"I became a fan of Tony's Pizza when they had their location in Tulare, which was conveniently located close to the family home. I was happy to see that the Visalia location still around, and since it has been too hot to cook, we decided on some takeout pizza. With a house full of family members, nothing but Tony's XL pizzas would do the trick. Their Combination is one of the best around and comes piled high with toppings. The same goes for Tony's Pepperoni where you can never go wrong. Friendly and fast service. We placed the order and it was ready on time as promised. I love a family owned pizza place and will pick Tony's Pizza over a chain restaurant any time."
"Recently I had occasion to visit Michael's Pizza Bar, which I had been hearing about for years. As it is nowhere near my usual routes around town, I had not tried it. Then, one of the organizations I belong to scheduled a meeting there so I was committed. If you are a motorcycle fan, you will love this place. Situated next door to the local Harley dealer, the ambiance is 100% two wheeled fun with their own collection of bikes and windows so you can see into the dealer of the American Classic while you dine. I just had the chili as I had a big lunch a few hours early. The service was friendly, on point and attentive. All of the group I was with seemed to be totally happy with their meals and service as well. I gave it 4/5 for now as I haven't had their pizza. The chili was great!"

"Im a first time customer and came in shortly after opening on a Thursday. The place gives a comfortable home type feel. I ordered the chicken caprese sandwich with a side of mash potatoes. The sandwich was good quality although it was lacking a flavor or some sort, I couldn't put my finger on it. (Maybe more aioli? Seasoning on the chicken? A good addition would be bacon, I don't know if they have it though!) The mash and gravy were great. I also ordered a hot caramel macchiato which was great! I originally went in for the old school red steer french dip which I haven't had in years but changed my mind last minute! The cashier was friendly and the woman that brought my food out had a pleasant smile and looked happy to be at work. I'll definitely try this place again!"
"Pizza is good..they make it fresh...it's a clean place..little over priced...half pepperoni half combo $18 "
"Excellent food. Love the sliders and the pizza. Waitress was great. We got in before the crowd as that's always a bonus."
"Delicious pizza, great service. I have no complaints about this place, we have eaten here three times and always had excellent food and service."
"We love Momma Mia! Family owned & the best hidden secret in town. We get the combo & it's so heavy from all the toppings."
"Good/great pizza! Have them cook it and enjoy picking it up on your way out of Winco . I've been trying to find a reason not to love this pizza. I think the only reason I can find, is they don't have a table for me to sit at while my wife shops for the groceries for the week. I know, Lame reason right?"
"This is inside the 76 gas station. They have breakfast burritos starting at 4:00 am. The sausage bfb has a good amount of meat, chunks of potatoes, cheese and not much egg. The tortillas were a little dry. At 5:00 am it's a good filler for a couple hours. They also have a made-to-order kitchen with menu items. Not sure what time the grill fires up. Easy off the 99 at West Main Street then back on."
"I really like the lady who is here during the day super nice makes a good pie. Always grab one if I'm in the area"
"Not the best nor the worst in Madera. Pedro's serves pizza, burgers and Mexican breads. Lets start with the burgers, pretty good and you would not know they even sell burgers till you walked in, due to no advertising outside. I cannot speak for the other food here as I have only had the burgers. I will return on occasion for a burger. Located on Madera Avenue near highway 99 in the Shell station parking area."
"Super good food!! Cleverly named pizzas and a monthly special slider deal (this year's December was strawberry salsa, cream cheese, hot cheeto chicken sliders). The servers had a great energy and they have a lot of beer selections. The vibe is really good, though it is pretty loud and maybe a little overstimulating. Super fun place tho and will come in again. Perfect for sports fans, they had multiple tvs with multiple games on."

NEVER disappoints!!! Tonight I felt like a combination calzone! It comes with a side of marinara sauce and I bought ranch and jalapeños on the side! They were not skimpy with the fillings! We ordered ahead and was ready and waiting. We love their cold sandwiches (great for when we are heading to the lake) and get the pizza all the time.

The restaurant is small, it's definitely more of a takeout place but the service was nice and fast and the food was delicious. This will be a regular place for my family going forward. Highly recommend.

"Defiantly check this place out! I didn't know what to expect as I had never been there before. They were pretty busy, but the guy helping me out still took the time to walk me through their choices. As I waited he gave me a menu to take with me for future reference. I thoughtful gesture. The lady who gave me the sub when they finished apologized for the delay (they were swamped with orders), which I also took as thoughtful touch on their end. I ended up getting the chicken sub (toasted) and I'm glad I did. I really enjoyed it. The small was plenty for me (I was starving)! The pricing was reasonable as well. I paid $6.25 for a small chicken sub. I haven't tied the pizza yet, but I'll defiantly come back to try it out. Things to note, they don't have a bathroom and they only have a few tables, but it is a takeout joint. I'm happy to have stumbled upon this place!"
