"Ordered over the phone for work. The girl who answered was very kind and professional. Even called me back to ask if I wanted jalapeños and carrots. She was thorough. Walked in to pick up and store was clean and worker was friendly."
"Food is solid, but please, please, PLEASE update your Door Dash so we can make modifications like no onions. Almost everything has onions so I usually don't order when my family does because I'm unable to request no onions."
Rubbed with Luke's proprietary seasonings and slow-roasted until tender, then hand-carved to order.

"This business is operated by one man who does it all: greeting you, cooking, cleaning, all with a friendly smile and fast service. The food is so good and flavorful, and the amount of food served for the price is definitely fair. I had the asada torta, lightlu toasted, stuffed with meat and comes with crinkle cut fries. My hubby had the shrimp tostada bursting with lime and lemon juice and baby shrimp in flavorful red spices. Fountain and bottles drinks are available. The inside is welcoming with music playing but this place is about good food served with pride!"
"On a cold autumn evening, I was out riding up in the mountains and needed something to warm my core. Looking at Yelp and Google, the options were limited, so I figured some South-eastern Asian food would fit the bill. I had the kao soi and it was different from anything I've had in the past. Adding some of the spice at the table, it was just spicy enough and warm enough to make me forget the cold that I had been riding through all day.Service was attentive and the food came out quick enough. There were a lot of call-in orders while I was sitting there, so I could see how it might take a minute to get a large order fulfilled if you just walked in, but the people I saw leaving all had a smile on their face."
"best seafood boil in town!worth the drive for me!nicefast drinks always filled good service everything is packaged individually very clean recommend this place for sure"
"My husband and I recently celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary and wanted to enjoy a celebratory dinner date somewhere we hadn't eaten before. After a little Yelp research, we decided to try L'Aperitif, a French and Italian fusion bistro "with an Asian touch." Plus, it allowed reservations, which is always a plus in my book to avoid waiting around in a lobby for extensive periods when hungry. When we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly hostess who turned out to be our server as well. She provided truly exceptional and friendly service all evening. The dining room was dark with warm sconce lighting, creating an inviting feel. The mood in the room was bright and happy--it was filled with other diners when we arrived, with every table occupied. (I snapped the interior photo as we were leaving and most diners had finished their meals, hence why the room is less filled.)The drink menu was extensive, featuring house cocktails and classics, along with an expansive wine and beer selection. There were specials on the blackboard near the bar, but they also had a copy for each table titled "Blackboard Specials" on paper, which was a nice touch and made it easy not to forget the limited-run selections. The standard menu featured a considerable selection of appetizers and tapas, including a variety of seafood proteins prepared in multiple ways such as seared scallops on the half shell, shrimp ceviche, tuna carpaccio, and spicy baked mussels. There were also traditional French delicacies like escargot with butter and parsley and Cuisses de Grenouilles à l'Ail (frog legs). We decided to try a special appetizer that was a twist on French pizza from the chef's hometown region of Alsace, France. It was made on a cracker-thin crust with crème fraîche, bacon, and thinly sliced onion. It was tasty, but the onions were still pretty crispy and a little raw so the onion flavor would possibly be too strong for those who aren't big fans. The main course menu featured seafood, pastas, handmade gnocchi, cioppino, paella, lobster tail truffle risotto, and various chicken and steak dishes (including a massive 54-ounce "cowboy steak"). Sides included garlic roasted potatoes and buttery rice pilaf. I opted for a special from the Blackboard, Lac Luc, which was a sautéed steak served with grilled jalapeño peppers and onions and grilled lemon for drizzling. The flavor was great, though the steak in my dish was fairly chewy. I chose the pilaf as well, which was very good. My husband enjoyed the lobster tail risotto and kindly shared a few bites--it was excellent.Since we were celebrating a special occasion, our server generously treated us to a dessert on the house. We were offered tiramisu or crème brûlée, and we went with the crème brûlée, which was served with fresh berries and very rich. Perfectly done.It was fun to see Chef Thomas emerge from the kitchen and socialize with patrons throughout the dining room while we were there. He had a great sense of humor and joked about how, when he was growing up in France, his father told him, "Either you're good at school, or you learn to work in a kitchen." Chef Thomas said, "I went to the kitchen!" A stroke of luck for his diners, no doubt! We enjoyed our time at L'Aperitif and would recommend it to anyone looking to try a new date night spot, especially lovers of French cuisine."
"Great food and lots of options to customize your combo plates. Nice portion sizes also. Service was very friendly!"
"I had their Tripas Quesadilla. It was amazing. Well seasoned. The tortilla wasn't too soft nor too crunchy. The cheese is on point. Robles gave me a lot of guacamole and sour cream. I highly recommend this place."
"Hands down the best seafood in town. So delicious! We got the shrimp cocktail, parilladas, with hand made tortillas and tamarind margaritas. Everything was so good. All of the sauces with the parilladas were flavorful and great on everything. We came with our baby and they were great at accommodating us. Our waitress anticipated that we would want extra beans and a small spoon for our baby which I really appreciated. Great place for families or even a casual date night. The interior was really nice. Cool wood accents and a very unique chandelier."
"This review is rated on only one visit. Our Taco Tuesday group hit Mariscos Coloma this week. $2.99 tacos were $1.49 ea. most of us ate tacos. There were 4 varieties to choose from. They were well made and full of meat. A condiment bar brings you additional add ins to the tacos or for palette cleansing. I will be checking out their Mariscos (seafood) at another time. The quality of the tacos will bring me back to M Colema. Service was fast friendly, and accompanied by smiles. Try it , you'll like it.The employees helped me understand their ways of preparing the different dishes. The ambiance was average for a Mexican fast food shop."
"A very traditional Mexican place. Festive decorations, mustard walls, glass top table. This place is buzzing at lunch time. The customers seem to be regulars, and chatted friendly with the waitress. The waitress informed me the best dish here is chile verde. That is a dish dear to my heart. The food came super fast. The meat was tender, the sauce was the right amount of tart and spicy. I absolutely devoured it! Great place! $20 for all this food!"
"Food was good, not great. A little pricey for the amount you get. I hadn't been in years, but we were given a gift card at Christmas so thought we'd try it again. Our waiter was great! We were a party of 12, it was a Saturday night so it was busy. Our waiter hustled. Not sure if they were short on bartenders, but the drink service was bad! Took forever, even in the not crowded bar we visited after dinner for a night cap! I think I'd be willing to try it again. The side salad I got with my chicken sandwich was pretty basic. Literally chopped iceberg lettuce. Hubby said his steak and baked potato are better at home and half the price!"

