"Bread bowl and cup of clam chowder for $9.99 great deal for ten bucks. Their bread is so good. My go to is the turkey and swiss add avocado on sourdough, soooooo good!!"
"9/19/23 Getting lunch! Ordered via Yelp. Super easy! Veggie sandwich with turkey meat added. Added other ingredients like jalapeños. I went to pick it up.Very nice restaurant. Music playing! Clean and safe. Greeted and let worker know. Only waited a minute and it was ready! Lunchtime! Sandwich split. My half was really Great! Fresh veggies, bread and peppers with pepper jack added a nice spice! Really delicious! Fresh pickle half with it too! Mother said her half was Great and that it tasted really fresh! Good service and great sandwich! Highly recommended!"
"Now I've had Pad Thai from this cool little chicken truck out here on Plaza street. Delicious. I come to noodle house due to a recommendation , and it's been my go to for lunch ever since. Chicken pad Thai noodles have become a complete addiction, and honestly something that I catch my self say dreaming of at times. Noodle house slays this dish in every category in my opinion. This location in particular is really cool. You don't dine in. It's kind of a hole in the wall, you just knock on a door, someone answers , you order, ten minutes later you're on your way with a mouth that can't help but water due to the incredible aroma which is the legendary Pad Thai.I'd like to thank noodle house for always being so quick, friendly, and convenient. I mean, the serving is huge, the noodles are great, the service is good and fast. I'll be back tomorrow probably, and again and again after that."
"Stopped here due to wanting noodles and seeing it on yelp we saw it on here after an appointment at the VA we live out of town and let me tell you we will come here every time we are in Fresno, not only is the food out of this world but the service was great. My husband got the beef noodle soup and it was very tasty the beef was so tender I had the Q Style Low Main stir fry with chicken and the amazing taste that came out of this dish was mind blowing we could not have asked for anything better! This will definitely be a place we will be come back to"
"Easily the best Chinese restaurant in Fresno. The 3 stars this place has on Yelp does not do this place justice. I saw a tik tok way back in 2022 (from a user called @rocketjump) that talked about the "3.5 star Chinese restaurant rule" - basically noting that some of the BEST authentic Chinese food you can have is at Chinese restaurants with 3.5 stars - and this marks true for this spot!!! My family and I have come here for YEARS, whether it be a birthday celebration or a night where we just wanna eat out, this is our go-to spot. Whether we dine in or get take out, we are always so satisfied. Everything they have is delicious. On weekends or holidays, this place can be pretty packed but service is efficient. Do not expect boujee service, this is by no means a Michelin star restaurant, but man the food is comforting and delicious so it's all worth it. Again, don't let the 3 star average fool you - place is gas! Some of the favorites my family loves is their chicken salad, salt and pepper pork chop, salt and pepper wings, hong kong style chow mein, hot and sour soup, green beans in xo sauce, and their peking duck. I honestly love all of their food here and don't think you can go wrong with anything!*** Note for any of the recent reviews or the people that stop by and notice the exterior near the front door is covered in wooden panels. A car crashed into the building so they have wood up for the time being :( ***"
"Good spot for lunch. Service was prompt, quantity was decent and food was good. I forgot to ask of they had msg."
"The service is on point. Less than 5 mins after you order your food is out. The restaurant is well lit and very clean. I recommend their #4 garlic pesto turkey. Their bread was very delicious and crunchy."
"3 1/2 stars based on my last few tries. I have been a long-time patron (mainly take-out) over the years, going all the way back to when they used to be located by Mountain Mike's. I must say their quality has gone downhill the past few years. There are now numerous better Chinese restaurants in town, something I honestly couldn't say 6-7 years ago. The staff continues to be great. However, not sure if they changed cooks or what, but something has caused a decline."
"Tried I love Sushi for lunch, and was awesome. Huge diverse menu, and great ambience. We tried the James Dean roll, Psycho roll, Hyper Fish Gone Wild roll, and Clovis Mafia roll--all tasted fresh and packed with flavor. The restaurant was spotless, and it was nice to see menus that were clean and freshly wiped down, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. Our server was prompt, proactive, and detailed in answering questions about the menu, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. We didn't have to wait at all, making it a perfect lunch spot. Overall, I'd highly recommend I love Sushi for anyone looking for quality sushi and great service in Clovis."
"Clean establishment and friendly service. Pricing is average. Pretty varied menu, I'm assuming they're owned by a Mexican and Vietnamese couple? lol interesting combination of foods. My bro and I wanted to try different things. Ordered egg rolls, spring rolls and asada tacos. Total was $28. Everything was fresh! I liked all the items we tried. Saw a lot of ppl ordering the Ban mi sandwiches, interested in trying that next time! I will come back soon. Overall good experience."
"The food was hot and delicious, we first got pot sticker appetizer, they were fried to perfection, crispy & tasty!! Our food came out after our bar drinks, we had a Cali beer & baileys cream hot cocoa. The shaver lake burger with side salad was amazing and the BBQ western burger & fries were so good, loved the onion rings inside. Typical mountain pub and diner, wood ceilings, cement floor, and cozy fire stove right next to our table. Kids loved their quesadilla and BLT sandwich. The ladies were so friendly and gave amazing service, they helped recommend drinks and food options. I would recommend this cute little place"
"I've been wanting to try West Coast Sourdough and I finally made it in. The only thing I knew is that sandwiches all come on sourdough rolls. I was all in. Their sourdough originates from a mother dough from 1995 and is 100% natural and preservative free. I ordered the 8" BLT which was made with delicious ingredients and the amazing bread. It was the perfect late lunch. Service was friendly and helpful in customizing my sandwich. The restaurant was spotless. The interior is a very nice size and features outdoor seating. I can't forget to mention the Lemon White Chocolate cookies. I would go back just for the cookies."

