It's been over 3 weeks, I have to do the follow-up calls, and still no resolution. I've asked to speak to the owner. They installed a sign on our street marque and only did one sign of the display. I immediately reached out asking where is the other sign. The invoice states 1 unit. To me meant both side of the marque sign. It did NOT say 1 panel. The salesman Eric assured me they would get this fixed. As I stated above that was over 3 weeks ago.This is not how you treat customers and the bummer is I had another job for them.Very disappointing and I do NOT recommend this company."