Great place! Good food and service. Spacious family friendly. We came to watch footfall. Lots of TVs but it's noisy so you can't hear the volume. Love the salsa bar and Happy Hour

So, several months ago I happen to run across this place (thanks Yelp!) & finally got to try it out last night. I can see why this place has a 4.5, has good food!Green Chicken Enchiladas: The chicken is good, no old or off taste from sitting. Green has a good taste, which is always nice being most don't. Asada Tacos: Definitely good, not chewy or full of fat & gristle. Everything about it wasAll in all: Good service & clean. Definitely a good go to, everything tastes good along with a "fresh" taste from the onions & cilantro. Being it's close to home, will be a go to. Also, the red sauce for the tacos or whatever you want it for os good!

I was a bit skeptical about this place from the pictures I seen but I'm so happy I went! It was packed in there and now I know why! The food was great, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be going back! So glad this place is 5 minutes from me! Only negatives are the fruit punch is not good and where we were sitting it smelled like mop water, but that's it.

A hidden gem! The other night my mother in law and I decided to have a girl's night dinner, and I was having a difficult time finding reservations at our usual restaurants. I had seen L'Aperitif a few times on yelp and it always looked very promising! We decided to give it a go. Oh my gosh, I'm so thankful we ended up here! I'm almost 8 months pregnancy and not easily impressed with most restaurants now days. This little bistro blew other places out of the water! The interior is very cute and cozy, and the food was absolutely outstanding! We both started with a small mixed green salad which came with the most delicious sweet vinaigrette and got some yummy bread and butter for the table. For our entrees, my mother in law got the Beef Bourguignon and I decided on the chicken pasta. The beef bourguignon was absolutely wonderful- *almost* as good as my dad's, with a rich red wine sauce and delicate carrots along with a side of rice pilaf. It was her first time trying this dish and she absolutely loved it! My pasta was truly outstanding! It was rich with a white wine cream sauce, buttery mushrooms, and real parmigiano. I truly wasn't expecting the depth of flavor this dish provided. I'm not 100% sure, but the pasta seemed house made as well, and was perfectly al dente. I almost ate the whole plate! I'm so incredibly glad to have stumbled upon this treasure! I will be coming back with my husband for date nights and all of my family on our next family dinner. I also was very impressed by the service! Our waitress was kind and attentive, and the bussers were wonderful as well! Thank you for making a pregnant lady's night! I will be back again and again and I hope this place explodes in popularity because it truly deserves the recognition!