Very service focused which I appreciate. The salad portion wasn't great and the sandwiches are on the expensive side but very good

I'm so glad this deli/restaurant came into Clovis!! I've been here numerous times and every time my food is hot, tasty and perfect portions. Today I got the spring special Greek grilled chicken sandwich, I added on the soup & drink to make it a meal! Of course I got clam chowder- amazing as always!!I usually get the garlic turkey pesto sandwich, I've had the French dip as well- ALL great options. The customer service is so good, friendly and professional!!I absolutely love how this restaurant is decorated, it is so stylish, the artwork is really cool. I really like the wood and metal accents. Today I ate outside on the patio, it's nice they have a couple tables on the patio to enjoy great weather & temps. I highly recommend this place, everything is so fresh, the bread is freshly made and perfectly crispy, dunk it into the soup... Mmmmmm

First, let me start by saying that I love local and family-owned restaurants. This place has been around since 1996, and I am happy to support a place like this. There are 6 tables with minimal staff, and every table was filled when I arrived on a Sunday afternoon. It was wonderful to see! Unfortunately, I don't know whether or not it was just an off day for Lao Kitchen Noodle House, but my experience fell short. My Thai tea was mostly ice and was far from some of the best Thai tea I have had. It wasn't bad; it was just kinda 'meh'. To me, the taste was more reminiscent of grass jelly than Thai tea. For $2, I hoped either for greater volume or better taste. I got neither. The chicken Pad Thai was also kinda bland. You certainly get a lot of noodles in a large order, but there is little to none of all other ingredients. It comes on a couple of leaves of lettuce with sparse bean sprouts, chicken, pieces of egg, cilantro, and onion. It looked great upon first view, but as I started to eat away, I realized I was basically eating noodles. I didn't take a close-up picture of it, but there was also a hair on one of my lemon slices. I definitely needed to squeeze some lemon juice for flavour, too. Thai and Lao food are known for being spicy, so I was pretty sad about this mild dish.I may have to come back to try some pho or something because I hate giving lowly-rated reviews. If you plan to visit, there is street parking available and a parking lot across the street. Sure, there are some homeless people in the area, but I haven't seen them bother anyone. And although this place is cash only, it's very affordable and proffers large portions. Support local!

I was having a car-meal, so I couldn't try any of the noodle soups. I opted for the Bulgogi Beef rice bowl and fried spring rolls. The spring rolls made it into my mouth first, piping hot and crispy and delicious. I shamed my ancestors by eating the bulgogi and rice with a fork (easier to do in a car setting when trying to shovel the food down so you can complete your errands). The beef was tender and tasty, nice steamed white rice, and lots of caramelized and yummy onions. The portion size was enough for lunch, and a midnight snack later. The staff was incredibly friendly, and although I ordered at a non-meal time, the food came out fresh, hot and fast. I will be back to try other dishes.

One thing you should know stepping into a Chinese restaurant is that... don't expect customer service to be amazing BUT you know the food will be good and cheap! My family was craving dimsum Sunday morning and we found this place that takes reservation for 8. Everything was super delicious that we got that it's pretty comparable to the Bay Area! Definitely check out this place if you can!

Sandwiches and chowder is awesome. I had a cranberry and turkey sandwich and the spice in the sandwich was amazing. Would definitely go back in the near future.

Just okay. The service was fine. It's a cute little , very clean restaurant. But the food was just okay. The almond chicken was good, but not a fan of the baby corn they put in it. The fried rice and the chow mein that came in the C4 combination plate was barely acceptable. Very little flavor in both. The fried rice was like steamed brown rice with a tiny bit of veggies in it. The chow mein had very little meat and veggies in it. I doubt I would return.