"The Food Was GoodI Loved The Pizza It Was So Delicious And Yummy and Very Big On Size For The Price. 10/10 Recommend Especially If You Want To Save On Money And They Also Accept EBT."
"Um they need different bread. It tastes ugly. It's hard and I can't describe the taste but I don't like it. I see lots of locations and lots of people coming in and out I would think they'll step their bread up as well as the meat and the lettuce doesn't look good. Girls shouldn't have their nails done its unsanitary, and at least put a smile on. One time they forgot my kids meal PB&J. But other than that they do their job right. Just wish the food quality a little better."
"I originally found Uncle Moe's from Groupon.com. It seemed like a decent deal and brought in my printed groupon. I was informed by the employee who apologized and said that the owner of Uncle Moe's was no longer accepting Groupons (owner didn't like the specific deal published) and recommended that I request a refund from Groupon. I had already taken the time to drive down here, so I opted to buy a pizza anyways. It seemed shady that the owner didn't accept the groupon anymore, but the employee who seemed like a manager was nice enough (he seemed to take his job seriously and wanted to make a good pizza to our specifications.) He made our pizza with a well done crust like I requested. It was pretty good. I would give our first visit 4 stars.____On a recent Sunday night when we had out of town guests over, we decided to call in a pizza order for two pizzas around 7 pm. They close at 8 pm. The female who answered the phone said that they were closing up the kitchen soon. We were confused as to whether or not they were still open till 8 pm. So we asked if we should still place an order for pizza to be picked up whenever they were ready. She reluctantly said, "Yes." Geez, if you don't want to make pizza then just tell us and we'll order from somewhere else... and save us the trouble. We ordered two large specialty pizzas (Railroad and California Chicken) with well done crusts. We sent two people to pick up the pizzas and it seemed like the owner and his family were all there hanging out, waiting for the shop to close. The nice guy who seemed like the manager last time wasn't there this time. We probably picked up the pizzas around 7:35 - 7:40 pm. The pizza was totally different from our first visit despite ordering the same pizzas. The pizza crust was disappointingly pale and very soft. It was the last time that I'll ever order pizza here again. I try to support locally owned businesses, but when pizza hut gives you better customer service and better pizza..."
"6/7/24 Getting lunch! I called and ordered a vegetarian calzone with chicken added, baked (appreciate getting the option!). Don't want greasy & fried. The worker was very kind and told me it would be ready in 25 minutes. I went in to pick it up shortly later. Short wait. They were busy. Greeted by nice worker. Order was ready. I paid for it and he wished me a good day!! Very nice restaurant! Calm & low key. Clean, safe & practiced. Lunchtime! Calzone split. My half was REALLY fresh & DELICIOUS!! Great side pasta sauce to dip it in too!! Mother felt the same!Great service & Great calzone lunch!! Highly recommended!!"
"This place is delicious! The Chili Verde pizza was savory, a little spicy, and extraordinary good.It satisfied boogie teens, older Hispanic parents, and even picky children. Will this pizza change your life? Maybe not. But it will be an experience that will elevate your pizza standards. 5/5"
"First time stopping by this location had to order take out and try there specialty sub sandwiches.Man for the price of the large sub sandwich they fully loaded real well!! No complaints!!!!I will stop by again in the future to try other items of their menus."
"Riley's Taproom is exactly what Selma needed! Great beer selection, delicious food (seriously, try the wings!), prompt service, and a fun, laid-back vibe that makes it the perfect spot to catch a game or just hang out. The atmosphere is welcoming, with just the right mix of sports and chill vibes. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out. Cheers to Riley's for bringing some much-needed flavor to this side of town!"
"I absolutely love this place - I have never been inside, but we have ordered it multiple times on the ChowNow App and have never been disappointed! The bread and butter is amazingThe pasta is amazingThe calazone is amazingThe sauce is amazingJust - Amazing!"
"I wanted to give an updated review. It is my stop now for pizza when I am in area. the pizza reminds me of the pizza I had when growing up in Turlock. The owner used to work at there. The pizza is loaded with toppings for sure."
"Attended a baby shower here in August. Because we had a party of 20+ that we reserved months ago, we were put on the patio. The weather was brutal as Fresno summer weather is. I am no longer used to this weather now that I moved by the coast. They had a few misters but they didn't do much to help keep cool. One friend had to leave because she started to feel nauseous and got a headache. The food was good! It was a set menu of Steak salad, Chicken Parmesan and Spaghetti and Meatballs. They also served fresh warm bread and a dinner salad. They did not charge us a cake cutting fee. The wait staff made sure our water glasses and drinks were refilled. I personally would not book the patio for a summer event. It's just too hot. But we had a great time and ate well."
"What friendly service, great atmosphere, and our prosciutto and arugula pizza was awesome!"