Glad to see Selma has another SOLID Mexican food place! It's a comfortable size inside with two area to dine in. The kitchen was visible which allows the guest to see if the people preparing our food are smiling and enjoying themselves. I liked what I saw back there!!! I ordered the sizzling fajitas and it did not disappoint! The cilantro rice was delicious and the pinto beans were flavorful. Looking forward to returning soon for the enchiladas as I was told they are also a highly requested dish.

"I should've taken a picture of the seafood tostada; so fresh I'm addicted the best flavors! I'll be back for more!"
"Great service! Good flavor. Server Evelyn was very sweet and attentive. Love this place ! 10 stars"
"This may sound weird, but hear me out - Their Fish & Chips here in Fresno, CA are better than what my husband and I have had from other restaurants in the Santa Cruz area as well as different coastal cities along the Pacific Northwest. I know, I know, that doesn't sound right, and we were shocked too, but it's the honest truth! We just spent the last month in various coastal cities along CA, OR & WA and always try out the fish & chips along the way. We were surprisingly disappointed however, every time. They just did not compare to what we usually get from our own California Fish Grill here at home. We eat there at least once a month and the food has always been delish. We often get the Fish & Chips platters and sub out the koleslaw with the Tomato & Feta side and it's just so yum! The fish is perfect and the breading as well. We keep going back and highly recommend if you're looking for some great Fish & Chips"
"Well.. just want to say I went here last Friday.. and WOW I was impressed!! The Steak, Chicken and Shrimp Molcajete was delicious! But please use caution. You have to give it a few minutes to cool down. Don't dive right in like I did! I really enjoyed my molcajete.. the Flavors are amazing!! With some flour Tortillas, you can't go wrong..The service was really Good! They were really busy.. but our waiter did a great job keeping up.The Food is really Good, the Service was Good.. if you're interested in trying a Molcajete. I highly recommend Mi Casa to Check out!"
"My first time here and the birria is delicious! Would definitely recommend. Selma needed a place with good Mexican food."
"I had the best wet burrito there!! Service was great and the server was really friendly. Clean too!!If you want authentic Mexican food, check them out!!You won't be disappointed!!"
"I was craving that south of the border great food and atmosphere to fire me up for a busy day ahead and Tacos TJ never disappoints! I ordered a 4 taco plate, 2 lengua and 2 tripa. The food came out within 15 minutes and everything was delicious as usual. In addition to their house salsa you get 3 more salsas with the tacos and all of them were excellent. I was going to order coffee to wake me up but being Irish, I knew a little alcohol would get me moving more efficiently. And their house margarita did not let me down! They also have a duke box that you can operate from your table! Download TouchTunes app and you get 13 songs for $7.49 so I had the pleasure of listening to my favorite band The Gipsy Kings playing Bamboleo and Escucha Me whilst savoring the delicious food. Look no further than Tacos Y Mariscos Tijuana for that early morning or late evening craving for Mexican Food. You won't be disappointed!"
"The food was fantastic, great aguachile verde and tostada de Camaron. The salsas are sooooooo goood. Salsa marisquera was the best, and the drinks were delicious. Mojito and michelada were amazing. The service was 10/10. So attentive and very friendly. Will go again and highly recommend."
"Great food and service. Different take on chimichangas with a white sauce is excellent. Been there multiple times and does not disappoint."
"If you like fried things go here! Huge fish filets on the fish n chips. Hush puppies on point. Their prawns are actually prawns. My go to for fish and chips in the Fresno area!"
"Outstanding quality ingredients.I ordered chicken tortilla soup!Very tasty and fresh"
"The Basa here is delicious. Very spacious and friendly staff. Very clean and plenty of food to choose from. I would recommend to any one that enjoys seafood."
"The enchiladas and crunchy tacos are amazing, and I really admire that it's a genuine family-run business. Friendly and welcoming service. The corn chips are the thick, quality kind--not the cheap ones, which shows they care about the details. I highly recommend this place!!"
"Great fish timely service call ahead if you're in a rush. Owners are very friendly and professional. I recommend the tempura batter!"
"Great food and service. I had a crispy taco, ground beef enchilada with onions, and a chili rellano with rice and beans. It was my first time here in over 50 years. Yum!"
"Good ass food! I got the Sopes with Carne Asada and the Asada was amazing! This places rocks!!"