"This place was great! Food was quick and very tasty. I went to the one on Friant/Fresno street. The salad was one of the best I've had and a large amount. Great place for a soup, salad or a sandwich!"
"Wow!!! Drove in from La on a Friday night and stopped in. Not only is the staff very sweet, wow can they make a sandwich!!!! I've had many sandwiches in my life and this was def top 3 for me! I will definitely be coming back when visiting family in the area! Thank you!!!"
"Sandwich is good .. a little messy but good.. what is this burnt thing? I would try this again without whatever that thing was - maybe it was a burnt piece of bread or something .. maybe I will try a salad next time .."
"I'm from out of town and landed in this gem. Was looking for a quick bite while my mom was having surgery at the hospital down the street. I ate my veggie sandwich and cookie in the car and it was so damn good I went back in and ordered basically the whole damn menu! The soups come with soft warmSourdough that soaks up the soup perfectly! We ordered the following and not one bite has disappointed:Tomato Bisque Chicken Poblano SoupVeggie Sandwich Lemon Chip cookie (orgasmic)Italian Sandwich Turkey Sandwich Macaroni and cheese Staff, cleanliness, fast pace, pricing...such a flippin good spot. I'll be back before I leave."
"I've been to Thai Thai before and got the Pad See Ew and crispy shrimp rolls and both were delicious! This time I tried the pineapple curry and OH. MY GOD!! Soooo freaking good! I don't like pineapple on my pizza cuz I don't like hot pineapple so I was a little apprehensive but this pineapple curry was AMAZING! It's a pretty big serving too so I was able to take the other half home and make a whole another meal the next day! What was REALLY nice was the curry came with a side of rice for FREE! Everyone else always charges for a side of rice! I really appreciate that! Great customer service, amazing prices and the food was incredible! Can we talk about the awesome prices!? I got the crab Rangoon, pineapple curry, and hot tea and my total was ONLY $26! If Thai Thai was in Visalia it would be a problem because I would be there at LEAST once a week! Can't wait to go back and work my way through the menu! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!"
"A great step up from subway down the street and Jimmy Johns down the road. A little pricier, but better quality. I've never had an issue with the staff or the order being wrong, so 5 stars from me."
"Our neighborhood Italian restaurant. The food is good for an eat out. Always great service. One point off, because I used to go to the Original Diccicos on Blackstone and Abby many many years ago and the Flavors in the food was more authentic. It had more Garlic, Italian spices. The food does say on the menu Tomato Sauce. So, I guess shouldn't expect more. But I do! We keep coming because it's around the corner from where I live. I'm not Italian but I know Italian flavors and they don't have it. The high rating is because they do make Great pizza. The Salads are plenty and delicious."
"Great Mexican food. All locals, and the service was outstanding. First time customer found on Yelp and very satisfied with the food and service."
"Exactly what I was looking for. Quick, easy, delicious. I had the 4" Garlic Pesto Turkey with provolone cheese and it didn't disappoint. I will definitely be back again!"
"Disclaimer: I love flemings, however the service and the ambiance along with the food collectively get a 5 star review. Overall food for me this day was amazing. We ordered chicken lollipops for appetizer, my husband and I both ordered steaks, green beans and red skinned mashed potatoes. I'm more of a baked potato person but these mashers were amazing. Green beans were cooked and sautéd perfectly. Steak was juicy didn't requiere any sauce or extra butter. Host and waiter were great. For dessert we ordered banana bread pudding, wasn't a big fan bread wasn't as soft as I expected it. Would return, wish I could go now."
"This is the closest place to great tasting Fried Rice. I don't know what it is but there's nothing like NY, NJ & Philly's Chinese food. It has to be the water. I love everything we have ordered from here & the Orders are more than enough to feed my Family. I love their Lobster & Shrimp Bisque among everything else. We order at least once a week from here..."
"Decent place. very friendly service. Much better food quality and prices than other Sourdough restaurant in Turlock."
"Bartender was very nice, food is great, ambience was just what I needed after a long day"
"The food was tasty. The menu has a good amount of choices. It has a look similar to many new restaurants. The bar face has tiles and looks pretty cool. There are a couple TVs at the bar which is always nice."
