At that point after i took the first bite i realized ordering the burrito was a bad idea... things only got worse from here. i asked for a check i can sense he could tell i wasn't happy he asked if we want any dessert of drinks(up selling) .... Nice try but not today so the bill comes out i forgot to mention i ordered a side of beans to dip the chips in i read they were 3$ on the menu ... but he asked if we wanted cheese and sauce we said sure, so noticing the Oaxaca cheese was stale and not good. So he bring out the receipt for us to pay and it had 4 items Item $15.00 (burrito)Item $15.00 (burrito)Which i was on board with but also two other charges Item $2.00 (????)Item $8.00 (bean dip are you @&#% kidding me)I mind you i mentioned we only ordered 3 items i said id like a itemized bill so i can actually see what im paying for ... i asked what are those two charges for the 2$ for hes states the "red" sauce i said i wanted a wet burrito just the sauce on the side i was like no you guys think im a sucker. I asked is the 8$ what i think it was for the beab dip and he said yes.lol so for a some beans its 3$ but for a lil bit of queso and almost no sauce a extra 5$ lol wow. I new at that point i realized most of there customers were drinking alcohol beverages and me and my girl werent having any drinks other than water. I over heard the guy serving us saying it was his last day i figure he just had ti up sell and charge US for some items that should of came with ...... long story shot my girl used the rest room she cane out quick and i asked her ur never that quick she said i didnt use it so i automatically new she was referring to it being nasty. So i think a two stars is generous plus i no most people don't pay attention to 1star reviews. After taxes & being overcharged by 10 dollars i will never go back i will stick to Suzy Belens ever time now! So you lost a customer for over charging a customer.... The 10 dollars you got from me could of been multiplied by 4 times a month coming back to visit thats how much we eat out 4 times a month... so your loss not mine! He never brought me a itemized bill back and never took no money off the bill and brought me the bill you will see below smh ! Its rare that i think a business should go out of business i see this establishment has been open since 1998 idk how, seriously all the clients must just go for the booze and be shit faced tipsy!"
"Planned a date day with my wife ending here for dinner. After a mediocre massage at Chukchansi, we were looking forward to this dinner. Ambiance and staff were great and there is an option to sit at a chef's counter. Food reviews:Clam chowder was very goodWedge salad was also very goodCrab cakes seemed frozen and not fresh. Texture wasn't great. Would not order again. Filet was cooked perfectly and flavored right. They even split it for us without us asking. Lobster Mac & Cheese and Mushroom Risotto was out of this world! Some of the best I have ever had. Would definitely come back."
"We try something different every time we go here and everything is always amazing! You can tell the cooks know what they are doing! The owner is amazing and isn't afraid to refill water and clean tables! Definitely our go to place for date night!"
"Wethersfield Bear Club is back! Loved the atmosphere, delicious food (beautiful presentation as well) and the service was great! Oh, a VERY reasonable price too! We'll go again soon to meet friends there! Thanks again!"
"Our family loves to meet up and eat breakfast together. The service is always great. The workers are always glad to see us. The coffee is hot and fresh and they even have flavored creamers. It's a down home environment. We all enjoy a great big breakfast that is very shareable. We love all their breakfast menu items so far."