"It is a fantastic local mom-and-pop British-style fish and chips place with all the ingredients to be great. First, they use fresh, top-quality cod for their fish fry. The beer batter is light, crispy, and well-seasoned. The result is tasty, thick, flaky, golden crisp fish. The fries are blanched and then fried twice, resulting in crispier chips. A classic, clean English-style fish and chips. The fried oysters, prawns, and hushpuppies are all delicious. The scallops might be the best thing on their menu. They are succulent, naturally sweet, meaty, and fried in a well-seasoned, crispy batter. Along with the fish, the scallops are always on my list of things to order whenever I am here. Some of the side dishes and appetizers I have enjoyed here include the following: Prawns, oysters, calamari strips, clam strips, fries, hushpuppies, and coleslaw. The prices are very reasonable as well. They use cod caught in Alaska, so the filet is tasty and huge. One piece of fish comes with fries (hence the fish and chips) for only $5.25. Two pieces of fish are only $7.99.I have read mixed reviews on their clam chowder but have yet to try anything on the menu to suggest I would not like it. Unlike many, if not most, fish and chip restaurants, they keep the restaurant clean - which includes the tables, chairs, floors, and even the vents. The owners are Korean and a husband/wife team. Usually, it is just these two working at the restaurant. The husband prepares the food and does the cooking. The wife takes the orders and sometimes helps with the food preparation when there is an overflow of customers and order requests. They could not be nicer, appreciative of our patronage, and humble. So, please be patient and considerate when things get busy.High-quality fish and seafood fried to perfection. Friendly service. It is one of the best fish and chip places I have been to in years and, in my opinion, easily the best in town. The fish is noticeably bigger, tastier, and better quality than any local spot I have tried."
"Easily the best Chinese restaurant in Fresno. The 3 stars this place has on Yelp does not do this place justice. I saw a tik tok way back in 2022 (from a user called @rocketjump) that talked about the "3.5 star Chinese restaurant rule" - basically noting that some of the BEST authentic Chinese food you can have is at Chinese restaurants with 3.5 stars - and this marks true for this spot!!! My family and I have come here for YEARS, whether it be a birthday celebration or a night where we just wanna eat out, this is our go-to spot. Whether we dine in or get take out, we are always so satisfied. Everything they have is delicious. On weekends or holidays, this place can be pretty packed but service is efficient. Do not expect boujee service, this is by no means a Michelin star restaurant, but man the food is comforting and delicious so it's all worth it. Again, don't let the 3 star average fool you - place is gas! Some of the favorites my family loves is their chicken salad, salt and pepper pork chop, salt and pepper wings, hong kong style chow mein, hot and sour soup, green beans in xo sauce, and their peking duck. I honestly love all of their food here and don't think you can go wrong with anything!*** Note for any of the recent reviews or the people that stop by and notice the exterior near the front door is covered in wooden panels. A car crashed into the building so they have wood up for the time being :( ***"
"Braised was absolutely delicious and the service was phenomenal. When you walk in you are greeted by a beautiful ambiance. We decided to celebrate our anniversary dinner here and it was a wonderful experience. Our server was very attentive and genuinely friendly. The food was well made and thoughtfully prepared. The flavor that each dish offered was exquisite, with a perfect balance of seasoning and freshness. From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was executed with care and precision. The portions were just right, and the presentation was elegant. It's clear that the staff and chefs take pride in what they do, and it truly elevated our anniversary celebration. We left feeling satisfied, cherished, and eager to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!"
"This review is based off the shrimp cocktail I had. It was very good and authentic. I am picky about shrimp because most Mexican places don't devein the shrimp but la cabana does. I'll definitely be back for the cocktail."
"First time in Yosemite National Park, and we were lucky to book the hotel by this restaurant. It was a beautiful area. So peaceful and relaxing. We ordered two different dishes and a alcohol drink that was amazing. Everything was so good!! The two young ladies were so kind and helpful. We love the service and food."
"The service is food is on point. I don't eat papaya salad at all but their Thai papaya salad is AMAZING! So far, this location is my favorite go to spot for Lao food. Their pho is ok, the Kasoy is good and lots of good food in the menu."
"While stopping and resting in town overnight, we asked the hotel reception where is best place in town to go to if carving some good Mexican food and they said there's only one place El Tarasco on Main Street. So off we went for dinner and were not disappointed. The ambiance is really fun and festive. My kiddos enjoyed the giant chairs with sombreros. Service was speedy and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious. The homemade tortillas were addicting! If ever back in town we would definitely stop here again."