"I wish there were more Korean restaurants in Fresno. When this one opened up, I was thrilled! It did not disappoint. We were greeted and seated as soon as we stepped inside. Although their menu is not extensive, they had the most popular dishes that most people would order. I ordered the beef bulgogi, dolsot bibimbap, Korean pancake and fried chicken appetizer. The flavor of every dish was delicious and nicely seasoned. The tofu soup that came with the bulgogi and bibimbap combo was very flavorful. I really like how customizable it was (you could choice protein or veggie without additional charge in your soup). The bulgogi was pretty good but not the best. It was also a small portion IMO. The bibimbap was really good, probably one of my fav dishes. The Korean pancake was definitely my favorite dish and it's huge!! Definitely meant for a family or friends; a shareable appetizer for sure. The fried chicken was also really goo. Perfectly fried and crispy and the salad it came with was pretty good as well. All the complimentary sides were delicious and I think unlimited. We asked our server for refill of the sides and he gave us more without charging us .Service was also pretty good. Server was attentive and checked in on us and refilled our drinks regularly. The reason this isn't a 5 star in my book is because of the prices based on the amount of food you get. I feel the prices are quite high for the amount of food you're getting. I will say the quality and taste of the food is high but not sure if I'd be willing to pay that much for their food. I feel like I could easily go to kbbq spot and get the same food and more food for a couple of bucks more. I probably won't be returning but it was a good experience and I would recommend to others to try at least once."
"The sandwhiches are amazing. They are super flavorful, and with the crunch of the sourdough (if you get the bread toasted like I did), it is just the cherry on top. The clam chowder and mac and cheese are hearty and warms the belly. The service was helpful. There was a new cashier who rang us up, and she was super nice. Overall ambiance was filled with the smell of toasted bread l. Most definitely, I will be coming back."
"Place is small and quaint so if you wanna go there for lunch,/ dinner hours go a little early. I love eating Thai food fresh at the restaurant it's just not the same when you take it home but to each own .Service is good place is always clean. I always have to special request my meal due to dietary restrictions, and they always accommodate super nice about it too. I hadn't been in a while so it was nice to see that they're still consistent. Consistency is the key."
"12/26/24 Hot and New!! Must try!! Two chicken noodle soups & shrimp spring rolls ordered. The worker was kind and said it would be ready. I went to get it shortly later. The worker was kind. Paid for it with a small wait and brought out with a smile and thanks. Restaurant is nice. Safe and clean with lots of seating! Lunchtime!! Shrimp spring roll was Fresh & delicious with GREAT peanut sauce too! Chicken noodle soup was Fantastic! Thick, tasty noodles, chicken cooked right with seasoning too!! Perfect with the cool weather!! Mother said hers was was Really GREAT!! Good service & GREAT lunch!!Highly Recommended!!"
"Pho Paradise 2 is a wonderful Vietnamese restaurant at Cedar and Herndon. The ambiance is very warm, nicely appointed and friendly. Pho is their specialty. A very rich delicious broth with a generous amount of rice noodles and vegetables. We ordered the chicken pho and my husband chose the seafood pho. The chicken pho had an abundance of chicken breast in the soup. The seafood pho had a good selection of seafood. The soup comes with a dish of vegetables to add to your pho including bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime and various chilies to add to the soup. The result is a delicious, delightful Vietnamese soup. You can also add hoisin and Sarachi Chile sauce. So you can create your own special taste to your pho. I suggest you try this restaurant. It's so good!"
"Once again, if it were not for Yelp, I would have never known this place existed. I used to live on this side of town and had no idea about this gem. I worked in that area a few months ago and just looking for something healthy to eat. I found this place. I typically get their chicken salad, which is so good! The chicken is so flavorful and perfectly grilled. That definitely says a lot because I am not a huge fan of chicken as sometimes I feel like people don't cook it very well. But what I love most about this place is that the owner is super nice and I went there two times in one week and he recognized me right away. He asked me questions about where I work and ever since then he has recognized me and always asks me or related questions. I really love the personal touches. They are also fairly quick. You can always call in your order and it'll be ready right when you get there but sometimes I just go in and order it and it's ready and no more than 10 minutes or so.I will say that they are usually pretty busy during lunchtime and they usually have a packed house."
"I have to admit it was probably a bad decision on my part to order this but you never know, very conservative with the slices of meat compared to most other sandwich shops or deli's, the business is more of an ice cream shop which is very popular here in downtown Clovis, the service was fine and the decor albeit scattered is amusing...maybe just Ice Cream next time"
"The place is packed at 2:30pm and I can understand why. The wait was fairly short. The food....exploding with flavor. We started out with the gumbo and I have to say, it was so delicious. Next we got the shrimp baskets. The seasoning on the cajun fries is perfect and the shrimp were fried to perfection. Crisp outside but juicy inside. Lastly we ordered the combo 1 where you pick three items. We went with shrimp, mussels, and class. Garlic butter sauce medium heat. Fantastic!!! Will definitely go back."
"Food was delicious. I got the Bun Bo Hue soup. Don't let the red broth scare you. It was very mild but so flavorful! Husband got the traditional pho and said it was great as well! Lots of fresh herbs and toppings! Pork and shrimp egg rolls also tasted fresh and yummy! We will definitely be adding this place to our rotation! Service was also great!"