"Good pizza for a cute little town! Easy/fast option for a night after spending all day at Yosemite... enjoyed a short conversation with the owner while we cashed out. Definitely recommend for anyone who has the capacity to do a take/bake"
"A staple in the Tower District for four decades, Richie's Pizza & Hot Dogs is the go-to spot for locals craving New York-style thin crust. Pizzas can be ordered by the slice or as a whole. A slice is more like two huge slices. A slice of pepperoni remains $6.45, so you get your money's worth. A whole pepperoni pizza is $25.75. I tried a slice of the combo, $7.75 - pepperoni, sausage, onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, and olives - had most of the components of a good New York thin crust: an easily foldable crust that had a good balance of chewiness and crispiness, fresh toppings, well-seasoned meats, and generously layered with mozzarella cheese. The tomato sauce lacked the distinct zest and freshness I am particularly fond of (from some of my favorite New York-style pizza parlors in New York, San Francisco, and throughout Southern California where I moved from). The other classic, affordable, on-the-go dish is, of course, their hot dogs. They make them with all-beef franks and serve them up New York-style, Chicago-style, their specialty the Richie Chili Dog, and the Fresno Dog. There is even a Pizza Dog, prepared with spicy beef sausage, homemade pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and onions. It is not a true hot dog stand if they do not have fresh sauerkraut and both yellow and spicy mustard, along with relish and diced onions. Richie's has it all.Richie's is a popular choice for a quick, inexpensive, grab-and-go meal or if you are in the Tower District and want to sit down and enjoy a pizza slice or hot dog with an ice-cold beer or soda. It stays open late on weekends."
"This place is really, really great.Buddy and I just needed a spot to catch a drink since it was a tad late (9:00pm) and there aren't that many options around here. We swung by here on a whim and were incredibly happy with it. Great selection of beer, there's a soda bar, and the pizza and fries were better than many other places I've tried. They're open late, too (12:00am) and they have a pool table. If anything, all they need is an arcade and this'll be the spot going forward!"
"Great food! Boss burger is the best! You also cannot go wrong with the seasoned fries and the onion rings . Also highly recommended is the breakfast burrito. You will not be upset. The service is amazing and great environment."
"Best pizza ever!!! And I know Pizza!! My family has been doing pizza Fridays for the last 10 years, and this place is the best! I cant believe I didn't come here sooner!! Friendly atmosphere, and great prices! And that chicken!!! I will definitely be back!"
"Giving props to Rico's for the $30 party pizza I ordered for my basketball team. We had an away game in Hughson. Since the drive is at least an hour one way, we wouldn't have time to stop and eat. I yelped "pizza" in Hughson and came across Rico's. I needed the pizzas to be delivered by 9 pm at their high school. The game ran long, but the pizza was delivered on time! And the party pizza was huge! Enough to feed 12 hungry Varsity student-athletes and with some left overs for JV and freshman. Thanks Rico's! 5+ stars in my book!"
"This restaurant has a great location going for it and fortunately we managed to get a parking spot and a table for the 8 of us . Seating is mostly high top and they were able to accommodate our big group without having to move things around . Next great thing is the amazing bear selection on tap - there was something for all the diverse taste preferences. I immediately jumped to get Russian river as I love their beers. The food has to be ordered at the counter and since I was ordering for all 8 of us , it took a little back and forth on my end but the staff was very accommodating and let me take my time as not all our friends were present while ordering .It didn't take too long for the food to arrive and almost all of us got our entree at the same time . My pesto chicken sandwich was dry as a bone , the fried parmesan on top was unnecessary and just there for aesthetics. I heard the same sentiment from everyone who got a chicken dish. Others seemed pretty satisfied with their food. Overall , I think they are a solid place for a meal if you are in the area."
"My family and I were really impressed with the quality and taste of the food! We got the All Meat pizza and the bbq bone-in wings. We are curious about their other menu items and are planning on returning to order next weekend as well."
"Pizza so damm good!!! Never stop getting pizza from here. Excellent customer service nice and friendly"
"Really a 3.5 star review. If you're considering going to the Timberloft, then you're likely a specific subset of customer. 1. You're staying at the Tenaya, and 2. you're looking for something easy to eat nearby. The Timberloft will accomplish both of those things. It's cheaper than Tenaya's on-site sit-down restaurants and isn't that far to get to. Located at the cottages next door, it's walkable from the main lodge and you can call your order in ahead of time. The dining area at Timberloft has seating space and a salad bar, looks like a Shakeys inside.Remember - The pizza itself is not cheap by non-resort standards and it isn't the best ever. But it tastes fine considering where you are and doesn't taste as bad as what some other reviews have place it at. Kids will eat it."
"5/5 stars for the delicious pizza and fantastic customer service. Came out here to charge my car and saw that this pizza place was open. Their chicken tikka pizza is AMAZING!!! Got a mini pizza and absolutely love how flavorful it was. Their pepperoni mini is just as delicious. The restaurant was not busy but was extremely clean in the dining area and in the bathroom. Will change my commute route to include this area for sure!"
